Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900I Original ROM - Galaxy S 5 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I am looking for Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900I Original ROM. The previous ROM was CyanogenMod and it got corrupted. I would like to flash the original Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900I ROM.
Any help with the download link and resources?
Please advise.

Register on sammobile.com.
Then, search for the firmware for the g900i (watch for the right country/carrier!!!)
If the download speed is too low, try downloading the file with the opera browser, because you have less time to wait ( around 1 hour only, for me atleast)
Then, scroll down and follow the instructions and do the SAME THING.
If you have a bootloop (which will probably happen because you were on a cm rom), you have to factory reset your phone. Then, your phone will boot up.
If you have any other questions, simply ask.

[Q] Phone freezing after custom ROM flash

Hi all
I desperately need help i have no idea what to do anymore. Yes i tried to root and rom my phone and i messed up now i cant get it back to just normal functionality.
I downloaded a custom rom and installed twrp 2.6 recover. I flashed a rom and when i started it i only noticed that it was for a Galaxy s2. I could not get out of the setup so it ran and failed. After that i have had the problem that the phone boots fine and goes into any app and has full
functionality until i set it down and the phone locks itself, then the lag is so huge i have to restart my phone to get anything done.
I have tried flashing the correct Omega v13 rom and does the same. Also dit the same with the backup that i made with TWRP before i did the first flash.
Also i tried to get it back to the stock firmware using the following guides.
DroidViews | How to Unbrick Your Bricked Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9500, GT-I9505, SCH-I545
How to Unroot and Restore Official Stock Firmware for Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9500 & GT-I9505 | WhatsWithTech.
I have flashed it and done every step correctly but when it boots the first time the whole touch screen doesnt react only the return and home keys work on first startup. If i restart the phone at this point (Just flashed stock firmware re partition with PIT file and new stock kernel) i can complete it but the same problem persists
Please tell me someone can help me fix this screwup.
I have a GT- I9500 Octacore international with Jellybean 4.2.2
This is the Samsung Galaxy S4 Active forum (meaning the I9295 International version/I537 US AT&T only model), not the Galaxy S4 (I9500/I9505/etc) forum which is located here:

Good luck with the problem(s) you're having, however.

ROM with 3 files and/or pit file for G900F

Hello to all.
I am looking for stock ROM and pit file mainly because i want to repartition my phone.
I remember on my S1 and S3 there were ROM's with 3 files, but for S5 maybe there is only one file + pit for repartition.
P.S: The reason i need this is because i am trying to fix my phone. The phone is G900F and i am trying to flash stock Bulgarian ROM downloaded from samfirmware. I flashed the Polish and the British without any problem , but none of the Bulgarian one's are working. I have done this 1000 times with all my samy device's. Now i can't even downgrade to 4.4.2 because the lollipop is so laggy and i don't like it.
Anybody
I know this is sensitive information, so i will be glad if somebody PM with the answer.
Thanks.
The firmware you are looking for is a 'leak' or 'test' firmware. I've seen them available for the S2 (and used one on that device), but so far, I haven't seen one for the S5.......somebody *might* make one available in the future......who knows?

Edit......forget it, it's a system 'dump' not a firmware.......

Forgot to root... galaxy s5

Hello,
So as you just read, i tried to install the original firmware on a galaxy s5 with cyanogenmod.
I downloaded the original firmware (G900F VFG) via sammobile, but i forgot to root the phone again... I get an write error (ext4).
What do i do now!?
I cant find much on the internet, because search terms like root and galaxy s5 are too much.
Kind regards,
Jeroen
You can't install a firmware with a custom recovery....The only thing that will install a firmware is Odin.
What OS is on your device right now?
