Stuck at ASUS IN SEARCH OF INCREDIBLE screen - Zenfone 5 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I've seen this kind of problem alot here but here's my problem and why nothing helps.
Basically I wasn't updating my device I was just texting or something like that when my phone went black except the system outline(you know time, signal, wifi/net conection etc. on upper part of phone) so I forced it to shoot down and after that when I try to turn it on it's stuck at ASUS logo(I can't take picture of my phone but it's same as on the picture:

}
Now I tried factory reseting it and entering the recovery mode, none of it seems to help and the problem is that my PC can't detect my zefone when I connect it(and I'm pretty sure it wasn't detectable before this problem either so I don't think those are connected issues).
Any suggestions?

are you tried flashing system via ''apply update from adb'' command of recovery

Yes, as grady_8 said, Flash update using ADB from your recovery, but you need ADB and Fastboot drivers first, then your PC will able to detect your ZF.

https://forum.xda-developers.com/zenfone-5/help/bootlooped-bricked-returning-to-stock-t3358662
try this guide

You must be downgrade first, because the lolipop firmware not support adb flash. Download firmware save at same folder with file extracted. (Version . UL_WW.2.22.40.54-user.zip. )extract it to new folder, then click shift+right mouse, open command here. Then type fastboot flash boot boot.img then' fastboot flash recovery recovery.img , then ' fastboot flash fastboot fastboot.img. after that reboot to recovery manualy, then aply update from adb . Then In CMD type ' adb sideload <the name of firmware>.zip (example = adb sideload UL_WW.2.22.40.54-user.zip ) Wait the progress. Then finish.

How to get into flashing/recovery mode

1) Turn off and remove battery
2)Put the battery back in and immediately hold the back button
3) Plug in the USB cable while still holding the back button
4)Your screen will remain black, but its in recovery mode, and the flashing software should detect it
Source: Sony Update Service, I installed it and it told me to do just that to get into the recovery mode
Looks like were one step closer into getting the X10 rooted
I'm afraid this doesn't work

It does - it just doesn't display the things we are used to with HTC phones for instance.
This is SE's standard flashing method(and recovery mode). It's the same for their WinMo phones and for Symbian.
It puts the phone in a special flash mode ready to accept a new ROM/flash.
As OP mentioned the screen will remain black throughout the process.
shud try fastboot when its in flash mode..
Code:
fastboot devices
or
Code:
fastboot boot randomrecovery.img
worth a try aint it!?

Yes. You can backup sms from the Messaging application by pressing the menu-button while in thread mode. And use MyBackup to backup settings, apps and everything you need on the SD-card or online.
Would this still work if the phone isn't being recognized by the computer? (correct drivers etc are installed).
I have an xperia Ray, so I assume it's the same method... I get no response from plugging it into usb or charger, it won't turn on, although sometimes if I hold the power button it gives a brief vibration. I think it might be bricked :-/

Secure boot error after reverting to KitKat via TWRP backup

Hey everybody! Please, I need urgent help!
So, yesterday, I upgraded my G2 D802 from rooted stock KitKat to the official European Lollipop, v30b. Before that, I made a TWRP backup of everything.
So, I rooted Lollipop, installed TWRP, and was about to install the new Xposed for Lollipop. Then, **** started freaking out and "LGSmartCover" kept crashing continuously, making it virtually impossible to navigate the UI.
Soooooo, I decided to revert back to KitKat via the TWRP backup.
Everything SEEMED fine, but now I cannot boot. I get the LG logo, then this message appears:
ERROR : boot certification verify
[800]_______________________
[850]
[900] Secure booting Error!
[950] Cause : boot certification verify

I do not seem to be able to enter download mode or recovery either.
My computer does recognise it as "qhsusb_bulk" when plugged in, though.
What do? I'll be eternally grateful if somebody can help me solve this.
UPDATE: I somehow managed to get into this "Hardware key control mode" by pressing and holding all three hardware buttons at once, while plugging the phone into the computer.
UPDATE2: Somehow, I managed to boot into Download mode, after doing the same thing over and over again! Trying to recover via LGMobileSupportTool now..

same error
How did you solve it ?
Hi,
I had a similar problem and I managed to repair the phone by using the TOT method with LG FlashTool v1.8 by reaching download mode.
Good luck!
If you can fully enter download mode(first screen and then the second screen),then try to flash a stock rom with LG Flashtool(KDZ method) or TOT method.
Since you were using TWRP,official LG Update tools will kill your phone if you try to flash the stock rom with them.
i have the same problem and i dont know how to reach download mode. when i connect my phome to the pc, it shows the same secure boot error. any help?

