Install ROM P3300

Hello,
je suis novice et je tente mon premier flashage sur p3300 (sous windows XP).
j'ai téléchargé la ROM Aje_fr 1.50 et j'ai dézippé tous les fichiers.
J'ai lancé start_uspl et j'ai bien un écran DOS mais avec une succession de lignes qui indiquent fichier non trouvé
Le P3300 redémarre et rien ne s'est installé... enfin ça se termine avec une erreur 204 !!!!!
Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider please

Yes, a french thread is not very useful for others. My english isn't really good,
but here we want to help each other in a unique language...

Looks like our french friend is trying to unlock his artemis using uspl but is getting a Dos box saying file not found error 204.
I have used this no problems

Have you read the pdf manual....its all in there.
Make sure u are connected via activesync, if not it will not work.
Also make sure you unzip all the files to a folder on your pc.

yes i have read the PDF manual and i've done exactly what's written in it.
Do i need to unzip all the files in the same folder ?
In fact i have a first folder with with a first RUU a RUURessource dll and then 2 other folders with the Artemis USPL and EnterBootloader folder.
Do i copy all the files in the same folder ?

Yes you need to unzip all the files, thats probably why you are getting the errors.

PocketGBA

Hi,
I have a big problem with PocketGBA (as everybody, I can't use the .cab, so, I used the .ZIP from the officiel site) when I launch PocketGBA, I have the main menu, but when I try to go in the sub-menu, the program just closes, no way to open a ROM or anything else, no options, no nothing...
For the informations about my PPC, everything is in my signature ^_^

J'ai un gros problème avec PocketGBA (comme tout le monde, je ne peux utiliser le .cab, alors, j'ai utilisé le .zip provenant du site officiel) quand je lance PocketGBA, j'ai l'écran principal, mais quand j'essaie d'accéder aux sous-menus, le programme se contente de fermer, pas moyen d'ouvrir une ROM ou de faire quoique ce soit d'autre, pas d'options, rien de rien...
Pour les informations sur mon PPC, tout est dans ma signature ^_^

Could it be related to the new drivers?
Since the latest release of the HTC NIKI rom (last year) the video driver stareted to crash on certain old emus and ports, like quake and morphgear, but only on fullscreen mode...

Attached is a working copy of PocketGBA. I don't think it's the latest version. I've had it on my device for months and I can't access sunbug.net to check what the latest version is.
Just extract the zip file to your device and run PocketGBA.exe.

je suppose que tu n'as qu'à importer les fichiers qui se trouvent dans l'archive avec ADB.

Samsung to update the Galaxy Note directly to Android 4.1.2

According to a movie floating around on Youtube Samsung will update the Galaxy Note directly to Android 4.1.2.
The Galaxy Note Below uses firmware version N7000XXLS7. The firmware is based on Android 4.1.2 and includes the new Touch-wiz interface called Nature-UX.
Samsung even added an icon of the multi-window feature at the notification bar!
Lets hope the update is close!:laugh:

Finally.... Cant wait to have that rom. Ics was the first major blast on the galaxy note and now the jelly bean will rock it. Counting days to get the update.

I guess that will come to note as well.

I use to be like that...sitting on pins & needles to flash a new rom, that thrill that would run up your leg LOL.
Now, my phone with stock ICS works great, smooth, no lock ups.
Phones are like toasters to me....functional.
I DO APPRECIATE all the people out there on the bleeding edge, making the upgrade process smoother for old
farts like me that stay stock though :good:

No you must be lucky Frenchman with stock Germany rom!
So first thing you must move to the France, and then flash stock Germany XXLRT via PC Odin and check for updates, but remember dont wipe on stock kernel!!

Like many people, i think my video convince you, now it just need to be share (extracted in the post)
I'm asking you to be patient, because like said in the video i'm not expert in this ariea.
and like many people i got a life with kids and i can't allow my phone to take me all the time i have.
I receive many proposition, from sammobile too.
I'm coming to contact them back to see which solution can be approched, and of course without putting at risk my device.
I'm not root, and I'm not thinking that 4.1.1 root will be fonctionnal, it may brick my device, what i don't want.
For the excuse i confirm that no one insult me, only doubts and i understand that.
Last thing, it seems like samsung have heard about the story because they locked my updates, so i can't check them anymore (seems to be lock).
I will let you know of any new information i can get.

maybe someone native speaking Frecnh can tell this guy, it is absolutely BRICKFREE to root the device with this method: [20 Sep 2012][ICS]Universal Rooting for most ICS phones, Any ROM, now with CWM6
he just has to download this Root_Superuser_3.1.3_Busybox_1.20.2-Update1-signed.zip and this cwm-non-touch-6.0.1.4-i9100.zip
Put the previously downloaded cwm-non-touch-6.0.x.x-i9100.zip file on your external sd card
Copy the Root_XXX.zip file you downloaded to internal or external sd card
Boot into stock recovery (volume up+home+power), and select "apply update from external storage". Now select the cwm-non-touch-6.x.x.x-i9100.zip file you copied in previous step (this step gives a temporary flash that will disappear after reboot)
You get CWM recovery interface (this custom recovery is temporary, not permanent)
Inside CWM, select "install zip from sdcard". Then, select "choose zip from sdcard". Now, scroll down to the "Root_XXX.zip" file and hit power button to install it.
It will add SuperSU or Superuser last version apk to system/app, last superuser binary (su) to system/xbin and busybox last version to system/xbin, all with correct file permissions.
Reboot and you get permanent root + busybox installed on your stock kernel.
(He can unroot his device easily afterwards - also described in phils thread!!!)
Afterwards he can do a nandroid backup or (maybe even better fro him) this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=25328650&postcount=1 on a running device!!!
I can guide him though every step - and there is NO RISK at all!!!

yes, you are right....they (sammobile) should know what to do...usually

Damn why note is always left behind. Why its not yet ready? Sammy u should post and push it no matter how much it is completed. U can complete it later on with another minor update.

for days we have been struggling to ROOT BOX 4 KH 96 Plus + to install the root for TIVIMATE 4.4.0 FOR THE PATCHER but impossible !! we tried MagiskRoot, ROOTCHEKER, KingRoot but nothing worked !!. We saw videos on Youtube but did not give the path to follow effectively! I ask for help to you friends if there is a solution and to find the solution !! thank you !! Regards !!
NB: here is the file which in principle should root H 96 but we don't know how to use it "If it's the right one" !!!!!!

Does this board have the RK3566?? If so you probably can use the rom "hk1-rbox-r2-RK3566_DC_R2_HK5235F_11_20210705.1409" this one has root, I have the x88 pro 20 and this rom works, I believe these chinese tv boxes most of the time are all the same, so you can use another tv box rom in yours, here I tested the HK1_RBox_R3, H96Max, HK1_Rbox_R2, T95Plus Rom's, and everything works, you can also try to install linux, tutorial in t95plus.com

Check out the t95plus.com, linux is working fine here, although many linux x64 apps don't have versions in aarch64 it's still fun to use
