available for pre order in uk! @ £199,,google playstore

As the name suggests, the Google Nexus 7 features a 7" IPS display with a resolution of 1280x800 pixels. The tablet is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core Tegra 3 chip with 1GB of RAM and 12 core ultra-low voltage nVidia GeForce GPU.
And despite the capable hardware, Google managed to keep the price of the Nexus 7 impressively low. The slate will come in 8GB and 16GB flavors, which will retail for $199 and $249 respectively.
The Google Nexus 7 comes with Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, Bluetooth and NFC connectivity and Google Wallet preinstalled. Sadly, there isn’t a 3G model available, but obviously keeping the price as low as possible was key here. That's also the reason there isn't a camera at the back, and only a 1.2MP front-facing snapper. However, it's capable of shooting 720p video, so it's not all bad.
Measuring 198.5 x 120 x 10.5 mm the 7-incher weighs in at 340 grams which is respectful for its size. The Amazon Kindle Fire and the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 will be having a hard time indeed.
The Google Nexus 7 is already available for pre-order in UK, US, Canada and Australia and should ship in mid July. You can follow this link to book your Nexus 7 unit.

I think I heard that there's not. It's a bummer for me; with so many new phones dropping microSD support, I was hoping to use my 32 GB microSD on the tablet.
Ohh, so no extra memory at all?

I feel you...i have been literally checking daily on rumors the past few months on this tablet. Im very turned off by the lack of SD.
I imagined Google would do this in the spirit of the GNex and NS...im wondering if the Asus version due in Aug. will have expandable memory

i ordered one... for the price, IDGAF about storade space, i got the 16gb and it came to about 285 shipped. Thats an awesome price for hd screen, quad core processor, 12-core gpu, gps, etc. Im still amazed how they are profitable at that price. 16gb is more than enough for TRAVEL/ON THE GO. At home, you have FULL use of the cloud. On the go , I doubt you go through more than 16gb of media unless its a long trip and on long trips, u have wifi usually. I actually would have gotten the 8gb but figured 16gb is more desirable/will hold value longer. Be excited folks, i didnt think they would be able to do it. The sd slot was the BEST possible compromise, or would u have rathered to have sd but have a DUAL core, or 512mb of ram, or a 1000x600 screen or no gps etc.
So that means 200$ price not include tax, shipping fee ?

The reason shipping isn't free is because Google is already taking a loss for these. I'm sure Bestbuy will have them, but will sell them for $230/$280 and you will have to force them to price match.

This is what Alex Dobie wrote on androidcentral.com:
"Motorola says the device will go on sale from February 1, and will cost £380 outright. We won't be getting any Moto Maker facilities right now, so we're limited to the black and white versions. 16GB will be the standard model available, but a 32GB Moto X can be yours from the Motorola website when it goes on sale. In addition, Motorola confirmed to us that the 32GB version will not in fact be available in the UK at this time."
Maybe a dev. edition like in the US

I'm also looking for 32gb version for the same reason. I have a 32gb sdcard actually with ~20gb of music that's why 16gb is not enough for me.
So we will be able to buy 32gb model in a future not so far. Let's wait until then

For people living in europe, it doesn't only come down to price and looks.
Buying a US version will make it impossible to use 4G/LTE in EU, so in order to succesfully connect to 4G networks in EU, one must buy a EU Moto X. Unfortunatly Motomaker and 32gb versions are not available in EU, so it really comes down to looks and space vs. 4G speed.
Btw. Importing a US version to EU, will cost the same or more, than buying an EU version, due to import taxes, unless you travel to USA and bring one home in your bag.

