[Q] Please i need full firmware for Huawei nova

Hello!
My huawei nova was marshmallow version 6.0
I unlocked bootloader and i did custom recovery
And then i rooted it, was working well.
But when i did format from recovery its stop working
Please i need full firmware file

try with Recover phone or phone recovery in the main tabs...

Hey, today afternoon was so boring therefore I'm wondering around threads and then i found your update here.
You can try it out if your problem isn't solved yet. I think it'll help because it's the official nova 7.0 nougat version for Europe. Do reply so that others can benefit from your experience.

Your linking a old version of the Nougat update for the Nova variant CAN-L01C432 and the CAN-L11C432 which if your not careful could damage your phone if you don't have that version of the Nova. There is the CAN-L01C432/CAN-L11C432 variants, the MLA-L03C654 variant, the CAN-L01C02 variant and a couple of others I believe.

Hi everyone, my first post here.
Looks like im in the same situation.
I have Nova Plus from Bell/Virgin Canada. MLA-L03. Purchased it on Caraigslist and after 2 month they blacklisted my Imei. I decided to root the phone and maybe change imei as the phone was useless anyways. So i installed TWRP and rooted it successfuly .
The problem was that i could never get diagnostic port open for Qualcomm QPST program. So i upgraded to Nougar 7.0 ( NRD90M) it got UNrooted and i wanted tio install a newer version of TWRP, i guess i got a wrong version. Now its properly screwed up. I have FRP Lock in fasboot, it makes fastboot useless as i cant adb flash boot, or flash recovery. I can boot back to OS but OEM Unlocking is off and grayed out and FRP Lock blocks all communication, so ADB or Fastboot commands dont get through. i get "waiting for device" crap in command line. SD card upgrade doesn't work either. I dont know why and eRecovery wants to download update but fails all the time. I dont know how to get rid of FPR lock. If i find anything i will post here.

Chinese version update

Looking for a bit of help - I have recently purchased the axon 7 from banggood, chinese model with multi language rom that has no ota and is stuck on 6.0.1 using mifavour4.
I have looked at the different ROMs available and have read a lot of the threads but am still unsure on what my options are, i just want to update to nougat and get ota update and usual playstore etc.
They sell an australian version here and zte australia has the firmware updates to nougat but it says u must have the aus version which is A2017G i think? Mine is _A2017V2.1.1B07, is there any way to install the aus firmware on my device.
I have flashed roms to phones before but am abit stuck as to all the different options and models with the axon 7, if someone could just give me a simple summary of my options and point me in the right direction id be very greatful.

You could just directly update to B16 nougat using miflash via EDL mode.

You don't have to translate anything, go to the 4th category brick repair guide and do the process from where you have EDL (not the disassembly process ofc). There are links for everything there, if you need another zip click on the "MiFlash and Drivers" link which will take you to 4pda, then open each spoiler until you find the zips you want (like A2017_B15_FULL_EDL

My suggestion is unlock bootloader with Axon7Tool and install A2017U firmware. You will like your phone than Chinese ROM

Nougat update on MLA-L11

Hello everyone, i was wondering why my Nova Plus didn't get so far the update for EMUI 5.0. I saw in many other posts that other users received Nougat since Q1 2017, OTA. Since the phone doesn't seems to be widespread, i couldn't find info from other possessors about their firmwares anywhere on the net.. so here i am asking .
My phone is stock, never rooted nor unlocked, and i didn't found any recovery/ROM compatible with it here on XDA.. not to mention the warranty, which i wouldn't void until some cool Oreo firmware comes out (i wonder if it will ever happen..why such a great device comes with such few custom firmwares? ).
I even tried via HiSuite, but no updates at all. Should I try with a factory reset, or should I simply wait for an incoming OTA?
I apologize for the repeatitive thread, but you guys are great and I'm sure you'll have some good advices

Correct KDZ File for Root Help - H990DS

Hi all,
I recently purchased a brand new, factory sealed, LG-H990DS from Amazon.com in the US. From all the documents that came with it, the unit is from LGE Singapore. However, my firmware is v10f_SEA_XX rather than an SG version (I understand Singapore versions should be _SG, correct?).
Now, I want to downgrade to an earlier security patch (Currently June 1st, 2017), so that I can root the phone and hopefully enable VoLTE (I have it in Quick Settings but it's grayed out and I can't toggle it )
I'm confused about which .kdz to use... there's a bunch of SG and TWN ones, but won't that brick my phone? I already bricked my first H918 (T-Mobile) one by somehow flashing the wrong T-Mo .kdz (in hind-sight I should have checked the md5 sum). I know H990DS is a lot harder to root than TMO so I'm kinda scared. I've rooted/flashed on many, many phones, but the H990DS seems to be the most tricky.

I've got H990DS too and managed to root it.

But I've got November 2017 security patch, so I got to downgrade to earlier firmware using this guide https://forum.xda-developers.com/v20/how-to/restore-v20-to-100-stock-bricked-devices-t3524903. I use oldest firmware available, that is v10b https://lg-firmwares.com/download-file/?fileId=4345. and currently stuck here with 10b. currently figuring out how to update to the latest firmware using KdzFlasher

So to confirm - it doesn't matter which region I flash - I won't be bricked, correct? My only concern was if I flashed the wrong region. But if all H990DS firmwares work with eachother, I shouldn't have an issue other than bloat?

You have the SEA firmware as well right, so I've got a question - do you have any bloat ware? Mine has none! My phone shipped with V10f_SEA_XX and I have ZERO bloatware its amazing because I've heard everyone else with SEA firmwares was stuck with a lot of bloatware. Do you think I've got some special version of the ROM? Just want to make sure that I'm indeed on the same ROM as you.

Hi Box, Sorry I'm late, about the firmware bloatwares, I have no problem with them ... at least in my firmware I do not have many bloatwares other than google.

For anyone wondering:
First try the TWN series of Firmware. My phone came with TWN-10C (December 1st Security Patch) so I was able to root straight out of the box. I still use the TWN firmware today (except the latest version as displayed in my signature) as this is the cleanest of Firmwares I've found so far. All I had to do was use Root Uninstaller to uninstall a few Facebook/Instagram/other apps that came with the firmware and that was it.
Secondly, the SEA/SG (South-East Asia and Singapore) firmwares are the same, as seen here

How to update a rooted device w/ custom recovery?

I've been searching our forums here but it doesn't seem to be clear how to do this successfully?
My personal situation is having C100 device which I "rebranded" to C128 in order to upgrade to Nougat (guide here) which also included rooting and custom recovery.
I've seen some people having issues updating a rooted device which has custom recovery. Does anyone have experience on this and is able to share?
I would ideally like to update to B353 on current C128 (USA) line of updates, or rebrand back to C100 (EU) and update to B305.

Think it's simply not possible. Tried every variant several times. Only way to get it updated was to make a rollback to Android 6, update it, and then root it again. Kind of cumbersome...
