and never made a google account, is there anyone that has the stock firmware or know a way without having to deal with the company?

Does this not work for you? It does for me... On B2017G software.
1. Begin by holding down the Power key for a short while in order to switch off the device.
2. In the next step press and hold together the Volume Up + Power button for a couple of seconds.
3. You should release both keys as soon as ZTE logo appears on the screen.
4. As soon as Android Robot pops up hold down the Volume Up + Power key for a short while.
5. Afterwards from the menu choose "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" by using Volume buttons to scroll and Power button to select options.
6. Next, confirm the whole operation by selcting "yes".
7. When the Recovery Mode menu appears again on the screen select option "reboot system now".
Success! The factory reset is done.

ZTE-USA Support on the missing "factory reset option"
Answer to the question of a Mini owner posted in the non-Mini forum:

Hello, MasterDDF. I'm afraid that the last maintenance update removed the factory reset option from the Android Recovery Menu, however, we've confirmed that an update will be released soon for the Axon 7 Mini device. Since you are unable to unlock the device, we're happy to repair or replace the device utilizing your warranty. If you'd like additional information or, have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our Support team at 1-800-617-5065 or, via our social media on Facebook ZTEUSA, and Twitter ZTE_USA.

I was surprised, too, that the ZTE USA Support is answering questions here at XDA! This support person must have read the complete thread, because his answer speaks about the B2017G even so the question was asked in the A2017* forum.
Can someone name the release number which the ZTE support refered to on the 19th June 2017 post? "last maintenance update [release number?] removed the factory reset option from the Android Recovery Menu, however, we've confirmed that an update [release number?] will be released soon for the Axon 7 Mini device".
Currently, I added a file to remove patron / code, since some recovery does not bring the option of "wipe data", but I repeat is only a test, I do not take responsibility for damages, this is the door to unlock the boot and customs roms , recoverys and so on.

What?! Are you saying this allows you to unlock the bootloader? I am a little apprehensive about trying this, although I am quite intrigued. I'll look into this more, and I appreciate your post!

The frp can simply be bypassed using quick short cut maker app and google account manager 6.0.1 apk.
to go to the browser connect to wifi and on the add network type random words and hold then tap the three vertical dots and tap assist then do the job.
Thank you very much man!:good::good::good::good::good:

First turn off the phone and hold both volume+ and volume- together then connect a cable and check if the port is listed in device manager ports tab as "Qualcomm 9008".
If your are running Windows 7 64 bit you need to disable the driver signature enforcement so the qualcomm driver can work properly.

why <animation-list xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android" > </animation-list> this would require animation properties, your missing "duration"
so maybe change "animation-list" to "layer-list"
Code:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<layer-list xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android" >
<item>

hope that helps, if it's not what you want let me know.
