Hi, I want to use a VoLTE, so i watch a lot of tutorials and i cant find that setting. My operator just support it. The phone was not been bought on brand so what now?
Are you sure your provider supports this? With my device it was after the upgrade via HiCare on nougat present the option.
OK, To enable VoLTE on my provider I need to call on hotline.

Mine (VNS-L31C636B361) don't have VoLTE option as well
VoLTE and WIFIcalling will both work only with branded firmwares.
Ask Your Provider if it's supported.
I THINK that it should work on p9Lite.

My smartphone has no branding. It is the branding-free version C432. It must be included in the contract, which can be used by VoLTE. Not more.

VoLTE is voice over LTE network. It gives superior voice calling.

I had VoLTE settings on MM but i dont have on N? Why? Should i call my provider? Because i had VoLTE on my S5 and had it on MM with my P9 lite but on N there no such option

its compatible its working for me now just had to renew my some things on my sim and they reactivated volte and my phone detects it

Hello guys,
i live in Italy and i previously had VNS-L31C432B381
firmware without any kind of brand..
Now i'm in EliteRom by Hassanmirza01 and VoLTE
is working..almost this is what i think..
To have a working VoLTE, must be active many conditions.
1- Your phone must support it (true)
2- Your provider must give you that service (i dont know)
3- Active 4G in your phone...
4- You must be connected on 4G antenna provider (i dont know)
Check by yourself status of your connection/dialing
typing *#*#6130#*#* and choosing phone info...

is there somebody from Germany that use the mate 8 in Germany with a Provider which can use VoLTE?
I have O2. try it with the latest 356 firmware and it is not possible. it goes to 3g or 2g when i start a call? Why? i played with different firmware and also change location to l29-c432. when i flashed the b320 firmware there was no VoLTE in the menu. and without changing location, only flashed the 432b320 over TWRP i have the VoLTE point in the menu and if it is on, i can't phone over LTE. I didn't have other phone with VoLTE to show if my sim is VoLTE on. Customer service said it's on. or do the German Prividers only allow VoLTE with thair own Branding?

Kanalbündelung is carrier aggregation. And it was on, but no luck. I get soon t-mobile and i will see.
Hallo, I'm back.
Now i have T-Mobile in Germany and i have to find out that VoLTE is not running. Also HDVoice is not possible. I try with 432b320 firmware. I Think The providers have intewrnal lists which phones can use VoLTE. but why HDVoice is not running? 3 Year Old Phones can do it. is it an Firmware Problem? i can test it and play different firmwres original AL-10 und over TWRP C432. And I can switch back to AL10 region. is it worth it? or is the Al10 Hardware not compatible with HDVoice?
do u have the option for HDvoice in your settings?
dont forget that all B3xx firmwares are still beta, so nothing is guaranteed

I hear first time about this option, normaly in all Phones and Tablates this option enabled, without must to enable this. in the original AL 10 Firmware there is a option to enable VoLTE.i seen about 10 Phones and no one has such an option. i remember in some older samsung you can enable/disable AMR-WB in hidden menu

First of all, your SIM card must support VoLTE. Only if then, you will find a radio option, VoLTE calls, in Settings - More - Mobile network.
After you have enabled the option on your phone, you should get contact with your carrier to make sure it enable VoLTE just for you. ASAIK, some carriers have not supported VoLTE yet. Good luck to you.
I have Huawei mate 8 too. i need volte update or crack. I can't make direct volte call from dialer. every time i have to use jio4g app to make calls. can someone provide volte update or volte custom rom for mate 8?

Sim does support VoLTE. But there is no option in phone.
My honor 8 lite (model numberRA-LA1), (Built numberRA-LA1C185B175) purchased a week from abu dhadi, now using in India. The problem is Jio Sim not working properly, the phone is volte enabled and is not working. And another problem is Jio 4G Voice Application(for non volte phones) always offline and not get connected...
I already tried all ways to fix but no results... Please help
Hi I have Honor 8 Lite bought from UAE, model number PRA-LA1C185B211. Using the device currently in India and needed to enable the VOLTE option to make calls over Jio network.

hi, as my mi a1 is global version and somehow JIO VOLTE does not work, i also have honor v10 and it works immediately but somehow with mi a1 t does not work i followed this guide from @raza_maestro but it does not help, can somebody help I am desperate here.

My friend bought mi a1 from Dubai and his phone doesn't supports volte sadly
so i figured out that dual sim is very poorly implemented. It supports both it is just that you have to be able to enable it properly. The wayI got it to work is byputting jio in main sim slot and disabling the other slot. once jio registers on the network, enable the sim in the second slot

Hey, I'm using Xiaomi.eu's MIUI 10 rom based on Marshmallow and I can't get VoLTE to work, it is available for my carrier but my phone doesn't get the VoLTE calls even if I'm on 4G. I saw some threads about this but they were about MIUI 8 and I'm afraid that I can't trust those fixes anymore since they can brick my phone, does anybody knows a fix for this problem? Thanks

No, I don't see VoLTE icon on the status bar, I have Kenzo model, and I'm using WOM carrier from Chile.

Kenzo is old phone.
It was launched in 2016.
In india it only supports Jio carrier. Coz jio is the first to start Volte and 4g in india in 2016.
Later in india all other carrier brought 4g VOLTE service.
but still on other sims Volte is not enabled even though all other providers have volte too.
Xiaomi didnt care to push modem ota update on kenzo to enable volte for other carriers.
Now kenzo already ended official OTA support. So dont expect anything.
If u want volte enabled then buy latest phone coz xiaomi is bitttchh. They are selfish. They dont care about customers. They can easily activate volte by simply pushing ota update for modem. But they wont do. Coz they want people to buy new phones to enjoy volte service.
