I add that foldermount program fix all of issues with storage problems without it i can't download any files or copy files... Titanium backup too didn't work without it ;d THAT'S IMPORTANT APP FOR THAT ROM ! DON'T FORGET

I want to flash this rom but in CMW there is "Installation Aborted". I have wiped data, cache and dalvik before installation. I really want this rom. I don't know how to wipe /system. Can someone help me please ?

i just flashed this rom and my camera app shows this message:
"server error occurred.restart the camera" or something...
i turned back into stock rom and this problem still going on!
how can i fix it?

I just didn't find a direct thread for installing xposedinstaller on z5 premium and that's the reason I have created this threat ^_^

Thanks for the hard work @rovo89 finally made stable version of xposed framework for nougat . but you have to be patient for modules to update to nougat . please pay attention to what module you are installing on nougat they may harm your device or work partly , make sure that they will work with your framework version.

I have tested nougat version on z5p dual 6833 build 32.4.A.0.160 and custom Mokee rom it works great !

Here is the steps to follow
First of all you have to get backup.
Don't forget to download the xposedremover , and put it into your sd card so if the phone doesn't boot you can remove it
I have tested MM version with my xperia z5 premium dual .253 E6833 and works fine .

we have not tested it on the deodex version so if you are on deodex version you have to do it on your own risk !
Your phone should be rooted.

1.Download xposed installer.apk for MM here http://dl.xposed.info/latest.apk or
another version of xposedinstaller test ok v87 xposed.zip on .511 here https://forum.xda-developers.com/att...8&d=1477916609

and install it to your phone.
2.Download xposedframework.zip for MM here http://dl-xda.xposed.info/framework/sdk23/arm64/
for nougat here : http://dl-xda.xposed.info/framework/sdk25/arm64/
I have downloaded V86 for MM .
3.reboot into recovery and flash the framework you downloaded in step 2
4.Reboot system
(The first boot may take longer than normal just be patient )
5.Done
then you can find so many useful modules (most of them for MM or past versions) in here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/modules
which actually you have to be sure about that they run on your phone or not ^_^

If you installed a module which causes your system UI stop or soft brick your phone
Don't worry
1. just hold vol - and vol + and power buttons till phone vibrates 3 times , it means your phone switches off
2.power on your phone again ,when Sony logo shown and the LED light blinks hold vol + (enter into recovery)
3.then install the xposeduninstaller related to your version
4.reboot system
5.booting may take more time be patient
6.return to your xposedinstaller , uninstall the module which caused soft brick
7.clear the data of other modules even they work correct
8.reboot into recovery and install the framework and reboot system again

Do you have root access? I have attached screenshot of my phone which is running xposed and you can witness it from status bar and hidden navbar

it could work on any rooted device , but firstly you have to install the correct and updated version of xposedinstaller and the framework related to your rom . but actually i did not tested it on your model

[Stock Rom] [Lenovo P2] [NOUGAT 7.0] [Deodexed_P2a42_S244_170725_ROW]

Deodexed mean everything reunified and put back inside apk and jar file.
Compare 1700mb stock rom, this rom only 900mb very small foot print, Deodexed_P2a42_S233_170404_ROW rom will take much less space in system file, result is reduce system file till half of free space.
Features:
remove some bloadware,
added lenovo gallery,
added latest/update gapps,
added dolby atmos,
magisk root
I did not responsible for phone damage or bricked
Need to unlock bootloader and twrp installed
Always do backup rom first.
Flashing only with latest twrp-3.1.0-0, or above to avoid encryption problem and loosing data later, see in my another thread, https://forum.xda-developers.com/lenovo-p2/development/unofficial-twrp-3-0-2-0-p2a42-t3573308
Before flashing need to wipe dalvik cache, system, data and cache
change data system file to ext4
now install rom from zip file
Reboot to system, don't do anything just wait around 7-10 minute till appear.

