Asus Zenfone Selfie ZD551KL

Friend you could help me?
I see no Forum Topic at XDA about Asus Zenfone Selfie ZD551KL.
So I opened this Topic, for it is a model Zenfone Line 2.
I already have the device.
There is already a Stock Rom for this model phone on Asus Global website.
Please set up a Topic at XDA for Asus Zenfone Selfie ZD551KL.
I can not in any way enter the Fastboot Mode of Zenfone Selfie ZD551KL.
Tightening Button Power more Button Volume - and the screen is frozen.
I have not found the installation Drivers Asus Zenfone Selfie ZD551KL.
- How do I enter Fastboot Mode Zenfone Selfie ZD551KL?
- How do I give the Asus Root Zenfone Selfie ZD551KL?
- How to Unlock Bootloader Asus Zenfone Selfie ZD551KL?
- How do I install CWM Recovery or TWRP the Asus Zenfone Selfie ZD551KL?
I found the Stock Room of Zenfone Selfie ZD551KL with Qualcoom SnapDragon,
unlike ZenFone 5 and ZenFone 2 with Intel.
I not found in the Stock Rom files, fastboot.img, recovery.img, the dnx and ifwi.
Just found the file boot.img.
And the Rom brings a file Dat of 2.80 GB
I not found in any store for sale the Asus Cover
Only found in sites as Aliexpress Cover Wallet style.
The most interesting would be the Asus Flip Cover Original that possesses the
Circle in front allowing use cover Asus.
So it seems there is an Asus model known as: "ZenFone Selfie MyView"
Could anyone help?

It's really true..
And so far does not even exist any development for the Asus Zenfone Selfie ZD551KL.
More or I could have here at XDA

have and want are totally different things , the overall adherence to the unit is restricted consider that the first tools may come in 4-5 months in the future .

Even Bigger problem is that the bloatware on the device is driving me nuts. even if any rooting solution to this device would be out sooner, i would be the happiest one.

the method would work to open the bootloader Zenfone 2 in Zenfone selfie ?

The SoC arent the same (ZF2 Atom Z38xx X ZF Selfie QC SD615) but you can try. Unlock bootloader could work with the same commands. Root wont work (at least using CWM temporary) 'cause the hardware isnt compatible.

I also have a zenfone selfie 32GB 3GB RAM
You can enter.
Fastboot by
Holding volume up and power.
Or entering
"adb reboot bootloader " in cmd
Recovery by
Holding volume down and power.
Or entering
"adb reboot recovery" in cmd
Unlike zenfone 2,4,5,6 there is no droidboot menu on zenfone selfie..
When enter fastboot mode you will see a text in top on the screen
On Asus splash screen with a text "Fastboot...!"
I tried to root it with zenfone root kit, It didn't work.. Something about locked device, I'm guessing it will work after unlocking boatloader. (Idk how to)
Install asus PC link, it will automatically install USB drivers and all
PClink download: pclink.asus.com

I've tried all the methods and could not enter the fastboot
the Zenfone Selfie. Because I did not see this in the Stock Rom
The Stock Rom Zenfone Seifie is different from Zenfone 2, Zenfone 5, etc ..
Only even Shakalaka User agent to help ..
More the worst is I do not know how to communicate with him.
One would inform this Selfie the problem to see if he gets a solution to the Root Zenfone Selfie.

I would like to share the response of the contact support developer sofware ASUS this day .
According to the company release made ​​yesterday in the apk to unlock the bootloader Zenfone 2 , was the company's plans , because the appliance is the flagship market .
The Zenfone Selfie not this the company plans to have a tool for unlocking, which in my view is a small business attitude and totally different from the ASUS PC Hardware I know.
The future for ZD551KL is undefined and believe to have the device SU tools, and TWRP or custom rom , will depend on the community's collective help .
What in my view is terrible because the device offers excellent settings to be maximized.
I 'm just one of thousands , but if everyone here at XDA who have a little knowledge can help in this task , we can make this most spectacular device than it already is .

Hi, i apologise if this topic is present in another part of the forum yet (yes i'm new in this family ) but I have a very annoying problem. One month ago, I bought from ebay a selfie but I recently discovered that my version of software is a cn one, and for this reason I won't ever been able to receive marshmallow's upgrade and probably to solve some problem with google play services too. That's why I deceded to try to flash my rom in order to change with a custom ww' s one. But I didn0t find any tutorial on internet. Can you help me, please??

I succeed root my phone using Kingroot, on second hit.
Unlock bootloader using official unlock app.
flashed TWRP using flashify (playstore)
then changed kingroot with supersu using terminal emulator app.

Okay. but I Unlocked bootloader with official app, flashed TWRP in fastboot, flashed SuperSu in TWRP
btw right now, I'm on CyanogenMod 14.1, Android 7.1 Nougat

Redmi Note 4G STUCK ON FASTBOOT

Dear All,
Was trying to update my Redmi Note 4G (Single SIM 2014712) via Fastboot method but the process completed in just about 10 seconds with Succes remark.
After that the phone is Stuck on Fastboot.
Tried flashing multiple times with different ROMs but result is same. Even the MI PC Suite isn't recognizing my device now.
Please help.

get rights for edl mode or go to your local mi stores and they will help you free of charge because your still under warranty.

Redmi 7a Brick System destroyed

What's up guys
My Redmi7a cell phone died. I can't access by conventional means because it is not only brick but it was not unlocked.
I tried almost all the tutorials on the network, but as the device is not unlocked it gets in the way.
Is it possible to do something?

I think this method will not work because redmi 7A is Snapdragon, not mediatek.

Redmi 9T can't boot, only shows battery charging screen. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

So earlier, I unlocked my Redmi 9T phone using the Xiaomi Official Tool, then flashed TWRP using XiaoMiTool V2, I opened cmd and entered fastboot reboot recovery, it's still in fastboot mode, I tried Power button + volume buttons and still stuck on fastboot and before it boots into fastboot again, it shows a charging battery icon. I plugged in my phone to my pc and selected "My phone is bricked" in XiaoMiTool V2 and waited for 1 hour to finish the download, it tries to install but when it gave me an error, I closed it and tried to reboot my phone, NOW IT'S SHOWING A CHARGING BATTERY ICON AND CAN'T DO ANYTHING! I keep turning on my phone but it only shows the battery and turns itself off quick. PC/ADB can't detect any, can't boot into fastboot, can't boot into system, can't boot into recovery. Please help me, I'm gonna get in BIG trouble. Please help me... Thanks!

You have missed the subforum:

You are asking about Redmi 9T
That's totally different name, phone model, hardware, Android version.
After all, your phone model is about two years newer than our Mi 9T here
Specially you made a big mistake if you maybe downloaded and flashed the TWRP for Mi 9T/Redmi K20 to your Redmi 9T, and bricked your phone
One needs to be careful about the phone models!!!

Generally, you should be able to fix by flashing the stock firmware via MiFlash again
But if you also locked your Bootloader by using the MiFlash last time, you will not be able to flash anything and you will need to seek around for the paid EDL support

How can I flash when my phone can't boot into fastboot? Can't boot into anything, it just shows the battery charge screen when I turn it on (even without plugging it in a charger). I have my bootloader unlocked

But you can ask in the right XDA subforum for your phone - where somebody familiar with your device could help you, or you cannot (or you don't want)?!
If you hard bricked your phone then you will need to find somebody to help you with the paid EDL account - usually they cannot advertise on XDA since advertising the paid support is forbidden. You should seek around on TG channels and so
