i recently downloaded factory image 4.4 and flashed, but navigation and button bar are not transparent like in 4.4 nexus5, is this normal? or is any way how can i enable transparent bars?

Hello guys, as the title says i want to know if it's possible to have the statusbar and the soft keys like on N5 . I know the launchers fix this issue but i preffer oem launcher dirrectly from google . maybe is there a flashable file wich can help me fix this? thanks !

I tried it already it's anoying because you can't remove the search bar wich is persistent dang it ... nova is nice because is very customisable & light but i want a flashable zip if is possible ..
