A system dump is just the /system folder in an archive. Hopefully there will be development for the snapdragon model S8's soon.

Hello,
Ill make this commuity a deal. Give me sbl1.mbn (from odin package or rooted device), and ill try to unlock the bootloader. I will need testers if I find out something because I dont own a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 nor am I Verizon.

Upload sbl1.bin on the root of your sdcard

Did you try the new safe root .bat file? It worked on my att phone, I'm sure your phone isn't much different.

As long as you don't mess with the update programs from your carrier you should be good. It is a good idea to use super user pro and do a root survival anytime you get an ota update. Going to sleep now, have fun.

Official release = No. (or maybe yes!, one of the members from JDCTeam was making official releases for LOS14)
However there are some devs who announced Oreo for our devices. RR and JDCTeam as far as I know. JDCTeam decided that Android Oreo will be their last release for S4, after that they will move onto OP5. So we're sure that we will have Oreo on our beloved S4 :highfive:

The update OTA was 162mb as you see picture above, was not over 400mb

Could you also say what is the purpose of the userdata? I have never flashed it in any update so curious as to its function?
