[rom][4.4.2] miui

Just sharing with you , if anybody is interested, a Beta version of MIUI for the OnePlus One.​
I flashed it successfully on my International OnePlus One and am running it right now.
ALL CREDITS GO TO ID这么难么的个人空间 (miui.com developer). You can see the original thread here:

My changes :
- removed Chinese apps
- removed Sougou keyboard and Baidu apps
- added Sony Keyboard
- a few minor build.prop changes
- ROM is already rooted, the MIUI permission manager works perfectly
How to flash :
1. Download : MIUI 2.0 BETA
and copy to your phones storage
2. Download the Gapps package and copy to your phones storage
3. Unlock bootloader and acquire custom recovery from here: https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/guide-oneplus-one-how-to-unlock-bootloader-install-custom-recovery-and-root.64487/
4. Reboot into recovery
5. Wipe data, cache, dalvik cache and sytem
6. Install OnePlus_MIUI2.0_BETA.zip
7. Reboot your phone and setup the MIUI account
8. Restart back into recovery and flash Gapps
9. Wipe Cache and Dalvik
10. Reboot into system
11. Enjoy MIUI

Just an FYI... On the latest TWRP this takes a long time to flash... waited almost 5 minutes for the flash to finish...

It's because it's a repost of a ROM found somewhere else on the internet and not the work of OP himself, also the text of OP is copied from that blogpost he is referring to.

Yeah. Just grab CameraNext.apk from Apps/Themes Section and install it normally. Worked for me.

I have one major problem with this ROM (and specifically with MIUI). I can't get Bluetooth working in my Ford Focus. I get it to intially connect, but then Bluetooth on the phone force closes. I've had issues with this in the past with MIUI, so I don't know how to fix it. :\

After nand restore are you getting any errors with Wifi, my wifi connectivity is good but when i go into the wifi setting its FCing.
EDIT: Never mind, the FC problem was from something else.

I always think when people answer there own question its a good idea to post the fix, to help others with potentially the same issue.

MIUI v7 rom for HTC one m7

Hello to everyone,
While searching on the internet I find this MIUI 7 rom for HTC m7 ( for all variants I guess)... This is Chinese rom where in my opinion is the best for any other "JT " or " xl" authors who create miui roms for this phone...
It is truly MIUI 7 version for HTC m7 with a lot of optimization there in comparison with other MIUI Rom's...
Iam new here and I don't know how to post some link or to share my file here, but I will find some way...
This rom is not my own. I just want to help anyone here who is not completely satisfied with the previous couple version of this MIUI 5-6 rom's. So, I guess I help someone with this rom.

Installation is the same like others custom rom's.. Wipe data (Factory Reset) and then flash this rom.

i did it already, i'm wipe my dalvik, cache, data, but sadly still stuck on 1% (>>>System)

What Recovery are you using twrp? im using multirom btw , and have you tried re downloading the rom? also make sure that in the aroma installer just press next in every option and when in the popup or whatever that is you got to press the green button.

If you still have your old rom go to the google play store and download the multirom manager and install that twrp it might work better with this rom.

This rom has adblock, better battery improvements, and all chinese bloatware apps removed....so it will b a minimal miui rom

Its worse than xiaomi.eu rom as it use global rom as base while xiaomi.eu use czech miui base or china base ! It is a tiny developer group while eu is far greater dev group ! Eu has more feature and mi-globe adds more feature to eu rom!while epic has minor changes than to stock

Atleast we can respect whatever someone does. If you do not like it, then fine, do not use it.
Tiny or big, at least they are trying to do something and learning too.
What might you do mate? If you wanna criticise then look at MiUi Global Dev, and criticise them, it would be helpful. MiUi in the name of development gives crappier updates, and that too everytime they increase the OTA size.

Right, this ROM can be named Minimal MiUi, as it uses base MiUi ROM, along with few Globe Mi functionalities.

Last time I tried to install xiaomieu rom it stuck at "couldn't check device security info" and no way to skip it. Does this rom have this issue?

It was connected to internet. But nothing helps.
Don't know about previous versions, I flashed latest 6.12.1 and got this problem.

Are you using xiaomi.eu rom.
Clean install from cm13 latest using the recovery provided in the official cm13 thread.
I didn't get any error on flashing log & booting was successful too. But no matter what I cant login into mi account or can skip login.

Yes, im using xiaomi.eu rom 6.12.1
Try my method if you came from cm13/any aosp/cm based rom:
1. Clean install miui rom using mi flash, so you need fastboot rom. Download here http://en.miui.com/a-234.html
China rom recommended.
2. Then after comple flashing, boot phone to bootloader , then unlock bootloader.
3. Reboot phone, let it booting. It takes 15 - 20 minutes. Then your device will show MIUI wizard, just complete it. After that, do some customization into your device.
4. Reboot to bootloader from adb: "adb reboot bootloader"
Install twrp from bootloader, i'm using dadi11 twrp, link on my signature. Then boot to twrp, do not boot to system or your device will bootloop, because you're still using official miui rom.
5. Usually twrp can't decrypt data on latest rom dev MIUI 8, just press cancel if you facing it. Do factory reset from twrp to get rid from it, then select "reboot > recovery", do full wipe (cache , dalvik/art cache, system. data), then "reboot > recovery" again
6. Install any custom miui rom like xiaomi.eu, epic, miuipro, etc. Wipe cache & dalvik/art cache
7. Reboot system.
8. Done.
No error or any pop up error for me.

The thing is that the couldnt check security error is due to locale settings.
Use the required locale and also login through Mobile number in Xiaomi EU.

Clear data, then try again

What about Xiaomi Redmi Note 4x with Helio x20 (4GB/64GB) is there any love for that phone model?
It woudl be shame not to give any update for that phone.
I have bought that phone to my cousin, and I made mistake for not buying SD version, but I didn´t expected that Xiaomi doesn´t update their phones with Mediatek cpu´s. I thought those times with Mediatek and updates were past.
EDIT: Damn, this isn´t Note model. So confused with this Xiaomi.

I haven't used this ROM, but why would you even want to flash it at this point? It was posted here in August, never updated and uses a really old version of MIUI.

I have downloaded Miui 9 latest 3 - 4 times but whenever i try to flash it says zip file corrupted . Its not extracting also . Same message .

Can you assure me this is working? I once flashed a file from the original MIUI site and my phone bricked. I don't want that to happen again.

MIUI 12.5

This stock just came out three hours abd it's China version and they named it preview version, but i still didn't found a bug in it. It have many change compared with previous version stock and i like it of course. So come here to share to you guys.
AND remeber format data to flash. I suggest flash a MIUI fireware which version is 11 and flash.

Flashing this ROM is like flashing any custom ROM?
After flashing it will erase my custom RECOVERY TWRP?

Awesome, thank you!

I haven't found any feature really worth it in order to keep this beta as my daily driver. I'm going back to stable V12.2.3.0.RJKMIXM.

You will need to reinstall TWRP with this rom.

i won't and just wipe your cache and data then flash this rom on twrp.

My bad zip not tgz

Im getting error that failed to mount /vendor, failed to mount /product, failed to mount /odm. Using WZSX150 recovery 3.4.2b

how did you manage to install this version? I'm stuck on 12.2.1.0 EEA with no new update or even original one to reflash. I dont have the beta account.

This version dates from 2018, there have been 5 since.
