I've 2 P9 Lite bought at the same time, one already received OTA update to Android 7 2 weeks ago, the other one still no OTA as of today...
I and one of my son's have the p9 lite but none of them got the update yet

Depends where you live. People say they already received it in the Middle East.
Europe on the other hand, not so lucky.
There are ways to update. but you have to do some research fist.

Here in Romania no updates at all :/
I think it was limited in HiCare to 300.000 users, because theres was something like a counter "289.324/300.000"
And i was logged in with my Huawei ID, maybe that was the point, i'm not sure.
But I didn't had it from HiCare.
My phone showed me the update within Settings -> System update.
I don't use HiCare for updates, but I am logged in with my Huawei ID.

i've just made the update here in Romania. B370 is the firmware. In tests for now,from what i have seen it's much fluid and more ram free.
I have vns-l21c432 i try FF but when try to download I have only 1,24gb update.Why i don't have 1.94 gb on FF?

it is now about 2 weeks that you can download the B324 update.
Just wondering if anyone got the B324 update for the TL09 over OTA? I know it may take some time but I still didn't got it after 2 weeks in Germany.
I read a lot that people in the beta got the update over OTA. But none that received it from a official version.
And yes I read that I can download it if I really want it and install it over the sd card manually. But it dosent work for me. The installation fails and I downloaded it several times. I tried:
MT7-L09_Firmware_C900B324_Android 5.1.1_EMUI 3.1
and
HUAWEI_MT7-L09_Firmware_Android 5.1.1_EMUI 3.1_C900B324_Italy_Spain_Channel-Others (apparently I'm not allowed to link but both are from official huawei download page.)

So please write if you recived the update over OTA and in which country.

Did you factory reset before trying to upgrade?
Im on the same B145, and no OTA. In spain&itali rom says to we can update b145 but update fails.
Im in Slovenia maybe I must have difrent version. Is the location important?

Yes I did factory reset. And deleted the cache but the update fails.
I think it is just important if you have the international or asia version.
I just wanted to know the country because I read that the update should be available for people in England at the 11. Oct.
And you would see if you get the OTA pretty soon if some people from your country received the update.
But maybe it takes so long because you should not get the full 1,19 GB via OTA because the update to lollipop should only be a few hundred MB. Not sure if they even finished it.

Under what Region did you find the above firmware? I have checked the downloads page for both Spain and Italy and that firmware is nowhere to be found.

Because that's recommend software to update from and it's tested by Huawei and you will not have some fantom bugs as some of users have - usually users that didn't follow Huawei instructions for update.

Ive been breaking my brain about rolling back or not.
I almost did it and then I thought... what was better and what was worse?
Does the better weigh up to the worse?
For example....
*Battery life was better but camera was worse.

some small bugs appear and battery is better on android 6..camera is sharper on android 5.0.1.

i updated my p8 to B321 but the camera quality was worse, i could get good quality only in closer objects, so i rollback to B200 the camera there is fine. But the B321 is very smother comparing to B200 but it's not fine for me becouse battery and camera are important to me.

Hello , i Think you should just wait a little. My friend got an OTA update 1 week ago for hes P8 Lite fixing SMS led issue and some other issues. Hopefully we will get an update soon for our P8 Improving the camera , battery life, SMS led bug and whatever else needs to be fixed.

Asking because my wife's P8 is sitting B200 since i bought it (feb 2016) and no updates whatsoever.
On carbontesla site i can see 2 paralel beta branches - 5.1.1 and 6.0

Did not get any OTA, i was on B200 myself so as soon as i bought my phone i used this link to upgrade my firmware which is official huawei upgrade method:

Just be sure your phone model is GRA-L09

I am from Eastern Europe as well, it doesn't matter, you can use Western Europe firmware. I even have my language with this firmware, just do a device reset/format before you upgrade to be on the safe side.

My updater says: No updates.
What is the reason ? As far as I know, there should be plenty official releases from Huawei. Can I do anything or should I just update myself.
It was the same for me in Romania, just get a firmware and manually update.

If you are in Europe, with B200 you can update to B370 directly, then B380...

You need to debrand to c185 first so you can flash B200

I am from Macedonia and also using VIP and I haven't received the update but I installed it using Firmware Finder app and its full OTA so if you want Nougat then you CAN try with the FF method.
