Hello, I have a vs980 running cloudy stock 2.5 with dorimanx kernel .
My baseband is 24a
I'm currently using orange in another country and my signal is very weak , will flashing another modem help me? Or perhaps updating to 26a?
LG G2 Modem Install

I have a LG G2 23P.tot file and I installed on my phone, With this version, I can root with towelroot.
This tot version has the baseband version M8974A-AAAANAZM-2.0.20062
Recently I found LG G2 25A.tot, I install on the phone and I can't root with anything with any tool, so I install back the 23P.tot
This version has the baseband version M8974A-AAAANAZM-2.0.20066
I use this sw WindowsLGFirmwareExtract.exe to extract the partitions from the tot file.
I need your help on how to update/replace the modem.bin 25P.tot/62 in the phone with the modem v66.

Urgent question...sorry if i am repeating anyone.
i have the AT&T D800 model.
but i moved outside the USA and i need to get the phone to work on the 2600 lte band.
would i achieve that by flashing the d802 modem?
will this work at all?

No, flashing this modem on your phone made only a bootloop....

Hi,
I bought a D802 in Hong Kong and I'm using CM 11 in Brazil.
I can't get LTE working even after had tried to configure using that configuration after use #*#... Code, etc.
Is it the case to flash a new modem? The LTE band used here is supported (band 7).
The Brazilian variant for D802 is D805.

Have an ATT phone but connected using the Rogers network.
Should I install the modem native to my D800 or because I'm on the Rogers network, the D80310c-RGR modem instead?
190128 modem is not in the list
Hi, I am using LG G2 D800 with LP stock rom. My modem is not in the list of D800 modems.
Full baseband name is M8974A-AAAANAZM-1.0.190128
I see on the page one, there's not modemimg for G2 F320L, can you add this variant modemimg ?

So it seems the modems and zips you have are all good and all, but for the VS980, you do not have a flashable 26a modem. Could you post that one as well?

I have my phone working, but i have not understand clearly how the various ROMs manage the network of this phone.
The F320L model should be locked with U+ network, but for those like me that bought the phone outside of Korea network should be unlocked to work with other carriers.
So the ROMs like cloudy that ask you to flash modem for the F320L in my experience lock the network and the phone will not recognize SIM cards other than U+ sims anymore.
For a ROM like Blisspop, that asks you to flash a general bootstack for F320, not specifying the version, does this mean that the bootstack has a modem that is unlocked, and does not require U+ sim cards?
The G2 Hybrid Bootstacks have a version for each model, does this mean that this F320L bootstack is locked with U+?
The bootstacks do contain the Modem, which if i'm not mistaken should be the piece of software that manages this, or am i on the wrong track?

Why not use the LG hidden menu. Apk and turn Volte on from there? Haven't tried flashing that to my device,.
