Hi,
Is there a way to connect a stereo microphone to a HTC Touch Pro ?
Just like the ones you see for an iPod, for instance.
If possible, what software to record from it ?
Thanks,
Alfred
no, the Touch Pro has only a mono audio in. As audio in adaper you can use the "HTC YC A300" or you prepare a headset cable with a mic plug....

what do you like to do with this solution? I use the Raphael + the "YC A300" adapter in combination with "Virtual Recorder" (http://www.4pockets.com/product_info.php?p=80) and/or "Meteor" (http://www.4pockets.com/product_info.php?p=82) from 4Pockets as mobile Recording device for a small radio station...
I have a Boss Micro BR with external stereo microphone.
I see that there is a lot of stereo microphones for MP3 players/recorders.
To move less hardware each time, it would be great if I could use my Raphael with such a software and a stereo microphone to record rehearsals of my band.
Maybe if some of these software developpers manage a way to use an USB stereo microphone ?
Don't you have latency or loss of time when recording with the Raphael ? For instance, I can't find a metronome software that don't hesitate sometime because of the background system activity or whatever.
Latency is no proble, for me - I need it only for voice recordings (interviews for the radio station). Check Meteor - this application has a metronom function too (cool application with a 12-channel mixer and cuting room - it's a trail version on 4pockets.com)

Hello everyone !
I recently bought a P9 lite VNS-L31 and I noticed that audio quality is not very good through a bluetooth headset or a bluetooth speaker when I listen to music. There is some distorsion and it's audible and uncomfortable. I tried to connect various bluetooth audio devices to my P9 lite and the problem is the same. I also tried the P9 lite of a friend, there is the same problem. But there is no problem when I connect my bluetooth headset to my previous phone or to my computer...
Does anyone know this issue ?
Thanks a lot
Never try headset, but BT speaker is working well ,no distorsion ( for me ) maybe you can try an equalizer or somethink like that. I use bass booster ,you can set / adjust your sound. You can get it from play store, no root needed.

Hello !
Thank you for your answer I just tried bass booster but it didn't solve the issue Actually the distortion can't be heard with all musics... For example with this classical song, the distorsion is very present : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GRxofEmo3HA
Do you see the problem with this music ?
Thank you in advance
not possible yet, I'll try asap
I have a Plantronics BackBeat (a bluetooth headset) ans I have no music distorsion at all. Did you changes something ? Like activated sws or something ?
Hello everyone !
Thanks for your answers !
I didn't change anything in my settings. SWS is not available with bluetooth...
Maybe you can try the 2 songs attached to this message. With my P9 lite through bluetooth, the distorsion is clear, and more audible when I turn the volume up a bit. It's like a saturation, or an audio interference in the song.
Does anyone see the problem ?
Thanks in advance !

No distortion for me. I've played your files through bluetooth on my hi-fi system and sound is good.

Hi,
I have this exact problem too! When I use my old phone (LG G3) in my car throigh bluetooth ghe sound is crystal clear with good bass. When I connect my P9 lite the quality is awfual, distprtion, loud crackling bass, the treble fluctuates and I have not yet found a solution to get it to the same quality level as my G3.
It ses like there is some sort of preset interal equaliser, but I can't find a way to access it.
Any ideas?
In my opinion, if you are using your phone as your primary source for music playback there is absolutely no way around Viper sound mod. Of course this requires root and permissive SELinux access.
The audio on this device was indeed not good with stock settings. But with the right settings and IRS in Viper it is a blast.

Hi Jt94 !
I am reassured to see that I am not alone in this situation Do you hear a little "tchhhh" like an audio saturation while listening the 2 songs I uploaded yesterday for example ?
Does someone else have the same problem ?
Thanks !
I've try your youtube link, and some others songs from my play list, with my bluetooth speaker, using Poweramp and no problem report. I use BT adapter in my car with stock player, I've got some trouble sometime but ithink it's coming from my tuner.

I using spotify. At first I thought something went wrong with my Sony MDR-XB650BT headset. And tried from PC, and everithing is okay.
So I hear this "noise" continuously too. I hope to the manufacturer will fix it. It is very irritating.
I sent an email last week to [email protected] but I still have no reply...

