I forgot the pattern for my oppo f1s and wanted to know is there anyway to remove it? I was wondering if there is any software like Odin for samsung phones through which i could re-flash my Stock Rom and hopefully remove the pattern? If anybody has another way of doing this please do suggest.
OPPO F1s
Not Rooted
Only have access to the lock screen and stock recovery. (the wipe menu is displaying only one option Wipe data (keep sms, contacts and photos) which doesn't remove the pattern).
Sadly, I have no recollection of which version of android this phone is on.
bookmarked. i just want to know what's the odin equivalent for Oppo.

Hello.
I have a Galaxy Note 3 SM-N9005 LTE and rooted it. I saw a thread how to get the Galaxy S5 Settings list view. I downloaded the SecSettings.apk for the Galaxy Note 3. I installed it into system/priv-app and gave it the correct properties. Then I deleted the old SecSystem.apk and odex and rebooted my phone. Just so that you know, I have a handwriting protection for security which was preinstalled from Samsung. After turning it on again everything looked normal. As I am about to sign in with my handwriting My Phone does not log in. If i try to put in the pin, no keyboard pops up to put it in. Only Google speach recognition opens and it loads and loads and loads. I can not use my phone to change anything, because I can not log in. My phone is not turned in to debugging mode and first it says settings stopped and then it says android.phone stopped and then it says systemui.xxxx stopped. For a second i can then see my homescreen. Then it locks again. I have important pictures I dont want to loose. How can I save them before flashing my phone with odin and wiping everything? What can I do(anything)? Can I put a new rom on there without loosing any data or how do the tools work on kies. My phone is locked and i wont be able to unlock it. Reasons are given. I am about to cry. I dont have enough money to buy another one and I dont want to loose my pictures. PLEASE HELP. URGENT
PS: Ask me any question if it helps you to solve my problem
Flash offical firmware. It will not wipe internal memory unless it stuck at samsung boot logo where you need to do factory reset from recovery. Or flash a custom rom

Will I not loos any data? I am German and still a student. Can you tell me how to install an official firmware. Dont forget I cant check the USB debugging mode cause I cant unlock my phone. Does it work with Odin?
Thanks:good:
Hi, I'm sorry if this isn't the right place to post this but Im having to use someone else's windows phone and its hard to navigate through the site.
My problem is that I tried to root my s6 edge plus using an application called King Root. The install got to 17% and then turned the phone off. When I load the phone up now I just get the message "custom binary locked by FRP lock" in red writing and the phone instantly boots off.
Is there a way to get around this without losing my data on my phone? I have some very important photos that are on there that I really don't want to lose, unfortunately nothing is backed up. I've been researching and apparently this is possible using a programme called Odin? I hope this is possible as I don't want to lose my stuff on my phone.
Any help would be great, thank you.
To be brutally honest if you haven't heard of Odin and you're using Kingroot, you're way out of your depth and you shouldn't be even thinking about rooting your device.
Not being nasty, sincerely. But you need to do a LOT of research.
The only way to rescue your device is to flash a stock firmware via Odin. There are guides on this site, read them and then read them again and again. Your photos are probably gone unfortunately. I would say definitely, but mircles can happen..
Good luck!
Maybe just flashing the stock bootloader may help but once you atart flashing the pda i think your photos may be gone. Unless where ever they are stored doesnt get over written they may be recovered uisng a data recovery app on the play store like gt recovery and the deep scan option.. it still finds photos from 5 new rom installs on my opo
Hello guys
I need your help with an issue I'm having with my J3 2016, I had an issue with battery draining so fast so I tried a factory reset through the recovery, not knowing that it will get locked and the bad thing is that I don't know the email that was used on the phone. I tried every tutorial, even the one with the settings apk using an OTG cable, the one with sidesync too, I would guess that these were patched by Samsung and no longer work. Any possible way to get back my phone?
Thanks!
Nothing? :/
I was wondering the same exact thing.. A friend of mine dropped his Verizon varient off to me to bypass Google lock but the sidesync fix doesn't work with it. I was hoping that I could just downgrade the firmware and then bypass it but from the looks of it there is no previous firmware to downgrade it to. So I am in the same boat. If anyone has had any success bypassing it please shed some light on how you dod it.
Take the stock rom and flash the phone with ODIN
It will wipe everything including the hidden system and boot partitions and replace them
Call 911 look for a browser button. Hang up and push Samsung browser agonist at same time. Download galaxy app, then es file explorer. From there go to the apps open chrome, go to rootjunkysdl.Com, then frp then bypass apk and sparse fix. Hit back until you're back in file explorer install bypass apk. Hit the dots up top, use browser sign in. Log into Google. Back to settings remove Google and factory reset from settings.
If browser not there but text is when calling 911 text 911 google.Com and send it. It turns into link and follow from browser step

I know this is a fairly old post but would this process work for an alcatel pop 5051x ? I assume the answer is yes but thought id check
yes but you don't use ODIN, you need to use fastboot protocol
you will find the solution here

Hi guys,
I'm thinking about rooting my Nova. But I'm new to the Huawei brand. (used HTC before)
I know, if I would root it, my warranty would be lost.
Is it possible to root it, flash TWRP and unroot also delete TWRP it if there appears hardware defects and I have to send it back to the factory? Will they know (like a flash counter in Samsung)?
Thanks in advance.
Well, if you flash full update.app it will wipe all and relock bootloader. So, no root and bootloader locked. There is no counter. This does depend on what kind of hardware defect of course, some types may prevent you from flashing the update.app. I am not really sure how strict Huawei is about denying warranty on modified devices. My friend took his (huawei but not nova) into a service center because his screen suddenly died. It was rooted, bootloader unlocked, etc. They did not bother checking all that, just confirmed screen was not working and replaced it for free. This was in China though, and here rules are often seen as suggestions, so results probably vary by location
in the read me of when installing nougat,it says that we can roll back to the previous version (mm)...thing is,in settings/fastboot,its not mentioned/available anywhere ,,,i mean the option to roll back
the text is also available in firmware finder under whats new (for the selected firmware)...
Hey, I recently bought a used phone(J7 Sky Pro, didn't see any where for this specific model), and when I boot it, it asks for a google account from the previous installation. Is there any way I can break through this?

I don't know how to bypass but you can hard flash Rom with Odin from Computer, all data and system info will full delete and Odin will flash full new system and Google Accounts nedded will remove
But It is not the best solution, you can still get stuck after flashing the new Rom, The best way is to install TWRP (there are a lot of instructions) and Wipe the whole then flash Rom via Odin one last time, it will terminate the Google account request.
But the best way to make your device work best and most effectively is to install TWRP and install custom OneUI Rom by the Modder, it's better and more efficient than Samsung's original Rom for J7 Sky (Why is there J7 Sky Pro, I've never heard of it, I only know about J7 Sky)

I'm almost completely inept when it comes to phones, is there a guide by someone I could look up for either of these processes?
