Device Control and CPU-Z are showing maximum, minimum and normal GPU frequency 0. Can anyone ​confirm if it is normal or i got faulty hardware?

Hi, I was wondering if I want to downgrade to nougat, which version is supported or reccommended? 11g?
Also the antirollback, when checking it displays red numbers, all of them 0 except SBL (Pic attached).
Rn I'm happy with oreo, but I'm not sure yet about battery life.
