i am using Samsung galaxy grand 2.. my mobile is restarting for every one hour after update my phone from 4.3 to 4.4.2 MH3 and NH6 . i don know, how to solve this problem..
pls give me a solution...in 4.3 I hanv not any problem. and I factory reset several time but no hope.thk

Reflash the firmware ....download it from sammobile.com
Hi Friend, I'm facing the same issue. There doesn't seem to be any solution for this problem . I would suggest u take it back to the service center or wait till the new 4.4.4 update which is supposed to resolve many problems ( including restarting) ??

I factory reset several and re flash firware but no luck . If i back to 4.3 any hope to solve this problem ? and with box can downgrade from 4.4.2 to 4.3 ?

No downgrading will hard brick
if you have started developers option in the settings genral tab try switching off the developers options settings ...I to had such problem with my device but when I switched off the developers options in the settings tab everything was back to normal ,,,,
no . i donot start developer option start.

Hi friend do flash with stock firmware and after that format ur phone and do wipe cache partion by going in recovery mode. Try to have some memory free in sd card as well in phone memory.

hey guys...i have the same problem too...i only purchased my phone a week ago....only today it restarted 3 times....also my phone came with kitkat 4.4.2..can i go back to jellybean??? what will the service centre guys do if i give back my phone??? any idea...pls guys m new to this page...so a reply would be greatly appreciated....THANKS!!!

If you have a xxuan firmware try flashing a xxcujan firmware maybe you have wrong firmawere because are two different camera sensors tell me if works?

i just installed TWRP on a 6.0.1 firmware on a j500fn but i get a line on the screen then the entire screen goes green. BUT i think that the recovery IS working because if i click somewhere it vibrates, like it should. So maybe its a problem with the graphics driver, but i dont know so im here to ask.
edit: dj_steve the lifesaver helped me so delete thread XD

i encountered the same problem, the twrp wont work with mm. I downgrade to lollypop and the twrp work fine. We had to whait for a new recovery...

Same happened to me. My phone is dead. Won't turn on. Can't even enter recovery.
I tried to use the unbrick guide but its not working for my phone
I managed to fix my phone for a second time with this guide

Well my phone is hard bricked
I can't use the MSM recovery tool and nothing is working for me.
I have contacted Oneplus and hopefully they'll fix it
If you guys have any suggestions on how to fix it then that would be great

Huh? Can't you boot into TWRP? Then just adb push a new ROM to your phone, wipe and install.

After trying to install the LINAGE OS rom i got in a boot loop after that TWRP is lagging and almost unusable ! Any way to fix it ? I HAVE RE FLASHED THE ORIGINAL ROM ALL WORKS ONLY TWRP IS MESSED UP

I'm sorry this may not help you, but I used twrp backups to go back to stock and everything is fine. I also switched to twrp 3.1 so I could stream the backup to pc, maybe that is the reason? Found it on some french forum, I was quite surprised it worked considering I didn't understand what it said. It required registration to see the link, I could send you the img but not sure if they'd be fine with it. Tell me if you want me to dig up the url or whatever

I also dd'd dev/zero over recovery partition first, if it makes a diffference.
And also flashed it with dd, maybe ODIN / Heimdall problem
I'm locked BootLoader for now myb this help...

How did you unlock it ? As far as I can understand most probably by flashing the rom ( it might fave been for the F and not the FN ) it has installed something in the recovery partition.
The original recovery software is OK! TWRP is very unresponsive to the touchscreen

I just used terminal emulator with root access, and maybe you need busybox for dd if it's not in system/bin
