I was unable to play videos that I recorded on my phone that videos last longer than 40 secs.
I can playback videos with 30secs or less. I already did a factory reset and clear cache but there is still the problem.
Please help

I have a few BBC iPlayer Videos that I have downloaded and stored on the Storage Card (Might while away a couple of hours on frequent long flights .
Trouble is, when I play them using Pictures & Videos app, the screen times out after a short period of time (around 1 Min) and jumps back to the Homescreen. Is it getting this setting from the 'Settings/Sound & Display/Display/Backlight' settings?
If so, I don't understand why it's dropping out to the Homescreen instead of turning the screen off altogether.
Anbody else had this and know how to resolve it please?
Thanks.

i keep getting this error, any ideas?
only when the video is long though
Ever since I got my Galaxy S4, it kept rebooting whenever I watched movies and other media. Anyone has any idea why?
As the title says, whenever I try to watch a video on the youtube app, it will always freeze 20 to 30 seconds in, and it's quite annoying since I rather use the app than watching on chrome.
I've tried restarting my phone several times, reinstalling, downgrading and tried using other youtube apps (ogYouTube and viral lite).
Phone model: ALE-L02 V100R001C672B037
There's an update available for B140 but can't update since I have a custom recovery.
Any ideas?
Do anyone experience any of the problem as i am? I'm using s7 edge exynos model.
I do. Been having the exact same problems for the past 2 weeks and can't find solutions. One site suggested turning the power saving mode off.. but that's already off. Now I can't enjoy watching mp4 videos online & YouTube, it stops suddenly & I'll have to reload the page. It really frustrates me that Samsung did not offer a fix for this bug.
I found the fix. Clear data and cache on YouTube application. Remove Google account from phone and restart. Add back your Google account. Try it. Mine is fixed.