See the different system running more faster, smooth and better benchmark result.
Bugs!!! nothing, everything working as normal,
if any, only came from original firmware stock rom

Alright, that's fine. If you need it I have the OTA zip from 232 to 233. But I think it will cause problems if you install it over the deodexed version.

dear brother ! I'm a stock nougat user of lenovo p2. I never root my phone. after 5 days, my bootloader will be unlocked. Then I want to install your marshmallow deodexed rom via your TWRP3.1.0. If there any chance to having bootloop or trouble as I downgrade from nougat to marshmallow ? pls suggest me if it's safe ! And one more thing, you wrote in your post to wipe cache, dalvik, data. Don't I need to wipe also system including those ? pls clear me if I should wipe system before flashing ! And after flashing, do I need to wipe cache, data and dalvik again ? should I try to install your marshmallow over my nougat or I should wait for your next s233 deodexed ?? pls kindly clear me the total procedure step by step as I am a new member here and firstly want to install custom rom. Try it as suggested and no luck, doesn't even go into the bootloader. I notice when is extracting the image and installing it, goes pretty fast compare to the Yamr original. Makes me think that is no even installing the image. I did check the system and internal Sdcard and it seems like nothing got installed. Hopefully this will help and Thx for the fast response.

First boot will take 6-8 mins
i recommend u to use brevent app from playstore for more battery
and universal gms doze if you like.

First of all THNX for the rom.
Had some installation problems:
First time installing rom it was stuck at 95%
Second time installing rom it was stuck at "next"
Third time installing rom it keeps on booting up everytime (could not go past Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge logo)
fourth time installing rom everything went normal, after 5min on Samsung logo device booted and could go on with the settings.
Will test how the rom performs but everything seems smooth for now, soo thnx again!
edit: and yes I flashed magisk!

3 things I found so far that are not working or working correctly
1. Wifi network is not saved, so everytime I disable wifi, shut down the phone, or connect to another wifi and want to go back I have to login again. No big problem only irritating.
2. Samsung App store not working (but this is no problem for me just letting you know).
3. Samsung theme is not working, probably because of the night theme? (but also no problem for me, I like the night theme again only letting you know).
Have one question "flashing Magisk or superSU is a must", but after that can I unroot? or will that end in a bootloop? because I can't use snapchat now, I think I need to install snapchat and login before I install Magisk to get it work.
Again thnx for sharing the rom, and thank your friend for me!

1.Flash so called kernel.the one I'm sharing now is latest one.and the one that is used in the Rom is old one...

Note:- you can use other kernel too instead of mine...
2.yes galaxy app is crashing...you can delete it in system/app or privapp..forgot it's location.? But u can delete it there.
3.It's Weird issue. Other users didn't faced it but I'll let him know.
4.to use snap chat while on root is pretty simple.
Goto magisk manager tap on top left corner(side bar)
Go to magisk hide and search for Snapchat and tick it..now you can use Snapchat without issue
Note:- Before doing this you should install Snapchat freshly and do not open it..After installing it from play store directly go to magisk manager and do the steps as I told...now u .can open Snapchat and use it.

Already tried that, but is not working. Just tried to uninstall magisk but could not boot up(as expected but had to try ) So no snapchat for me i'm guessing
edit: after uninstlling magisk manager I could login to snapchat. and then installing magisk manager again and both work fine!
And flashing your kernel from the link fixed wifi problem

You can try it...only a few times this problem is occurring.

I have installed it on my phone and it installed fine. But after first restart, in initial setup it keeps showing the screen " checking for updates" and never goes on next screen. I have checked reinstalling the rom 2, 3 times and changing the kernel but same problem is happening.

Ok first of all do not connect to internet or wifi during initial setupwizard(first boot) and check it...

I checked it without internet but it is asking for internet connection to continue setup....

Presently this Rom is not in development...

uhm I have a problem. when setting up the phone... everything is mirrored and my hardware buttons don't work.
Did I do something wrong?

U flashed wrong kernel..flash the kernel that supports ur device and go to dialer and type *#2663# and u will see a window and on that there will be a button called touchfwupdate...tap on it...everything will work fine

@So Called Engineer good evening and good evening everyone,
the ROM looks interesting. I read that battery consumption is optimized, excellent. Have any problems been found on the 920f?
