install new camera?

hey guys, sorry for my english beforehand, i from german
i want to install another camera (with the zoom function, i believe it is the htc or hero camera) on my phone.... i have root and the rom from nk02 r4.1.1 on my phone. which file i need to install a new camera? install only the .apk over adb doesn´t work. i get the message "INSTALL_FAILED_INSUFFICIENT_STORAGE" or "INSTALL_FAILED_MISSING_SHARED_LIBRARY"
i don´t know which files of the lib folder i also needed?
can anybody help me? links? download? batchfiles?...

I triyed this fix:

Can you please help me fix this non connected arabic characters issue ?
This is the rom i'm using:

dear mate iam also a new user and tried a lot of builds for arabic support
this is the one which i found extremly fit built with arabic charachters infact full arabic support in menu also. the think about this build is that the battery life is amazing like orignal htc andriod phones.

I extend to you the question of the editing software for the watches AiWatch Z20 (amazon.co.uk / Ai-watch-Bluetooth-Capacitive-Touchscreen-Pedometer / dp / B00OY0QIFS).
Propagates is how do I edit them or just upload to watch completely different, for example:
- youtube.com / watch?v=k86l8B2YIhA.
Original software from the manufacturer: aiwatch.eu / uploads / 1_0_0.zip
On the surface, the firmware is the same as when you want to upload them, unfortunately, do not work.
So please help and explain how I can modify them.

i can provide drivers and flash tool for the original firmware / custom firmware "not signed" or whatever u call it... windows 8.1 pro dk i use ... i updated my device 9 times... trying to edit it .. managed to get 2 new clocks... 1 unusable app working.. bin ...still havent been able to make watch belive im allowed to use browser , fb & twitter ...! becoes its not ment to be for EU .. say china ! WTH ! get lost ... ill add it me self !
would love to know how to edit the ROM file iv tryed many parttions selections ... next step is LINUX ... and its cracked fast !
