Awesome ROM.
1. Flashing took more time.
2. Welcome screen, opt for better one.
3. CAB Installation so quick.
4. Again welcome screen. oooohhhh.
5. ROM is simply superb super quick in processing and installing CABs, superb performance.
6. Android style top bar really class with style.
7. But missed certain features like arkswitch, quickmenu, themes by liven n many more. Which was so good in your ROM3 release. It was feature rich one apart from sense.
8. Pocketmusic player is better than CORE.
9. WIFI initiates very quickly and browsing via wifi is best.

Yeah. I do hav but doesnt run on startup, exe error not signed n so on.
GPS I dont use, am not a frequent travellor n dont hav tomtom.
MIRom is now a error free bug free ROM hats off.

SPB Carousell not working
Hi Miro,
installed miROM5 yesterday, made a backup with SPB MS 3.5.5. Now the Carousell is not working, nothing happens when using left softkey. Any idea?
Hi miro, hab gestern das miROM 5 geflasht, leider läuft das MobileShell Karussell nicht mehr. Linker Softkey hat gar keine Funktion mehr. Irgend ne Idee? Ansonsten schönes ROM, evtl irgendwann in deutsch zu haben?

plz install Chainfire-TG01-D3DM and Chainfire-HD2-3D-Driver-Patch-2.0 and RESET to Carousell work - i have forget , and yes, i make a german version with Chainfire Driver

Die GPRS/UMTS verweildauer nach z.B. Wetterupdate oder Email- abfrage
ist die zeit viel zu hoch gestellt, nach der die Onlineverbindung automatsch getrennt wird.
Ändern mit TotalCommander unter:
registry\HKLM\Comm\ConnMgr\Planner\Settings\ChacheTime von 600 auf z.B. 6 stellen= nach Onlineaktivität nach ca. 2 - 3 sek. automatisch Offline

Thanks for the ROM, I Have tried it for two days and it is really good, fast and no bugs so far. Only a minor problem to me that i can not seem to control media players via my bluetooth headset. Is there any registry tweak or any way to sort it out

has anyone had any issues getting SRS WOW to work with this ROM?
I have sucessfully used the 3 cab install on all TG01s so far (bar 1) but this ROM doesn't seem to like it!!

[email protected], has the following problem. A while ago, without evident reason, my Tab at music caught to plays. Since the part does not have a RESET button, I pressed on the circuit breaker.
After a restart the internal memory had disappeared. Now well, thought I make a hard RESET. Unfortunately brought no success.
Now I wanted to again up-play the firmware. After the guidance proceeded: Update XWJJ4 Property me the file Galaxy Tab/.PIT file: TO DOWNLOAD. (P1) and P1000XWJJ7 ## NEW P1 PIT version 2.2 down-loaded.
Unfortunately comes to that bottles fat Fail! Are degree quite to despair need assistance as it were The part does not start times more. After switching on on I have only mobile phone 2 PC connection. and greeting thanks

LOL, really did you use some translation service as you used a few words that only someone with an extensive vocabulary would use.
So, basically you were playing music and it froze so you had to reset it with the power button, but now your internal memory won't appear? So, you did a hard reset and nothing happened. And you tried to flash the firmware...I'm lost after that.
Will your internal memory not appear when you doc your tab to your computer?

Is the internal issue the only issue? Struggling to understand most of what you said
I guess you can commect to pc as you updated/downgraded your firmware. Flash the latest firmware (if you havent done so already) and see if that helps things. Dont know what else to suggest :/

[email protected], habe folgendes Problem. Vorhin, ohne ersichtlichen Grund, fing mein Tab an Musik zu Spielen. Da das Tab keinen Reset Knopf hat, habe ich auf den Ausschalter gedrückt.
Nach einem Neustart, der auch ewig lang war, war der interne Speicher verschwunden. Daraufhin machte ich einen Hardreset. Leider brachte der keinen Erfolg.
Jetzt wollte ich die Firmware neu aufspielen. Bin nach der Anleitung vorgegangen:

ich hatte die selbe fehlermeldung als ich mein TAB geflashed habe und die partitions durcheinander gebracht wurden..
was ich dann gemacht habe ist es mit der firmware P1000XXJHA zu flashen um die paritions wieder in ordnung zu bringen.. und dann einfach mit der neuesten firmware ohne parition angeklickt in odin noch einmal zu flashen..

