I strongly recommend you not to install the latest update pushed by Lenovo on 10-04-2017, pushing the Zui version to 2.5.083 or .87 ST (i dont remember correctly) as it is not stable and can potentially damage your device and the worst may brick your device, as mine got. Do not install the second update before reading this.
For more info read at:

Also vote in the poll above.
I installed 2.5.334 ST (China ROM) no issue what so ever...
If it matters I has Shoop ROM (moded rom by retailers...Gearbest, BangGood...) and thus is the 1st update I did flash with Qualcomm flash tool...

Hi a while ago I've imported a redmi note 3 pro from China to Canada. Everything else is working fine but I've had this for a month already and the updater app tells me that I have no new OTA updates which is rather weird, since we're supposed to get miui updates very often. Do u guys know why it's happening? Is it due to a locked bootloader or the fact that some resellers have blocked OTA updates via the updater app? By the way I also tried to flash a ROM from the miui website for this device but it didn't work either so please help

Bro Your Device is running Reseller custom ROM you need to Flash Official ROM manually using Mi Flash Tool and then you can get Regular OTA updates...!!
you and OP both can Follow this guide
http://en.miui.com/thread-235865-1-1.html
Just Flash Global stable or Chinese Stable as per your Preference and then you should be able to get Regular Updates....!!

Some custom ROMs get regular OTA updates, but most don't. The custom ROMs may or may not get updated, but those updates are not pushed via OTA, usually, if you have a custom ROM installed and there is an update made available for that ROM, you have to download the update for yourself and then manually apply the update yourself.

Yes there is one available android pie rom which is "DRG-325B-0-00WW-B05-250B-0-00WW-B01-update.zip" aka "B2N-325B-0-00CN-B01-update.zip".
Now my question is if i install those rom without unlocking my phone's bootloader is there any chance of brick ?
How can i unlock my phone's bootloader free ?
Hey all sorry to bother you but I can't install the update for my OPPO F1s. System Update states it is the latest version although it isn't, when I press the "Features" button it says "No Version Info"
When I try to manually update through recovery it states the same thing. I haven't updated the phone before as it's never asked even though I bought it the week the OPPO F1s was released in Australia. As far as I can tell it (With my extremely limited knowledge) it seems as though I don't have an official stock rom on my phone although I've never tampered with it.
Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated as although not urgent it does worry me as I realised I may have bought a phone with some kinda of virus on it without realising and I've used it for a couple of years.
#UPDATE#
Turns out the firmware is oddly labelled but I figured out that the phone had been updated with stock 6.0 rom and the 5.1 rom has been updated since but the 6.0 was considered beta, hence so feature info.
Tracked down the latest 6.0 update I could find and installed it and BAM phone is back to normal with the plus-side of having a clean install. Sorry to bother you all with this.
Which firmware you have installed?
A1601EX_11.A.37_20190227 is it this?
Oppo Customer Care (India) advised users of F1s that no OTA update for 6.0 would be pushed and anyone wishing to update will have to go to service centre. Did that and it seems they too have installed the beta 6.0 ROM which says no version info. Version number : A1601EX_11_D.102_170923 (Security Patch June 2017)
Apparently the stable 6.0 update available for Indian users is version : A1601EX_11.A.37_20190227. But I am not sure whether it will update through recovery. Will try and let you know
i know two years have passed but im facing the same problem and i cant find the latest update of 6.0, can you link me there?pls
Hello guys, i would like to ask why is firmware 339 important and why do users who are on custom rom have to flash it? I am currently on liquid remix pie and dont have firmware 339. Do i need to flash it right now?
It is the latest firmware/OTA for this device. Since the ROMs are generally made on latest sources, it is better to be on the latest firmware as well. Hence why 339 update is recommended.
Later on which ever update will be released would be the preferred one, since it will be the latest one at that time.

Does this mean I can flash a rom based on 323 firmware while on 340? Your feedback will be highly appreciated

Most ROMs now are based off of 063 firmware and above, so all you have to do is wipe the previous firmware and flash any firmware from 063 and later. Do note, if you want to flash Q firmware (432, 438 etc.), make sure you have removed all sorts of locks and passwords on your device else you might get locked out.
