I have a Huawei p10 plus VKY-L09 and i accidentally factory reset it while I had installed TWRP. I have tried many things without any luck.
I used the extractor tool and using adb commands i flash recovery/cust/system/boot img's. Nothing worked. It is stuck on bootload. I can flash Twrp but i dont know what else to do. Anyone?
Try use funkyhuawei. You can recover through erecovery method

Every time I use eRecovery i get an error saying "getting package from server failed"
contact funkyhuawei for erecovery. They have back door access to official recovery method, (which you need to pay for credit).

I have a Huawei P8 Lite [ALE-L21] phone, without root, unlocked bootloader and disabled USB-debugging
The Problem
It can't open, always stucks on the huawei logo. I tried to install the stock rom via the dload folder but it says "software install failed". I tried flashing the 4 .img files but I can't access the adb commands (disabled USB-debugging).
Can anyone help me?

Good Day Everyone! I messed up with my Huawei P8 Lite ALE-L21 and now it is bricked. I installed TWRP recovery and accidentally reformatted everything without any backup. Now it got stuck at Huawei Logo and everytime I open TWRP, it says No OS installed when I reboot. Hope you can help me. Thanks in advance. :crying:

It was bricked after flashing custom recovery TWRP , and it is rooted …now phone is not booting ,stuck on huawei logo ,applied all methods ,hard reset etc..
Software installation via sd card three buttons installation is also getting failed
Software flashing through fastboot/adb is also not working at all just because it was rooted .

fastboot flashing is root indipendent, needs unlocked bootloader.
how did u get root permission?
If you get here because you have bricked your p8 lite, it's possible to revive it. Did mine without even factory reset. This might help (when you get there,, type the flash commands in small letters instead)

Hello everyone, I have a huawei p8 vodafone it branded.
I decided to root it, unblocked the bootloader and everything was good so far...
I tried to flash a custom recovery but failed for some reason and I decided to stick with stock recovery.
Now I installed an app as system app and my phone got bricked. my fault..
At first It went trough a bootloop and I was not able to access the huawei recovery or the fastboot, after a while it started to boot into a error message where it was saying that it was impossible to read user data partition, and give me some choices like backup, update to the latest version, or data factory.. I choose data factory twice but it went trough a bootloop again only to give me back to the same page after a while.
I can access huawei erecovery but it gives me getting info package failed when it says that I have to update it with wifi.
I can access fastboot mode and it says me that the phone is unlocked.
I really don't know what to do as I'm not expert, I tried to read various topics but never saw anyone with this message where it was saying impossible to read user data partition..
I had emui 3.1 5.1.1 with vodafone it brand... In case I have to flash it which firmware I should look for? Or is there a way to get my phone alive again without flashing?

Hey thank you silvano, can you tell me which firmware I need to flash it? Is it okay if I use a b170 even if I had the 5.1.1 emui 3.1 version?
Nothing, I can't seem to make it work, I've flashed the boot.img recovery.img system.img and cust.img successfully(b170) but still stuck in bootloop, I can enter bootloader mode, and recovery.. but when I enter recovery it says me that I need to update it and I can't update it because it says me that getting info package failed... tried with different wifis, same result..... The excatly same thing happens with the b132 stock rom too and I cant factory reset or even wipe cache if I dont make this update first as is the only option avaible on huawei eRecovery.
As last attemp I tried to force an upgrade with putting UPDATE.APP inside the sdcard and press vol up vol down and power for booting but this combination of buttons doesnt work...
I'm hopeless, I really don't know what to do... any help would be much appreciated

No operating system and no recovery. I tried to fix it by creating the dload folder and installing the update.app. But I couldn't get it to the firmware installation mode (Volume+&- and power). Now the device is stuck on boot. I can only get to the fastboot mode when I connect it to PC. I also tried to recover it using the HiSuite but it says the device is not supported.
What else can I do?

I have a P9 lite L22C185B140. That was the original firmware on the phone. I made a stupid mistake and wipe the entire phone clean., so as a result, theres no OS on it and the bootloader is locked. Firstly, I need help in getting the bootloader unlocked (Details below) and secondly everytime (when the bootloader was unlocked) when i entered recovery (revolution) it never flashed the firmware. It gave a mounting error. Also i couldnt flash any other custom recovery on the phone and to make matters worse, the dload route never worked either.

I have (or had?) a huawei p9 lite (VNS-L21) which had the problem to frequently restart or simply didn't want to pass the boot (huawei) screen. I tried to reinstall the same firmware and it didn't helped so i tried another version and after a successful flashing via Chimera Tool, now the phone does nothing. Can't power up, can't get into fastboot, my pc doesnt seem to see it at all.
The only solutions i read here was via fastboot which i do not have at the moment.
Do you have any suggestion?
