Lemfo Lem5: How switch on/off the mobile network - Other SmartWatches

Today, I bought a second sim card for my main mobile number. At least in my network, anytime work only one sim, the one which I connected first in the network. So, I want in some very specific situations and when I have off my main device, to have the ability to work with the second which I have in my Lem5. To achieve that I need a way to switch on or off my cell radio from my smartwatch (Lem5), something like airplane mode.
I already use the EasyTouch and the Quick Control Panel. Especially EasyTouch has a specific shortcut for airplane mode but it doesn't work. When I try to push, it crash.
I have also tried these, but without any success. Some of them, they said that they need a rooted device.
Cell Radio ShutOff by Joseph Paul Cohen
Airplane Mode Shortcut by Florian Draschbacher
LeanDroid by TeqTic
I need a way to open or close the mobile network (not only for data, but also for calls and general complete close the cell radio function).
The airplane mode, or something similar, isn't working in my Lem5, because my device isn't rooted?
Any link/text/tip to rooted my Lem5?

Just use airplane modes and then turn your wifi back on?
Airplane mode works for me.
The only way I have found to root so far is with Kingroot. I was able to build TWRP after and flashed successfully , however touch is reversed and difficult to use.
I tried to install SuperSu after Kingroot, however it will not update.
My advice is avoid Kingroot if you can as it installs ads.

You mean that in your Lem5, airplane is working?
With which software?
By default Lem5 doesn't not have a similar option

Yeah, you will need root for any third party aeroplane mode app.

Do you have any link to suggest, to understand what is the best way to root Lem5?
Thank you in advance!

The best way to root it is with TWRP but as you heard, it's upside down so not easy at all.
Have you ever used TWRP and rooted a device before?

No, but I think the keyword TWRP is enough.
When I find time, I will search for guides.

Motorola Defy XT: So what does it mean when this is the only screen your rooted Defy XT can make??? Once i turn it on this the first and only thing that appears on the screen but after a few min. my phone starts being a phone and everything, well at least making all the sounds it used to and receiving messages still, but the screen is kaput. Is my phone Bricked for good? or is there anything I can do? Please someone help!!! :crying:
Did this happen after rooting or anything else
If you have cwm then find your rom And flash it
If you don't have cwm and you have enabled USB debugging then flash it via adb
If you are able to get in recovery mode then your phone is not bricked. It's just a system crash
Did you flash any zip from pimp my rom then flash the rescue package
By the way just stay cool. It will only take not more than a week or two to know the cause and repair it

Hey thanks for the response!
I've actually only just rooted my phone. I haven't put any rom on it. It is still running the factory gb on it. Only rooted it so that I could run a screen shot app on it, and was probably eventually going to rom it once I became a little more knowledgeable about doing so. But everything was working fine with the phone after rooting it, for about 2 weeks even, but yesterday I just pulled out my pocket after coming out of the grocery store, clicked it to unlock it and there was that screen. Tried everything to get rid of it, took the battery out, plugged it in the wall, my computer. Nothing. Weird thing is though, after 5 min of being on, it will continue being the phone that it is, making all its regular sounds and receiving messages and notifications, just with that pixelated screen, which leads me to believe that it might be a hardware/bios problem, or if phones even have bios. This is my first smart phone so I'm just really starting to get to know it. Again, appreciate all help given! Just bummed this phone I've had for a month has already crashed on me.

Also forgot to mention I tried a factory reset by memory but with no visual it's hard to see if I'm even doing anything.
Search for your stock from and flash it
You can also use the custom from like miui v5 for defy/defy+ http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2232947
Do you have a cwm recovery? Or you have to use the fastboot method

[Q] Get data from cracked Nexus 4

I have a Nexus 4 in front of me with a diagonal crack from top left to bottom right corners of the screen.
The touch screen only responds on the upper half of the phone.
I have been tasked with getting the images, videos, music etc. from this phone, however as I am unable to unlock the phone I am finding it pretty difficult!
Is there any way to get the data from the phone using either software or hardware hacks?
I know there are a lot of very knowledgeable people on this forum, any information is appreciated, even if I have to open up the phone and start cutting wires!
Thank you,
- Pano
Yes there is quite a single way to do it using ADB on your computer. Do you have that set up?