Youre not meant to be in recovery. Vol down + home button + power. Keep holding them until you see the yellow triangle then flash your firmware.
And please keep it English

Ok i have try some method to find working call recorder on my mt7-l09 witch b522/b560 rom
What we need :
Root & Fx Explorer

How do it:
Unzip download pack and you see 3 folders with file.
First go to fx expolorer and go to system(root)/system/hw_oem/your model/prop and open local.prop as editor
Now find this line:
###########1.3.RUN IN TEST END
######## 1.APP MANUFACTURE TEAM END
#####################################################################################
######## 2.BASEAPP TEAM BEGIN
and affter added this two line
ro.config.callrecord.enabled=1
ro.config.hw_voicerecord=true
and save file.
When you do it copy first folder with hwcallrecorder.apk and install as normal apk
Reboot device and check it record in call if it record we go next step because when you go to dialer and open menu and push call recorder you dont see record file.
Now copy orginal or modded folder with apk
Diffrent it name on record file:
Orginal record this [email protected] number_20160605_153500
Modded by me record this [email protected] number_05.06.2016_15.35.00
when you take open fx explorer and rename folder Orginal or modded to HwCallRecoreder and copy to system/app and check permission folder must be 0755
Now go to data/app and find folder com.hwcallrecored-1 and delete
Reboot device and check call record and check its save in after go to dialer menu call recorder you must see your file
For me its working now you can try and write here.
Update because I do it to much in my mt and now I check on stock rom b560 and work witch this method on mt7-l09

The reason it's not working is that we are missing the required lib.so files. So @chudy_85 can you check for the lib files on the phone you got it from?

Thanks Chudy but all I did really was just delete the previous apk from system/app and reboot. Then I installed the file in the folder named first.
I tried installing earlier but it failed due to the fact it was conflicting with the previous one but a reboot fixed it and I could install it normally.
I didn't even have to use either of the other two files. It records and saves just fine.
For me it saves in SD card/record
Also your local prop isn't like mine.
I just copied the code

It's the touchscreen-only head-unit with no physical buttons.

Now the questions is: Can anybody tell me, if this is a MTCB, MTCD or MTCE device?
My main goal is to install ROMs, especially Hal9k's Oreo-ROM looks quite nice to me, but I am concerned about bricking the device.
Since this is a head-unit that is not as widely spead as others and has some differences (no SD-card slot etc.) I simply don't want to make a mistake leading to a bricked head-unit.

I think this doesn't work. The Hal9k rom is for another screensolution. The UI will be cut at your screen.
In german: Das wird nicht funktionieren. Die Hal9k rom ist für eine andere Bildschirmauflösung. Da wird bei deinem Radio der Bildschirm abgeschnitten sein.

That does not concern me that much, worst case is that the ratios are messed up. And for mcu updates (sound patches in particular) it shouldn't have that much of an impact. The biggest problem I have is, that while my device has a pre-amp for the subwoofer, the EQ does not allow to change subwoofer-levels. I hope that a new MCU with a fixed EQ would change that. Even my previous head-unit (must be one of the first ever Android-HUs) was able to do that. The subwoofer was banging, the HU itself was garbage.
(Das macht mir jetzt nicht so große Sorgen, im schlimmsten Fall sind die Verhältnisse auf dem Bildschirm verzerrt, schätze ich. Für MCU-Updates, vor allem für Soundpatches, solllte das keinen großen Einfluss haben. Das große Problem, dass ich habe, ist dass mein Gerät zwar einen separaten Subwoofer-Ausgang hat, der standardmäßige Equalizer aber keine separate Ansteuerung oder Einstellung erlaubt. Sogar mein vorheriges Radio, was eines der ersten Android-Radios überhaupt sein muss so schlecht wie das ist, konnte das. Da war der Subwoofer eine Wucht.)

