Due to all the drama around Huawei for outsourcing different types of components , I had a look on Aida64 and it is showing LPDDR3 when it is clearly stated on the official site it is supposed to have LPDDR4.
Where is the catch, is Aida64 accurate?

Hello
i have samsung s5 and i want to try another brand
which one is better zenfone 2 or the new one asus selfie
i prefer selfie because front camera came with flash and wide angle
but zf2 have 4 GB of RAM and selfie 3 GB
but which one have better CPU ?
It's hard to find any worthwhile comparisons. The selfie is considerably different in that it's not Intel based. You get an 8-core 1.7GHz Snapdragon 615 with the Adreno 405 and 3GB RAM, although there appears to be a slightly cheaper 2GB model. Can't really compare CPUs because you didn't specify which ZF2 model. Some have a 1.8GHz quad core and others a 2.3GHz one. I couldn't really find anything comparing them anyway.
The GPU on the ZF2 appears to be quite a bit more powerful. It's supposedly very close to the Adreno 330. The 330 being the high end of the past gen while the 405 is the lower of the current gen. As for the 1GB less RAM, I wouldn't worry about that. 2GB is arguably enough as it is.
Pricing was hard to find too. As best as I can tell it'll be roughly the same same price as the 1.8GHz/4GB/32GB ZF2 model. All the other specs, except the front cam, look the same.
So far as I can see, you lose a little on the CPU/GPU/RAM but get a much better front cam. This is purely from a quick Google search session. Again, there are a lot of different ZF2 models, from a 1.8GHz/2GB/16GB/720p up to a 2.3GHz/4GB/64GB/1080p.
thanks but let us compare between zf2 Quad 4GB (Intel Atom Quad Core Z3580 (2.3GHz))
and selfie Qualcomm MSM8939 Snapdragon 615
CPU Quad-core Cortex-A53 & Quad-core Cortex-A53
is there any comparison between this different cpu brand?
Selfie has 4G available on both sim slots, ZF2 doesn't even support data on second sim.
All i could i think of:
Pros of the selfie - Removable battery, great selfie cam with flash, laser autofocus, corning gorilla glass 4
Pros of the zenfone 2 4gb (intel atom z3580) - faster cpu, better general performance, great gpu.
Cons of the selfie - SD 615 performance doesn't even match up to the lower end zenfone 2 with the z3560 chipset, weak gpu, bigger than the zenfone 2
Cons of the zenfone 2- lacks all the pros of the selfie
Since you are coming from an S5 i think you value a removable battery but that's up to you.
Dear all,
What are the diferences between these models?
Thank you.

yes.. I checked it on HP.. that was new for me..
I am new to Asus mobile phones. Got numerous other brands and nearly always buy Asus lap tops.
The one thing I do notice about Asus Mobiles is how their specs differ from country to country. There are dozens of different specs for the same mobile. It was a difficult mobile to research. I needed a dual SIM so bought the Asus as in this country they appear the main brand who offer dual SIM mobiles.
I bought the ZE552KL. Apart from being anorexic in slimness its also THE most slippery mobile I have ever owned! No way can I keep this naked its going to have to have a case. Beautiful mobile though. Taking me ages to get used to the UI. So much bloatware. It is a quality mobile though, well engineered and constructed. Quality material used too. I am impressed.

ZS550KL has a full-metal body,while ZE552KL has a glass rear cover.
And,ZS550KL has QC 3.0 too.
GFXBench have released a fair amount of new information relating to the unreleased Yotaphone 3.
This information can be seen here, and (amongst other info) includes the following:
OS: Android 7.1.1
CPU: Octa Core 2.0GHz
GPU: Qualcomm Adrenoâ„¢ 506
Memory: 3.4 GB
Storage: 51 GB
Back camera picture: 11 MP (4000 x 3000)
Back camera video: UHD (4K) (3840 x 2160)
Front camera picture: 12 MP (4160 x 3120)
Front camera video: 4096 x 2160
NFC: No
Simcards: 1
I'm quite happy with these specs, especially the 4K video recording. However, the lack of NFC is a little unfortunate.
What are your thoughts?
I just hope there will be some community support. I'm not buying any new phones that have no devs for ROMs, kernels...
again no dual-sim!!!
SDcard man! Why the hell you don't put a f*****g sdcard hole??? If not, at least I need an internal 128GB... oh of course, I only have to pay 100$ more for that extra of 64GB....
Any info of the batery??
There isn't info regarding fingerprint sensor, but it have a pedometer :-|
This specs could be wrong or from a test build... There is a spec sheet for the Yota3:
"According to a spec sheet provided to Engadget, the Yota3 packs a much bigger 5.5-inch 1080p AMOLED display on the front and a 5.2-inch 720p E Ink touchscreen on the back, both of which are the least you'd expect after such a long wait. Likewise, you'll find a fingerprint sensor on the front side. It'll also come with Android Nougat, 4GB of RAM, dual SIM slots (one of which also serves as a microSD slot), a 12-megapixel main camera with dual flash, a 13-megapixel front camera, a 3,200mAh battery and a USB-C port which also does audio output."
@michael.santos , from where did you get that info? And also important: does this information also discredit the estimated prices were said here?

...it will be a tough sell with that aging chipset plus an apparent lack of new innovation.
LOL, the only phone on the market that's any different from all of the rest of the phones, won't sell because it lacks innovation.
Seems innovation today is more MHz and different radius on the edge
How about some RGB LEDs, upside down screen, I'm rich app and e-celeb logos? Now, that's what I call innovative!
No NFC?
The specs look great - slightly larger display, slightly larger epaper display, more RAM etc.
But no NFC would be an issue for me, and the CPU does not look like the fastest either.
I want to talk about the Huawei honor 7x good specif actions overall good phone. The Huawei Honor 7X is powered by 1.7GHz octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 659 processor and it comes with 4GB of RAM. The phone packs 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Huawei Honor 7X packs a 16-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 8-megapixel and also selfie.
The Honor 20 and the 20 Pro have very similar specs as far as chipset, RAM options, GPU, display ect. The one part where they differ is the camera. Since I have both of these phones, I though Id' run the Antutu benchmark on both devices to see if there is any noticeable difference when it comes to performance.
Here are the specs for the specific units that I tested.
Honor 20 Pro
6.26 inch Display
1080 x 2340 Pixels
HiSilicon Kirin 980 Chipset
8GB of RAM
256GB of Storage
Magic UI 9.1
4000mAh Battery
Honor 20
6.26 inch Display
1080 x 2340 Pixels
HiSilicon Kirin 980 Chipset
6GB of RAM
256GB of Storage
Magic UI 9.1
3750mAh Batter
Results:
Honor 20 Pro
View attachment 4814472
Honor 20
View attachment 4814464
I ran the benchmark several times to make sure the results were accurate. For one reason or another, the Honor 20 scores higher than the Honor 20 Pro, despite having 2GB less of RAM. Both phones were tested in performance mode.