I have the same issue , I tried a wipe data cache and a factory reset but non of this works. Anybody have new information about this issue and how to fix it?
Do a full factory reset. Try it maybe it will solve your problem.
I'm using my Bluetooth Headset everyday and i also have zero problems. perfect sound for me. (cheap mixcder ShareMe 7 BT 4.1 headphones, but good sound for the price ;D - and long battery life). maybe your device is faulty?

Is your phone charging while you're listening to music? Try it without having it charged if so..

Hi,
I have a VNS-L31 with the same problem.
I think it's related to A2DP codecs on Bluetooth: the SBC codec is a poor quality compression that must be available on all devices while AAC, MP3 and aptX are not always present.
However I don't know how to force the use of high quality codecs.
Hi guys, so im wondering if anyone else have encountered a similar problem to mine.
I usually play music through bluetooth headsets, works absolutely flawless!
But in my car, a 2010 Audi A4 i only have the option to talk via the phone, car doesnt support music playback. So when i plug my 3.5mm in and try to play music (via spotify) i get this crackling sound. Doesnt happen on other devices like my JBL speaker, but the wierd thing is that my girlfriends iphone doesnt produce any crackling sound what so ever in the car. So im looking for options, i run stock OOS and kernel, no root or anything.
Would V4A help with this?
Anyone else got a similar problem?
Someone might recommend me to get a bluetooth adapter via AMI in the car but sadly the car doesnt have AMI. Or atleast i cant find it anywhere!
Any other solutions you guys could recommend?
Thanks in regards.

Can you update the car stereo firmware? At that age possibly not, but I had similar issues with a different phone and updating the media panel firmware fixed connectivity.
Also, try changing the Bluetooth codec in settings > advanced to see if that helps connect.
The crackling via 3.5 jack sounds like a faulty wire or lose connection on input or output. Do you get the same issue when you plugin the jack to your JBL input socket?

Could probably update the firmware, but the shop is most likely gonna ruin me haha.
Thats the wierd thing, doesnt happen on my JBL speaker, or a wired pair of headphones. Hence why i was sure it was the car. But my girlfriends phone sounds crystal clear, old moto x style didnt have the problem either!
Had the same problem with 3.5mm headphones until I removed the pre-applied plastic screen protector... This thing was causing too much static electricity in my jeans pocket as I walked resulting in crackling noises in the headphones
We have two op5, And The other sounds exactly same, cracling sound. The other Works just fine. We also have A4 b8. Our other car, VW Caddy, both Works fine.
Wires are good, jacks also.
Any ideas Whats wrong?
I have the OnePlus 5t and a 2011 a4 b8 and have the same issue... tried with 2 different aux cables (that worked fine with my old phone) Glad I'm not the only one. My phone sounds fine on any other device. Blasting music through my headset right now no problem. But in the a4 I get crackles any time I bring my phone volume over half! If anyone finds a solution I'd love to try it. Unfortunately can't get viper arise to install on stock room (rooted) so I haven't tried that route. My only Idiea is to try an amplifier.
Hey
i don't know if someone of you might be able to help me (i hope someone know), but 99% of the time when I am using CarPlay it works perfectly except for one thing : when Siri talk / read a message or a notification the audio quality of Siri voice is really bad (and it's the same when i call someone, the voice from the one that i talk to is really bad in term of audio quality.
I don’t know why, especially that the music in the background is still played with a good audio quality :/
Maybe someone has a software update for my Junsun V1 Pro 8+128gb using a Mediatek MT6768 SoC ?
(I've tried with IOS 15, 15.2 and 15.4 and it does the same problem)
Thanks in advance :/
I have the same unit as yours. What car is yours installed in? Mine plays excellent audio with music but no sound at all when in phone calls. Wired CarPlay, Wireless CarPlay, Bluetooth phone calls, all use the microphone perfectly, but when it comes to hearing the other person, I can't hear anything. And yes, I've turned the volume up all the way.
