fastboot showing device unlock status = 3

Hi,
recently bought a droid turbo 2 off ebay.
did a fastboot check and it showing bootloader unlocked status =3.
or does it mean device is bootload unlocked ?

Flash for two sim

Hi guys. Question. I own a tx1563. In theory it is dual sim but only detects a sim. I already reset to factory and still the same. You would require installing a dual sim firmware? It's Iusacell Mexico. He was attentive to your comments
I just inform motorola that this device does not support two SIM. We can flash something to take them ??
