Hello. i just got an Galaxy S5 from my cousin in USA. but very much confused with the pda and firmware version. i can find them anywhere in XDA. please help. I do not know how to update it to lollipop. it is now running on 4.4.2
I dont know if i would brick the device if i flash a custom rom or another firmware. I would very much appreciate your helps. new with samsung

I bought my s7e in Germany, o2 carrier.
Can I change my csc region without triping my knox ?
I living in Germany and I want DBT csc code
Now I have this

You bought your S7E from O2 so it will be carrier locked I believe. May I ask why did you want to change region? Get OTA update?
You can flash a DBT firmware without tripping knox. But, this may void your warranty. You have two options:
1) Flash with odin and start a new; data WIPE. (You can download DBT firmware from sammobile)
2) Follow the instructions in post #2

What firmware code for 900F ANG2 to lollipop

Hi, I have an S5 with standard 4.4.1 G900FXXU1ANG2 and is unbranded and factory unlocked and bought outright.
What firmware do i need to download to update to lollipop? I'm worried i will flash the wrong file and break it.

G900FXXS1BPCL is the latest Lollipop firmware for the G900F BTU
Sammobile .com firmware section, search for G900F and your region in the dropdown, latest build at the top

Ah ok, no, just search your model S5 (G900F) then dropdown for your region and carrier, or unbranded which is BTU
Another way to find the latest (And way faster than sammobile) is this tool
