I simply don't like the Verizon boot animation. Can I change this without root?

Does anyone have boot animations that I can flash in Clockworkmod Recovery? I'm having problems changing the boot animation with Super Manager. Is it the same process as Root Explorer?
This thread was directly below yours when I viewed the forum, lol:

I haven't personally flashed a custom animation yet so I'm not sure of the exact procedure. As far as I know you just need to overwrite the right file.
I have the international i9500 and it's rooted but i have my carrier branded rom and i wanna restore the boot animation and shutdown animation to stock.
i tried to run TrulyClean Script and it did the job but it also removed some other stuff that i need so what file do i need to remove from the system to get back to the stock samsung boot animation?

thanks but i think there's an easier way ro achive it and i'll explain why:
in the trulyclean's zip file there wasn't any of these files which means that the script executes a command that does the job .
do you know how the trulyclean script does that?

I had a look at the script, it looks like it deletes the entire folder:
Code:
delete_recursive("/system/media/video");
So, it should have left you with no boot animation rather than stock.

Just reflash the stock rom you need with (Mobile) Odin and reroot. You will not loose any data this way

So did the boot animation change from Marshmallow? Because I applied the OTA, but still have the Marshmallow Animation.
I have the same question. I updated via the dev preview method. Everything seems to be ok but the animation I thought would have changed?
The boot animation has not changed!

Thanks.
Bummer, I kind of hoped it would!
So I know locking the boot loader will wipe all user data from what I have read. My question is if I Flash stock rom , use Nexus root kit to edit my build prob, flash my custom stuff then flash back stock recovery, Will my phone Keep all system customization's? I want to do this because the latest Android pay won't work with a unlocked boot loader. Anyway to edit the build prop without being rooted or a unlocked boot loader?
Thx in advance
Do not lock the bootloader with anything on your phone besides 100% stock (including original build.prop) or you risk a brick. Read the sticky beginners thread in General section. Only lock bootloader after flashing a factory image.
