Hello, just got the LG G6 and the phone vibrates every time I have a notification while I'm on a call, can't seem to find anything to turn this off. I read that this is a 7.0 problem that should be fixed with 7.1? but wondering if I'm the only one with this problem or if there's a workaround.
Thanks
Try: Settings>Sound>Vibration and turn off "Sound with Vibration".
You'd have thought LG would have included that info in the LG G6 User Guide that you downloaded and read, wouldn't you.

What types of notifications? Maybe caused by a third party application? Check the settings of the app where you get the notifications.

so far, this method werks but not for long..
method: Settings---> Sounds and Notifications-----> new SMS----> Disable Alert, Vibrator, Falshing Light !!! Basically disable everything and press OK to return to the touch FLO home.
After that, Go again and enable the SMS notification with or without Vibration as you like and it will work !!!
I had the same problem when i used the nueDynamicClock...
Now, it seems to work well (with the version 1.3)
Hi, I was just wondering if is there a way how to disable phone vibration (at all) while phone is cradled or connected to charger.

The only thing you can really do is set your phone to silent unless theres some program out there that will do it for you but i doubt it.
1)
I think HTC have forget to do it possible to turn off the vibrator on the Home, Menu. Back and Search buttons at the bottom, when the make the HTC Wildfire.
So are there somebody who know if it possible to disable the vibrator in some kind of way, for this buttons?
2)
When the battery is under 15%, the battery indicator flashes continuously.
Is it possible to turn that off?

It's not possible to turn the Flashing LED off using any off the setting. Rooted? that's another story.

Oooh, very nice! Thank you man, this is what I've dreamed about since I got my Wildfire, to disable that!
Do you also know if it possible to disable vibrator, in the 'Phone' when I enter a number?

1) I don't think you can disable the vibrator in the 'phone', only the audible tone.
2) Yea we must wait till a ''Hard Root'' (which will be soon)
I got both settings at menu - screen and sound

Can't disable Haptic feedback
It is not highlighted and can't be ticked, are there any other ways?
Finally you will get a LED notification If you set your Xperia to silent mode
This bug has been fixed in the latest build "23.2.A.1.62"
You don't have to wait for 5.1 or using light flow or true silent mode to fix it

Since 5 years ago i use my phone only on Silent mode. When my message on whatsapp arrive, fb notification, call anything, it lights up the LED notification, and it blinks till i dont read it.
On 23.1.A.0.726 when set to silent/no interruptions my led does not light up..
If I mute with volume buttons, that might be another story ,haven't tried though.

But for Xperia Z* phones on lollipop ıt's not working anymore while using silent Mode
This was lollipop fault, not Sony
SILENT/NO ITERRUPTION is made to be like that.
It will not show you notifications, not light up LED light nothing. When i went to cinema i put it on that, i had nothing, moment i went to normal silent mode "with volume key down" i received notification and led light notification.
This mode "no interuption" is like this, nothing cant interrupt you, including led notification
EDIT:
• None
• Priority
• All
1. If you select "None" You really will not receive any more notifications on your phone. But is also important to know that in this mode the alarm clock also no longer rings! Caution!
2. When selecting the "Priority" mode, you will accept the settings from the menu above. This can be configured as your new silent mode.
3. To enable all sound notifications on your phone, choose “all”.

Isn't it a bug then (if true) ? If I set no interruptions, then I want no interruptions whatsoever. Anyhow, a minor issue ,if at all (at least for me) .
What puzzled me from the start is saying finally it works, from my perspective I read :bug introduced (again, if it is so)

This is great news! Thanks for sharing this OP. There seems to be some misunderstanding about what exactly this change means or why it's important, but I can tell you a lot of people are going to be really happy about this.
Finally I can have my phone on my desk at work in silent mode and just use the LED to see if I have a message, like it used to be in kitkat.
edit: 23.2.A.1.62 is only for the D6653 right? Can we get this update on the D6603?

If you make a pre-rooted firmware, can you upload it here? Xperifirm isn't working for me.

Hi, does anyone know why this would happen? today morning when my G6 alarm rang, I just pressed some random buttons to mute it. Since then the phone is going into Auto Mute. I can turn up the volume but when I turn off the display and turn it back on, it mutes. I don't want to reset the phone

Yes, you can see in this screen shot. I even tried turning up the ringer volume to full and then turn off and on the screen and then I see the ringer is muted again View attachment 4140577

Tried also to enable and disable the not disturb option? The reset may be the only solution, it takes time but you can save almost everything with lgbackup.
Thanks Killua96 for trying to help me. I just found out the problem. I had installed an app noheadsup by Floatify which tried to activate Do not disturb mode every time I turned on the screen. But I didn't doubt the app because I had installed it one week ago, and it just started acting up today. Thanks for suggestions friend!