If you buy a XT1058 from the states you get LTE band 7 which many carriers use in Europe.
I got the t-mobile with all the cozy stuff and sent it with a friend that was flying home.
Originally the plan was to sent it with mail (this was before motorola announced that the x was coming to Europe) but I got lucky.
Sometimes you might get lucky with the taxes (in Sweden there are no tolls on cell phones, "just" 25% VAT). They don't control all packages. It also depends from which county it was sent from.
Booo for import taxes, I hate them.
"Hey, we can't compete with the price because of our superduper high taxes and average salaries, nor can we compete with the availability of products so let's punish everyone who isn't buying stuff from within the ****ty EU".
Belgians interested in this phone will have to stick to the European model if they want 4G, unfortunately none of the USA models supports LTE 1800.
Anyboy knows weather the bootloader is unlocked or unlock-able on the european model?

I was surprised nobody has posted this yet... The new honor 8 was announced in Europe at a launch event in Paris today, for €399 (£369.99 in Britain - yes that's a rip off, approximately $490)
The first thing that shocked me was that its price exceeds that of the OnePlus 3 (£329) even though the OP3 boasts a better chipset, better UI and considerably more RAM, secondly Honor seems to fancy ripping us Brits off while in the US both devices are on sale for $399.
I have made my choice and already ordered my OP3
One of the biggest phone supplier here in Lithuania promised to sell starting from 270 euros. We'll see...

£15.43 shipping also worth noting:
EU Expedited Shipping (8 - 12 days Europe)
We can ship phones by Europe Expedited shipping: this special expedited shipping with tracking number, the shipping option is depending on your location, we recommend this shipping option for Europe buyers, it's a smooth shipping process, there is no customs tax and VAT fees.
* For Europe buyers, this is best shipping option to avoid customs importing tax and save VAT on the goods.

I saw blue 64gb in some russian eshop but I don`t know if it was official distributon. Here in czech rep. will be 64gb only gold for approx. 430€.
Vmall EU's customer service is almost as shocking as the price for the UK. I get that Honor is a rising brand but the justification to put up the price by £120 from the Honor 7 doesn't make sense.
I got fed up being messed around by VMall and cancelled my order and bought an OP3 just like the original poster.
I'm just wondering is there a way to get the phone from the likes of Oppomart and then flash a EU ROM? As the phone can be had for way less.
Got it for ~385€ in Czech Republic.

Good choice :good: I think this is the best option. 4gb of RAM is more than enough, 64gb of storage will suffice for most folks and grey is a nice color for any phone (I'm still trying to hide the rose gold with cases :cyclops: )

I was bored and wanted a phone to tinker with so I got one of these. LeEco Le Max 2 5.7" 2K MSM8996 Android 6.0 4G Phone + Flip Cover KB-525727 with expedited UPS global shipping for Total: $203.86 to the US. Not too bad. Worst case I can give it to my parents to replace one of their Honor 5x or use it as a backup phone
So where is a good place to buy this phone with EU/UK firmware?
Ideally I'm after the 256gb phone as I want to record a fair bit at 4k...
But I can't really seem to find anywhere stocking it? Also the Amazon listing is a fekking joke... Nearly 400 quid for the 64gb version.
I was going to buy the 9t pro but the dual speakers and better camera quality won me over.
What are my options? Or should I go back to 9t pro?
On Amazon spain you can get the 12+256 version for €449, and they should ship internationally too. Give it a try
I bought mine on Ebay but it's the 8/128 version
Hier gibt's die 12/256 GB Version für 449 €:

OK that Amazon listing isn't terrible..... 370 quid...
Though will likely be 380 after exchange rate fees...
Currently the 9t pro is about 328 for the 256gb version...

Yes, EU version, paid €370. The seller is realme_store, unfortunately it ships only in Italy, i think it's the local seller for my country.
I second that option. Ordered from Amazon.es and was delivered to Surrey in 2 days (EU 12GB version)

Brexit I guess

Thanks but I'm thinking the 370 from Amazon es is the best so far... Being 256gb... But still undecided... I might even still go with the redmi mi 9t pro... It's a hard choice. I don't have cash to spare so can't just get it and get the other if I didn't like it.
Just buy x2pro. You will be happy. Like me
