Can't Find Lockscreen Source Code building rom - OnePlus 2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I've been developing and customizing custom ROMs for a few months now, using mainly AOSP, Lineage and now I'm working on my own version of HalogenOS. But one thing has alluded me, I can't find the location of the layout of the lockscreen and how to edit it! I just want to change the font, color, size, layout etc. But I can't find it anywhere!
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you for reading through my problems!
Edit: I know Keyguard is associated with the lockscreen but I'm still having troubles finding the layout of the clock.

Melior aka Bada Platform-x(Wave 525)

Hello,
My name is Mr.Centurian and I am a developer or the brain behind the much awaited firmware by wave 525 users,Melior aka Bada Platform-X.
We are a group of people modifying our wave for better features and have achieved great results from our experience by now.By default,Wave 525 is not able to change Fonts and Lockscreen but our devs have found out a way of not only making the rc1 file getting accepted but also succeeded in changing the fonts and lockscreen of the phone. We are also working on the main menu modification so that we can get a main menu background but only this is the area where we haven't achieved any success.
Our basic plan is to get a main menu background by changing the defined resolution of Softkey from 240X70 to 240X400 so that it covers the whole screen but we haven't found a file that could be helpful for us.If any expert is able to guide us in this area, then it would be really helpful for our Firmware.
Also,we have encountered with a bug,the task manager doesn't load up..just a black screen comes..any help with this?
Screens are attached...Hope to receive some help
Cheers,
Centurian
Some help would be encouraged... :\

how to enable clock widget on lockscreen (5.1.1)

I have to ask in an own thread, because I get no answer in the ROM Threads.
I use Bliss Rom CM12.1 V3.5 and RESURRECTIONREMIX weeks before, there is the same fault:
and there is the clock widget which displays time, calendar and weather on lockscreen .... at least on kitkat.
In Android 5.1.1 there is a button for clock widget, but it doesnt work.
And second, I live in germany. Our standard date format is dd-MM-yyyy but in the roms the dateformat is MM-dd-yyyy
I know to change it in build.prop - but it doesnt change anything. I can edit and save it, but it seems not to change anything.
I'm sure you guys know, google castrated the language and Input settings, so I'm not able to change it easily.
Maybe anybody knows to change it?

Neophyte Developer Question

First, is it possible to develop an Android app that simply replaces the clock/date on the lock screen? All I want is to have my own custom clock/date on the lock screen, and be able to open up the app and change its font and layout.
If so, where would I get started? I'm a .NET developer, but have never done Android or phone development. Doing the coding doesn't worry me. I would like to know things like how I target that widget (if that's what you'd call it). Some general guidance would be appreciated with respect to replacing this specific widget.
Thanks,
Jay

Theming the status bar icons

So I've been searching far and wide for an answer, but I'm unable to find one. I'm running the Resurrection Remix 7.1.1 Nougat ROM and I'm slightly disappointed with the color customization options in comparison to my old LG Optimus G Pro running BlissPop 5.1.1.
Does anyone have an effective way of changing the status bar icon colors without using a buggy third party app? I understand the colors can be changed in one of the theme XML files, but I can't seem to find them (they aren't located under the directories most forums are stating they are). Anyone know where these XML files are and which values to change?
I appreciate it!
