I'm running Lineage os 13 and facebook messenger keeps crashing on random occasions.. Is anyone else having this problem? (Lineage_markw-userdebug 6.0.1 MOB31T 6b70b5dd8a)
Clean app data and try again? Are you using Xposed or other big mods?
It did this for a week without xposed installed, now I have xposed and it's still the same. Will reset app data and see if it makes a difference..

Just updated to the latest cm snapshot m6, and i cant seem to get xposed running. It says it's not active, and rebooting won't change a thing. Anyone else experiencing this?

Did you try to install the framework again (Xposed Installer>Framework>Intall/Update>Reboot)?
Maybe the ART runtime is enabled by default? Xposed only works with dalvikVM.
Check the respective setting the the developer options.

I tried your cm13 build 2-3, NX, RR, Mokee, XOSP. But i faced a problem in whatsapp. Whatsapp gets auto stopped from the running services and due to that the messages are delayed. I didnt get msg for sometime like for an hour or untill i open the app. This thing occurs on data connection and Wifi. No connectivity issue from my side. This thing doesn't happens in Lollipop/Kitkat roms. Is there any solution of that? I use Xposed and gapps Pico.
PS: Tried the doze mode still problem is there(removed whatsapp from battery optimization)
Auto start permission given
All other permission is allowed and no app like greenify is installed.
Did you restored whatsapp and app data from Titanium backup?

In case of whatsapp, always do fresh install from play store.

and it downloads fine. Since moving to 7.1.2 when I try to open it it just closes right away. I send dev an email. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a few times/ I checked the permissions on the apk. I have no more ideas.
Anybody have any ideas to make it work?
Are you running any kind of Substratum theme? I've had Substratum overlays cause FC of apps. It's also possible that the app just isn't compatible with 7.1.2. It hasn't been updated since 2014. Since the app hasn't been updated for so long it might have been abandoned by the developer. The only other thing I can think of is clearing the cache data for the app, if there is any.
Thanks for your response. Not running any theme. I have tried all that. I guess it's just going to work.
Currently I am on Nougat 7.1.2 on Ressurection Remix 5.7.5 and I flashed Beans GAPPS however for some reason the camera app, its the google camera app, doesn't work at all although camera on other apps like snapchat and instagram work fine. Is it possible to get the google camera app or maybe somehow the stock camera app to work on here? Thanks
As the thread, anyone has the way to solve it?
Thanks
I had to uninstall the Youtube app then reinstall the Vanced one. My theory is that the update installs the latest official youtube app, and mess up the Vanced install.
Some apps like messages also worked for me after clearing data and cache.
I had it installed on oos 10. Upgraded to oos 11 2 days ago and previous installation works fine.
Also, seems ok so far with upgrade to 11
