[Q] IOS Style Animation - YotaPhone

There is an IOS style animation available for Lollipop through 4PDA. As a non russian speaker, that website is a fortress! .
I read somewhere on XDA that linking to 4PDA is not allowed as its believed to be involved in warez distribution.
A partial link to the site reads:
"forum/index.php?showtopic=797643&st=320"
Is there anyone who could help in this case?
Thanks!

Browse it using Chrome with Russian installed in the languages to translate.

Another way is to bring up the site in Firefox and with it's translation plugins select the area you want to translate. It will translate that section pretty well.
I've successfully done this in the past to mod my Android TV boxes.
Anther option. Take your android phone with Microsoft Translate and take a photo of what you want.
Works much better than Google Translate in this particular instance since GT does it in real time and the section it can do is very small.
Good luck.
Give a man a fish and he eats once. Teach him to fish and he. . . . . .

Thank you for the suggestion, I tired with Google translate and it certainly was helpful. However, unlike XDA where data could be shared even without registration, 4PDA needs a user to be logged in to be able to download.

"sorry for my bad english" ¿why?

Hello friends!
I've been using Firefox Web Browser for a few months now and noticed that it has a built in spell checking plug in feature with support for many languages. I love it, every time I spell something wrongly, it underlines it in RED and I can right click over the underlined word and it'll give me the options in the language that I'm writing. So far I'm using Spanish and English and it works great for me. I see some friends constantly saying "sorry for my bad English", this might be helpful for you guys.
PS: I'm in no way endorsing, recommending, promoting, advertising or receiving anything for this post... I'm just sharing a little info that helps me break the language barrier that most of us have when not writing in our native language.
@ MODS If this post is considered incorrect, please feel free to remove. If on the other hand, you find it helpful to our community and have a way to pass it on, feel free as well. Thanks
Mark
@ MODS Please move to proper forum as advised by users. Thanks.
Men THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!
Thankyou so much I have a bad english so this will gonna helps us much better

If you already have Firefox, just go to Tools>> Add-ons >> Browse All Add-ons >> Under Categories chose "Dictionaries and Language Packs" then chose English US or any other language you wish to use.
well this thread has nothing to do with blueangel and blueangel WM6, please mod move it to more proper place

english dictionary app

can some please post the link or cab file to a good free English Dictionary or Thesaurus for my touch pro 2 please............. much appreciated
If someone knows of one that'd be great. I've been looking for one but have had no luck...
A dictionary
I really like lexisgoo (strange name or what!) as it has a nice interface worthy of your lovely phone and is a really good dictionary. It makes even me sound clever
Don't think you'll find a free one as I imagine the development and sourcing the data is probably costly.
The start menu icon could be better (but of course you can change that).
Hope that helps.
Ian
well thanks for your reply... say is it possible to install a java based dictionary on the touch pro 2
Hey goodies here:
part1.rar 12.40 MB

Pretty simple really. If you click on the download links from post #5.
Scroll down and click the middle link from the download page.
Nice find nokiadashi, although I do wonder about the legality of the links...

it's too big file, totally over 20MB,it's too cumbersome to upload to xda.
Actually you dont need google translation, in the download page, scroll down, you will see the wording "50k/s",it's the direct download link.
other sites
I saw something like this on www.freewarepocketpc.net but I dont have the direct link to it. If you got time check that site it has that and more translation material.

[16 FEB][APP] ModMob 0.9.6 - Tutorials, Tools and Roms [Formally RomHelper]

I'm fairly new to programming but I thought I would have a go at an app that could help people flash roms, radios, change themes, find new apps etc. The app is simple (and I meen really simple) at the moment but I am hoping to extend its functionality soon. Basically what the app does is provide you with the tools, download links and instructions that you will need to flash a rom/radio/spl etc to your device.
I have also tried to include links to the best apps, mods & tweaks that your device has to offer, this part of the app is in early development at the moment but it is quickly growing.
I am programming this in c# and I'm a bit of a nuub at it so if there are any developers out there who like the look/idea of the app then please feel free to contact me, I will glady give the source code to anyone who wants it as I would like this app to be as helpful and usefull as it can.
Feedback is much appreciated and I would love some requests or ideas?

i cant believe over 100 views and no one has any ideas or feedback for me, i know its not the best program in the world but a few replys would be nice.
This would be ideal for looking into things instead of using the lame "search" feature (no offense) or keep looking through the pages .
But the tile is a lil bit misleading, as ROM Helper doesn't actually describes what does the app do . I mean it's just my opinion to change to something more informative, like ROM instructor for instance, title .
Also you won't draw attention in here, try posting it in a more specific section : ) .
Such a good app, keep up the good work because that what our community should do ! I wish i was a developer, even a noob one : ), cuz i have lots of apps' ideas but they're just in my head !
Keep it up

thanks for the words of encouragement, your feedback has been very helpful
I think you have a typo. You wrote KernAL insead of Kernel.
Its a great programm and i was looking for somethink like this a long time ago.
i know its a hell of work, but a start screen where you can search according to things like "6.5 or 6.5.3" and "cookie or "non-cookie", etc. I think its impossible because its just to much work as i guess you are connecting all the face manually.
Anyway, thanks a lot, i like it!
OT- Edit! I just noticed your Шапка-Ушанка - have u been to russia lately?

thanks and cheers about the typo, i will change it now, new version is being uploaded as i type this. and i wanted to add a search function but it wasnt working for me, im sure ill get round to it tho.
also i have been to russia but not recently, got my hat from outside the big museum in st petersburg, ive been learning to speak a bit of russian too for a hobby. dont know how you spell it in russian but i can say it ok "boy apinima paruski" lol
This is a great concept and could be a fantastic alternative to searching through the forums for what you need.
I'm sure you're still working on it, but at the moment some of the ROM headers link only to their download page (i.e. hotfile), and not to a description.
It looks like a lot of work, but it would be great if it becomes a comprehensive resource. Thanks for all of your effort!

User position based alarm system app! "Don't Forget It!" (my first app)

Hi! I made my first android application based on an alarm system based on your position, which uses your own device's mobile network and is optimized to save as much battery.
Here is the link to free version package
play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dont.forgetitfree&hl=en
(I can't post a link from another web because it's my first post sorry )
Hope you like it!
Thx!!
pd: sorry if this thread doesn't match in this subforum, but i don't know where it goes.
Hey, I will download your app.
Simple and clever - I would suggest posting English pictures in the English listing in Google Play though.
Thanks for sharing!

Tutorial - How to translate Android apps

Are you an Android developer and don't know how to explain people how to translate your app?
Are you an Android translator, and you don't know how translations on Android apps work?
If so, I've made a document just for you (and for me ).
I've made a document that should help you. I made it for my app's translators (if they want to use it).
The tutorial (should) consists all of the things a new translator needs.
Even people who aren't developers should be able to understand it.
If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.
Here's the link:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1INP3w8RPdq3EN5gBV1Kwz0pxcZf-6Gj5zTUZwYn2Ni4/
Hope I made the document clear enough.
I know Google has published a lot of websites about it, but I think mine should be understandable to more people.
