Hello everyone, I have a problem with a G900v it was in version 6.0.1 I was able to downgrade to version 5.0 PB1 and also make root but no app like more locale2 for example can not enable the language in Brazilian Portuguese.
Could someone please help me, would it be possible to create a flash zip of the language pack?

I just got a AT&T samsung galaxy note 3. It hided the Chinese language.
It's KK 4.4.2, with base number: N900AUCUCNC2.
Is there any way to get Chinese language without Rooting the device?
If rooting is required, what is the best app for it? thank you very much.

You cannot convert sph-l720 to i9505 but you may be able to flash a custom ROM that is ported from the i9505.
