my mobile build number was vns-L31 and when i downgraded it from nougat to marshmallow the build number became vns-c185b150 and the model number became Hi 6250 instied of p9 lite as before .. and the mobile is so so slow now and so strange and i downloaded so many software but it's not the right software and technical support couldn't help me

Maybe installed a wrong package that accidentaly worked on your phone? xD
I downgraded from Nougat to MM too (and about to to it again this weekend) and this didn't happened to me.

I bought Ascend G7 L01 few days ago.
And when i turn it on i get an 29 mb update, and after update that i search for update and no new updates!
So, i want update that to android 5.
This is my phone info:
Android 4.4.4
Build Number G7-L01V100R001C00B270
Custom Version CUSTC185D001
I need a safe method to update my phone.
I appreciate that if anyone show me a safe method to update my phone.

You can not install,
Marshmallow is only for asian version

you can find the update to lollipop 5.1.1 on the official website

you have to make it manually after download it and put it to your phone using the SDcard

The easiest method: Debrand phone: http://forum.xda-developers.com/p8lite/general/guide-debranding-converting-single-sim-t3305977 and install ota updates
i hrooted my p8 lite 2017 and by mistake as didnt know what i was doing like a muppet i deleted my os and didnt do a back up now i have no os installed and lost twrp but my bootloader is unlocked how can i reisntall my o2 for the p8 lite 2017 its on vodafone malta i think they use the same as vodafone italy my model number is PRA-LX1 its thw white colour version and only single sim is there away to reinstall the os please i can get in to fast boot just need help to fix this im willing to pay some one to help me fix my phone i really need my phone for work please please can any one help me. all it says on the bos is its a PRA-LX1 there no other number after this.

Hi guys can somebody help me. I have a p9 lite 2017 . I sucessfully opened and rooted but I installed bad version of custom rom.Now I dont have audio and the nfc sign is allways blinking. I cant find the correct rom. At half year before I also have this problem but somebody helped me here, and he says my model(PRA LX1) is working with the same rom like p8-lite 2017 or huawei nova h?
It was on a italian site but I dont remember. Please help me to find a correct custom rom for my phone. I have nougat 7.0 and emui 5.1
