So i flashed my stock ROM using odin, and again it says system ui has stopped when it boots up, everything is just black, just white window saying system ui has stopped

Did you perform factory data reset after flashing stock rom via odin?

when i ended with that problem in stock, the only thing that worked was flashing stock, enabling usb debugging, flashing recovery, then wipe everything & format /data, then flash again via odin and then u have a stable stock from wich u can repeat the process to flash another rom or stay there. maybe im paranoid but it works.
edit: since u are already in stock, try first flashing recovery and start the process from there with all the wipes.

always make a backup guys, nandroid really can save your ass

Boot Loop after formatting phone

Hi I wanted to completely clean my phone so i formatted it via open recovery, menu and then reloaded my stock firmware ready to flash custom rom.My problem is it flashes the rom ok but now is in a boot loop i.e. it boots up to the samsung logo and you hear the bootup sound then it reboots itself. I have removed battery re-formatted caches etc but it is behaving the same way, have I bricked it? is there something else i can try.
Thanks

[Q] Flashed GE ROM and stuck on google colors animation

I have the international/unlocked i9505 and i rooted via cf auto root and flashed the cwm recovery..
I then flashed the ge rom from here and i setup it all nice until I rebooted when it is just stuck at the google animation (with the four colors in the center) and it just stays there. I left it there for a good hour before I put the phone into the cwm recovery and follows steps like wipe the "d" cache and formatting the /system, and /cache. it still boots the animation.. flashed the rom again and it still hung there...Any help would be much appreciated.
EDIT: If possible, i would rather just flash the official touchwiz rom to avoid more problems down the line.

Reflash, and when your phone gives you the option to `fix` recovery, select no. Then let your phone reboot and install.

How long did it hang for? i was having problems reflshing, my phone hung for about 20 minutes before doing anything the first time i flashed it with google rom. I left it came back thinking it was unseccessful and when i was reading for solution it just booted up. Since then i have had no problems reflashing.
Also as above post suggests, in TWRP recovery after i installed a rom when exiting it would say FIX permissions, when i swiped yes the rom wouldnt boot. now it all seems fine however i think i didnt know what i was doing.

[Q] Anything to worry about? Corrupted /data/user folder

So I was flashing a new rom on my phone (Liquid Smooth) and did a normal clean-flash. Booted in fine, set everything up, restored apps w/ Titanium and got the phone running. Set my DPI and restarted the phone. It got stuck at the splash screen for Liquid Smooth. Restarted, same thing. Went in recovery (TWRP 2.5.x) and cleared cache/dalvik but same thing. Did a clean flash and the phone booted up again.
Weird.
This time I just restarted it after I set up the phone and it did the same thing again. Now I had no idea what was going on. So I backed up all my data, went in recovery and did a complete format. Tried flashing Liquid and Omni, but TWRP kept giving me a "can't mount /data/user". Tried to mount it manually in the recovery, and it kept saying "Can't mount /data". Now I couldn't flash anything, and my phone wouldn't boot past the S4 logo. I have the MDL odin files saved alrady, so I flashed stock ATT FW back on, rooted again using CASUAL and I'm good to go.
Flashed Liquid again, and everything seems good, I've restarted the phone a couple times and it's been okay. However: is this any indication of faulty flash memory? Or was it just some sort of partition messup which happens from time to time?

Did you perform a full wipe in TWRP before restoring your backup?

nope, i thought it did it by itself because it said wiping... when i hit the restore button
You may have to wipe system and format data before restoring.

Maybe reflash TWRP using Odin in download mode, wipe, and restore?

ok thank you so much for the quick help
Good luck. If that doesn't work, I suggest flashing a completely stock ROM from sammobile.com, factory reset, reflash TWRP, and then try a restore.

Screen stuck on preparing to start.. starting app.. after flashing crdroid 6.0.1

I had rooted my phone by unlocking the bootloader using adb fastboot method, then flashing the TWRP revocery V2.8.7.0, and then flashing superSU v2.46.
After rebooting my yureka plus, and going to recovery it started cynogen recovery only, even though update cynogen recovery option was disabled.
So I flashed TWRP again and without rebooting again, just flashed crDroidAndroid-6.0.1-20160827-tomato.zip and GApps zip file from internal memory. The phone rebooted and worked fine after that..
but while playing a game the phone automatically rebooted and ever since have been stuck on Preparing to start.. Starting apps..
I had disabled the developer options because I thought it was working fine.
The phone is working behind the preparing to start screen.. I can hear the message notification and caller ringtone when someone messages or calls.
Any suggestions what I should do now? I have tried doing a factory reset from recovery but the problem persists.

Try flashing it with stock rom or simple wipe the whole system and cache from twrp from advance wipe option ( but backup first ) and again flash the custom rom u used previously.

It still opens in cyanogen recovery only, and there is no option for wiping dalvik cache or system. Since the usb debugging is of,f I cannot used cmd to flash twrp recovery again. By the way I still don't understand why twrp recovery is not loading.

I still have no idea why it got bricked. So after searching on google and youtube I came across this: https://androidmtk.com/download-yu-stock-rom-for-all-models . I followed the steps and now KitKat is running except launcher is not working, instead play store open's every time I try to go to home screen. So tried the nova launcher but that still doesn't work with home button, have to open through playstore->my apps, every time. But rest is working.