I've not got that set up no, are you talking about This?
OK I installed ADB and Fastboot.
I downloaded the custom Nexus 4 recovery from Clockwork Mod.
Booted the phone into Fastboot mode
Found the phone with ADB, tried to run the recover image... the phones LOCK STATE is LOCKED
How do I get past this!?
- Pano
EDIT:
It seems your bootloader is locked. NRT will unlock it but it will wipe your data. And a locked bootloader won't allow ADB (correct me if i'm wrong)
Try doing a factory reset through Recovery, it should get rid of the lock screen and allow you to transfer stuff through USB. I never tried to so i'm not sure will it work

Hi.
Is the device still under guarantee?
If not, you maybe can open the device and get the storage out of it, if there's no other way. First try it with this program, if you give up and there's no other way, (sorry to say this) you must do that.
Or try this:
Connect your phone to the charger
Reboot it
And start in safe mode (somehow, if you're able to do.)
...or replace the screen!
I'm so sorry for you, that something like that happened.
I hope you to manage to rescue your data somehow.
I also know the bitter feeling of data loss ;(
I hope this helped.
OK just to keep all updated and in case anyone ever uses this post in the future to help them...
I have tried everything, nothing worked as it either involved use of the touch screen at some point, or required me to have previously turned USB DEBUGGING on... I have come up with a new solution :
Using the ADB I will unlock the phone using the command
Code:
fastboot oem unlock
This will WIPE all the data from the phone, however it will allow me to finally install a custom recovery mod.
I am then going to find a way to connect the phone to the computer, clone the internal memory to a virtual hard drive and then use some recovery software to get back all the data that was "erased" when I unlocked the oem
Hopefully :fingers-crossed:....
I'll keep the thread updated

This will only work, if the Computer has FULL ACCESS to the file system.
The best Data-Recovery Program is IsoBuster by Peter van Hoove.
...and also, it's not just normal deleting but WIPING, so recovery chance is very low.
...Nexus 4 ALWAYS makes god-damn' problems: RedLight of Death, No MicroSD, Data Loss because of Google's Locked Bootloader.
My Advice The Next time you buy a Device with Android - Unlock the bootloader to avoid further problems.
I hope you to fix all problems. All the best / Have a nice day

Download Odin v3.10 and install on PC. Install Samsung Driver Suite on PC. Download CF Auto Root by Chainfire. Start up Odin on PC and uncheck everything, power down phone, hold Power & Volume Down until phone goes into Download Mode, connect to PC. Press PDA button in Odin, select CF Auto, click start. Wait for PASS in green (I usually wait another 30 seconds). Unplug phone, pull battery, replace, and reset. Download SuperSU from the Play Store and start the app up. Done.

Only Verizon and AT&T lock bootloaders. It's already unlocked. I think you're confused on what a bootloader is, are you referring to SIM unlock?
I had no idea sprint didnt lock bootloaders. I just came from Verizon with locked bootloaders. Luckily I was able to get mine unlocked.
So just to confirm once we root the sprint phone nothing else is needed to be able to install custom recovery and Roms?

Actually if you're going that route, skip rooting, Odin TWRP and flash a ROM and you'll save time because pretty much every ROM is rooted.

Can't Update PRL/ Profile

Hello,
Back in August of 2015 I bought a FreedomPop Samsung Galaxy S4 which I used with FreedomPop up until just recently when I signed up with RingPlus, ported my old FreedomPop number to my R+ account and then deactivated my FreedomPop account. OK, so.. my problem is is that now I can't use R+ because it requires me to update my PRL, but I can't. I get this error: "The PRL update could not be completed. Please try again later. If the problem persists, you may need to contact Customer Service. Error: Connection Error (6)"
Now, in the past when I was trying to root my phone I really screwed things up and ended up having to install new Firmware. You can find more information about that here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s4-sprint/help/caught-boot-loop-rooting-t3304144
Any help would be greatly appreciated, especially since my phone is practically useless at the moment.

When I tried that, the number disappeared when I added the last #. And it still won't let me update the PRL.
I think I know why that didn't work. I'm suppose to dial ##72786#, not ###72786#. I'm assuming you meant for me to reprovision my phone?
Anyway, I did that and seemed to be working fine, but then when I tried to update the PRL it, took me to hands free activation. Same when I tried to update my profile as well. How do I go about avoiding this?
I could really use some help here please.

With what? If it updated profile and PRL them you are done. You only have to do this about once a month, not every day.
Alright. I should probably contact Ringplus directly about my other problem here.
Sorry for bothering you and thanks for the help.

Alright. TWRP has been installed, as well as SuperUS. Just checked with Root Checker and my phone has been properly rooted.
However.. the problem still persists. I still am unable to get RingPlus to work with my phone. Perhaps because I can't update the PRL, it keeps taking me to hands free activation, or perhaps there's something else going on. I will see if I can contact RingPlus and see if they know what's wrong.
Thank-you for your assistance, I will report back if I get this figured out.

Systemless root puts nothing on the system partition. That's why it's called systemless and why it's in data.
Factory reset shouldn't affect it either. All you lose is the superuser apk not root.
You just need to reinstall the apk.