But this is a question for the sound cracks because I dont use a subwoofer. I know there are sondmods for the mcu but i´ve never try it out and as you can see there is no hint to a MCU version called KEQ.

In german: Dann denke ich brauchst du kein rom sondern ein MCU update. Das wäre dann eine frage an die Soundspezialisten, da ich keinen Subwoofer verwende. Ich weiß es gibt sound modifizierte MCU aber wie du siehst ist dort kein KEQ zu finden.

Still no updates, i am sorry. Since my headunit mentioned in the opening post turned out to be defecrive anyway, i received a new headunit (different unit), that runs on a GS-MCU, which are commonly used and therefor easy to find.

I had really loud electrical noise coming from my speakers and all of a sudden no sound at all, so i guess the Pre-Amps must have blown. But as I said, I am lucky with my dealer, he immediately took the old unit back and gave me a new one, and even switched it to another model.

ADB-method:
1. Download SDK platform tools from here https://developer.android.com/studio/releases/platform-tools
2. Extract them on your desktop.
3. Inside the extracted folder put the update.zip
4. Inside this folder, holding left shift, right click the mouse and select "open command prompt here". The command prompt will open.
5. Shutdown the phone.
6. Holding power+volume up buttons, enter into recovery mode.
7. Select "update via ADB". (you scroll down using the volume buttons and select using the power button).
8. Connect the phone to the PC using original samsung USB cable.
9. In the command prompt run the following command:
./adb devices
10. Wait to see that the daemon has started and that your device is found.
11. If you device is found, run the following command:
./adb sideload update.zip
The update process will start. You will see a percentage counting. First it will verify, then patch etc. Do not move the cable, disconnect the phone or power off the PC.
Once the process is completed (it takes some time) the phone will boot itself, update the apps and log into your home screen.
SD-card method:
1. Download the bin file and rename it to update.zip (by going to file options in win10 you can select to view the file extensions. This makes the renaming process much easier and safer, and avoids renaming the file to update.zip.zip)
2. Copy it to the root directory of your SDcard.
3. Shut down your phone.
4. Hold simultaneously Power+volume up buttons to get into stock recovery.
5. Using your volume keys navigate to "update via SdCard" and press power button to select it.
6. Again using volume keys navigate to the file "update.zip" and press power button to select it.
7. Update will start. Leave it till it completes. It will take some time.
8. Phone will reboot by itself and load android.
Note: for now after installing the beta update it isn't possible to reboot in to recovery via the VolUP+power button.
You will have to use ADB for that: "./adb reboot recovery"
Installing via this way shouldn't trigger KNOX warranty void.
However: updating to Beta is your own choice, no one is responsible if anything goes wrong

2. Start the update download but don't pause it.
3. Go back to canary and start that and it will grab the link.

When will come the first beta One UI 3?

Yeah I'm signing up if I can get in. It looks like Oct 24th was the date last year for the Note 10 and One UI 2.0 beta. They are on pretty much the same schedule as last year it seems so if history means anything hopefully sometime in the next 2 weeks we should see/hear something.

I'm already waiting for the beta. But I think that I (SM-N986B / DS Provider DTM German T-Mobile) will not get any notification because I live in the bottle region (Germany)
Can someone tell me by chance whether version 3.7.00.8 is the latest version from Samsung Members?

That has been true for some time. Rooting makes OTAs not work (since eFuse is tripped and OTA system will not allow updates), and betas are only distributed through OTA, no full ODIN images.

Mod edit: I know that it has only been confirmed so far, however, the beta places are all full according to the link where you can register and since I want to test the beta, I need someone who creates the zip file for me
