The Moto X (16GB) just dropped to $99 on contract (upgrade or new signing) at Best Buy. For AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint.

Decisions, decisions.
UPDATE:
Moto X drops to $99 on contract with AT&T for 16 GB and $149 for 32GB (this includes Moto Maker)

yep. went in last night for a price adjustment. =)
Question is, will the 32GB on Verizon next month be $150? If so, i would definitely be willing to give up the customization from motomaker.

Moto maker is rumored to come to Verizon November 11th. I don't have the link but Google it for now.

Right that is what I was referencing. I'm hoping best buy will have the lower price on the 32GB version when it comes out then.
After browsing BestBuy and Amazon, it appears neither offer the 32GB. Is it only available on Motorola's site or in the AT&T store? (I assume therefore will only be available in the Verizon store once it's out for them)
If so, I may just go ahead and snag up the cheap one at best buy. I can live with 16GB for over a $100 savings.
For those not in the know. There is a Motorola trade up program right now where moto will give 100 back for people who have older Motorola phones
http://www.mototradeup.com/
Could mean a free moto X if your interested.

The 32gb is only available through moto maker. The stores or Att directly doesn't offer the 32gb. I thought about selling my 16 and buying a 32gb but like you said it's over 100 bucks in savings to just get a 16gb version.

Yeah, I think for $150 in savings I can make do with 16GB.
I bought the phone from them a few days ago and they refunded me the difference. The best Android phone available at the moment and now it's half as much.

according to http://www.gottabemobile.com/2013/10/10/moto-maker-tipped-bring-moto-x-customization-best-buy/ BestBuy will have motomaker booths. I hope that this means customization and 32 GB options with the BestBuy discount. I will surely pull the trigger then
Looks like the sale is over The verizon30 code still works on Verizon's site, so I think I'm gonna pull the trigger at snag it for $139.99 unless anyone else here knows of a better deal? My problem is, my billing period ends this Sunday (I'm switching from Sprint to Verizon) and I don't really want to hold off that long. Amazon does have it for $99, but back ordered 1-3 weeks. Not to mention, I may be adding other family to my plan in the next 30 days so that might be hard to do if Amazon has an additional contract prohibiting change of the plan.
updated with new offering from ATT
Well, looks like Motorola is not honoring any type of partial refund/price matching for Moto Maker devices. I purchased a device directly from Motorola (through Moto Maker) on Friday of last week. After calling this morning multiple times and asking about processing a partial refund for the difference in price, I was told that "prices are subject to change" and always offered a $100 Motorola online coupon good for 30 days and only valid on select accessories.
Needless to say, I was a bit miffed! I guess I'll just have to try processing a price guarentee through AMEX and see what happens.

I just picked up an all black woven 32GB on moto maker (ATT) for 529.99! I sold my 16GB model yesterday on SWAPPA. Good timing!

I don't want to risk getting one with the camera update and lose rooting ability.

Though price out of contract didn't change, only subsidized prices.

Amazon currently has the Moto X for $.01 for new customers and those family plans that wish to add a line on ATT.

Hey guys, currently looking to sell my iPhone 5 and go back to Android and get an LG G2. Note, I'm on Verizon and will be paying full retail. I about bought one last weekend when it was $449 off contract from Verizon, but thought that price would stick and I could sell my phone first. I was wrong, and now it's $549. I noticed on Swappa most new ones are $450~ give or take, will it stay at this price or lower, or will it reflect the full retail now that the sale is over? Basically, do I have time to sell mine or should I act now? Also, do you think there will be any sales soon that have the G2 for a cheaper price off contract? Thanks!
I have just claimed insurance for my two times in the past one year period, and will have no more claims left until next December. Unfortunately these were both on my G2... I have bad habit of dropped them. My case was on the way.. pretty depressing.. anyways. Now that that is no longer an option, where would one go to buy a NEW Verizon G2 off contract? It used to be $450 on the Verizon website. They've upped it to $500 now. I've checked the usual online places (Walmart, Sam's, Costco, Radioshack, Bestbuy and HH Greg) and they only have it for high price. Is there anywhere that you guys would go to buy off contract?
Swappa is great.
Swappa is awesome! Bought my T-Mobile one for $465 with a Ballistic case and 2 TPUs. It was in mint condition. Retail for me through T-Mobile is $654 with tax.
when the 5 comes out and if the 3T gets discounted.. which is the better bargain buy?
The current 3T is selling for $439 and assuming a $50 discount bringing it to $380 and that the 5 will go for $539, a $100 more. Which would be a better bargain buy?

Well I just sold my 3T for $435 which I purchased on launch date for $479. If I can sell my more than six-month old device for nearly purchase price and buy the new flagship, it's a no brainer. The answer to your question will depend on how much the OP5 ends up costing and how much the market shifts. Normally, it should have shifted already but I guess supply/demand and uncertainty has caused the price to remain extremely high for the 3T. Great for me anyways!
Other last-gen devices like the G5 would be possibly better bargain buys. I recently bought a G5 for $150 and in absolute mint condition.
wrong thread.
Wow.. I would've just went to the OP site for a brand new factory unit.. nice!

He had 128GB and OP no longer sells OP3T, outside of India.
LG V20 H990DS (Dual SIM) is international device - no US warranty. It's now $350 on amazon - do you think it will go down further toward Black Friday or should I buy it now, and just enjoy it?
If it will go down, how much do you think? $20 or like $50+

None the sellers for that are by Amazon all 3rd party so that's up to the seller. Amazon themselves don't sell the phone (currently anyway)

I know it's sold by 3rd party - that wasn't the question.
What I'm asking is "do you think the price will go down for Black Friday" ... it's going down slowly anyway. When I look at Galaxy S6 last year black friday time, price dipped about $50, and went back up, right after. So i'm hoping same will happen to V20, given that it's last year's model (i used S6 because last year it was "last year's model")
