Global Beta 6.7.26 install fail via TWRP

I'm on global beta 6.7.21 and got an update notification of 6.7.26. A 93MB file. It downloaded ok but whenever I try to install it via TWRP it shows failure. Shows that the fingerprint doesn't match. i thought since I patched the boot.img with UBP it showed problem. So I went on to flash 6.7.21 first, then without patching boot.img tried to flash the 93MB ota. It failed again and showed the same failure that fingerprint doesn't match. It should be Xiaomi/kenzo/************* whereas it is Xiaomi/omni_kenzo/************* . Anyone on global beta miui8 having the same problem? Shout out any possible solution I may have missed.
The flashaholic in me can't live with 6.7.21 when there's 6.7.26 is out.
My phone was officially unlocked, always failed on incremental update, reboot phone then I received another ota full rom update. I normally copied it to external sd card, then flashed rom, flashed superSU and latest xposed v86 by solarwarez in one flash. Rebooted phone, everything was works great.

A2017G Nougat?!

Hi all. I'm currently using tron9's A2017G B09 (running Marshmallow) that I found here.
I really want Nougat but nothing seems to work. My findings
Using A2017G B09 Bootstack & A2017U B32 (Nougat) Stocksystem (Phone didn't boot)
Following this tutorial by thedroidguru (Method 1 didn't work, update wasn't recognized; Method 2 didn't work because it couldn't install zip file from TWRP)
I found these files on the ZTE website (Couldn't install zip file)
These files from this XDA thread (Tried installing B10 Marshmallow to move from B10 to B04 Nougat, couldn't install zip file via TWRP)
I found nothing. I just want Nougat. I'd really prefer the stock version but if there's no choice I'll take any popular ROMs. Anyone know how I can update?

I have 3 ways for you:
-Put your device on EDL, use MiFlash to install B06 (latest G system). You can find the package made by Turkdevs on the Guides section (latest stocksystems i think)
-Download MiFavor 5.0 from the ROMs, Kernels thread and flash it via TWRP. The one there is v2.0.0B06 but there were problems with v2.0.0B08 and Google stuff it may seem
-Get a stock recovery zip from raystef66's Download Center (you can use B09 or B10 recovery zip) then flash it via TWRP, then reboot and use the Settings-Updates option to flash the official zip.
You'll only retain TWRP on the 2nd one (MiFavor 5.0). And I believe it is FAR better than stock G firmware
DEAR ZTE CUSTOMER,
Pls inform us the exact version of your phone and your IMEI. According to your case, you are suggested to upgrade through SD card

You need to flash no verity if you wanna use twrp and magisk. Without no verity you'll end up in bootloop.

I'm using:
Magisk 15.3
twrp-3.2.1-0-universal-codeworkx-cheeseburger.img from this thread
If your data is encrypted and you wish to remain encrypted you do not need to flash no verity.
I'm currently on OOS 5.0.2 having done a full sized (1.7Gb) OTA flash from 5.0.1, encrypted and rooted using the TWRP and Magisk version referenced above without boot loops. I've never decrypted my user data.
Hope that helps. Once upgraded from Nougat to Oreo the last two Oreo OTA updates and rooting, other than changing TWRP recovery images, has gone seamlessly. The updates worked about the same as each Nougat OTA update.

May Update problem

So I'm about 1 month trying to update my Mi A1 with this security patch, I can download the update but when I'm tapping to install I get this error: " Installation will resume automatically when device is idle"
I tried to hit "resume" and I got a "installation problem" error.
I tried to reboot after the "idle" message, nothing happens.
I searched a lot on Google, Xda,Reedit and I think no one in the world reported this problem.
Anyone can help me?
Anyone know a solution to this problem ?

Looks like you're alone with this problem... or maybe there's an obvious solution if you do a basic search and so people are ignoring your request (didn't check myself)...
Is Your phone 100% untouched and stock (no root, magisk, ...)?
If so You could try to reset Your phone and do all updates before installing anything until updates are finished.
I am also got this problem , after that I have flashed stock recovery and system images and booted with magisk patched.img, then updated with ota and re-rooted with magisk manager ota method. (I have unlocked bootloader with magisk rooted)

I had the same issue. For me it was because I flashed the stock ROM via TWRP and didn't use the Fastboot Recovery. After I flashed the latest Fastboot ROM, it worked just fine!