Supposing the drivers are installed in windows, you need to have the phone plugged in to comp. and then hold volume-up+power until you get the "download mode" on your phone's screen

[Q] Help / Stuck [D800] - Can't get computers to see phone in Download Mode

I've probably used the LG Flash Tool 10 times the past week on both my home and work computer with no problems. Last night I flashed the KK bootloader and a stock 5.0.2 ROM (after tot'ing back to 4.4.2, rooting, etc).
It hangs at the LG logo and that's where I'm stuck. I tried going into Download Mode, but suddenly both of my computers won't see the phone and give me an error in Device Manager. I've tried uninstalling / reinstalling the drivers as well. Why in the world would that happen unless somehow Download Mode was corrupted, possibly? But it goes into Download Mode fine, and appears to look right...
I've tried getting into recovery but can't. When it should load up TWRP (after telling the G2's "stock" recovery screen I do want to reset), I get the green spinning Android (not the red exclamation) for a second, then it tries to boot up.

}
Any advice would be appreciated as I've never run into this before.
So when the green Android popped up, I tried to hit a combination of the volume and power keys and WAS able to get into recovery. Unfortunately, it appears, somehow, TWRP was overwritten by the stock recovery. I have no idea how that could've happened. Or does stock recovery technically stay in place since this is "loki'd" and not actually unlocked? And if so, is there some way to get back to TWRP that I'm unaware of?
To add to the weirdness, when I plug it in to charge, it doesn't pull up the battery like it usually does when powered off, it just tries to boot up again...
If I could just get the computers to recognize it again...
Installing the LG PC Suite got my drivers to a point where it could recognize it while in Download Mode. MTP still didn't work, but that didn't matter for Download Mode. Not sure what happened, but at least I was able to flash it back again.

N7 (3G, 2012) bricked? Boot mode, no recovery. N Toolkit doesn't flash.

Hello there.
I am writing because I need your help on unbricking my Nexus 7 3G (2012). Yesterday night I was trying to upgrade it from 5.1.0 to 5.1.1 (from the OTA) and I couldn't because I had an error produced by Stickmount. It changed a file on system/bin which I tried to push manually (following some thread's intructions on XDA) and it didn't work, showing error Status 7 (unexpected content on file debuggerd).
Because of that, I decided to flash the 5.1.1 system image using Nexus Toolkit. I set it up so it'd download and install it automatically (using the "Flash stock + Unroot" option). Everything went okay and started the flashing process until the command prop window force closed mid flash, thing that never happened to me before (as I had tried many times flashing from zero my N7 before).
I tried to start the Toolkit again and the command prop window says it flashes bootloader and radio img's successfully, but then a line of code appears and the cmd window force closes again (it says "No se esperaba ( en este momento" or roughly translated as "The ( was not expected at this moment" into English) and my N7 turns off.
Next, I try to turn it on and it shows the Google logo and a green arrow saying "start". I press it and the N7 reboots to the same screen, saying "booting failed" at the top of the screen. If I choose recovery, the same thing happens.

I just can make it to boot to bootloader mode but I cannot flash the firmw (even when this mode must be selected in order to the Toolkit to start flashing). It shows the same line of unexpected code as above.
I tried pushing the files manually using ADB and I cannot may it work either.
What can I do to solve this? I've read that as long as you can get to bootloader mode you can unbrick a device.
I hope you could help me out. Thanks in advance.
Anyone?
Im not a expert, but so if you in bootloader, fastboot (android sdk) dont see your nexus? For check type - 'fastboot devices', if that return something, you can use it to flash recovery/or whole system.
Im linux user, so I dont know how to check how visible is device in windows - and whether drivers are working properly.
I'm sorry if I say the obvious, I just would like to help as much I can. Good luck!

Thanks wombat. Actually, the N7 is listed under adb devices. It starts the flashing process but ends automatically without finishing the installation.

It is still locked or you don't the false, false, false? After oem info it said failed and then try flashing twrp makes no sense
Reflash stock fastboot rom with miflash or use a deep flash cable. And then unlock it correctly
If nothing works you have to open your device and use testpoint method.
really nothing works.
miFlash gives me an error in red.
I already tried with the flash cable qualcomm but the phone when it vibrates it displays the MI logo and is off.
I tried recovery twrp.img but still the same error message
Method MiFlash:
Rom FASTBOOT for Redmi 4 prime: markw_global_images_V8.5.4.0.MBEMIED_20170925.0000.00_6.0_global

Fastboot method won't work as your bootloader is locked. Try with deep flash cable or test point method.
Trying to flash twrp also not gonna work.

I tried the deep flash cable:
click on the + and - button of the volume
plug in the phone and click on the button of the deep flash cable until the phone vibrates ... except that ... when it vibrates it displays the MI logo and ends ... but it is visible on the manager peripheral
