Need help guys...
this might be a silly question but i've searched through google and this forum for the past few days and still haven't found the exact answer to this issue.
well, the issue is this:
1) Bought a 2nd hand Touch/Elf from a local reseller and when inserting a Celcom (mobile provider) postpaid simcard (128K) it does not recognize the sim card and show the message "invalid SIM".
2) Inserted DiGi (another provider) simcard (64K prepaid) and it works brilliant. and I am currently using it with my Elf right now.
3) Tried my friend's Maxis (another provider) simcard (128K postpaid) and the problem goes again.
4) Tried another friend's Celcom (64K prepaid) and the same issue went on again.
Does it have something to do with SIM unlocking because i suspect that this Elf is not sim locked.
does it have to do with the capacity of simcards (64k/128k)?
please help as i would like to use my Celcom postpaid with this device as it is my primary number and i wouldn't like to carry 2 phones with me around.
my htc 3452 keep network serching since last one. it is not registering to network i had check the simcard with replcaing another sim, same sim i placed in another phone it is working . how could resolved the issue.
I am using two sims in india SIM1-> airtel(2G mode) and SIM2->Jio ( LTE mode).
This message pops up frequently at the bottom of screen.
Any one aware of how to fix it ?
I am also facing the same problem in S7 Edge. If you are able to find a solution please share it.
jio sim seems to be the culprit kick it out of the phone and problem solved, was facing the same problem one of my two sim cards was a jio sim, did a little research and found that mostly those who were facing the issue were using jio as one of the sim cards.
The thing you need to do is go to Setting> mobile and networks > select network operators> choose the sim card which you use for data usage > select on ( Select automatically- automatically select preferred network)
I satisfied with this solution, look that you might be too.
Me too facing this issue in my j7. Using jio in slot 1. Anyone found solution ?
I called to jio customer care but they told me that your sim card is damaged. Visit nearest center to issue new sim card.
But i dont think this is the solution.
Most likely it's CSC problem , You may flashed a different CSC than yours
Check your APN settings and see if they are properly set.
hi! Has anybody found a solution to this issue? I bought a #Note9 yesterday and same issue exists. This happened on all my past devices too Samsung S7 and LGV20. I once changed the SIM card still no luck. Any update on this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hello. I have the problem occurred when there were two SIM cards in the phone and the Internet was from the second SIM card. if leave one SIM card in the first slot and the second remove the problem disappeared. It was found out that this depended not on the phone but on the specific SIM card and its firmware. what may have a you problem can not tell. im said that he knew. thx.
Apparently from the tests performed, it is a problem in the LTE mode, since I switched to UMTS (3G), I no longer had connectivity problems. I hope that the problem can be corrected by Samsung, in a next update.
PS: Needless to say, I stopped having 4G communications !!!
Is or was your problem in any way similar to mine?
