Suddenly my Zenfone 2 ZE551ML rebooted and didn't ask for a PIN. There is no connection to a provider and IMEI is 0. This happens with both SIM slots.
Any suggestions?

I've got an issue with my zenfone 2 551ml:
- Phone.process crash then my zenfone reboot
- My SIM slot 1 work but my sim wasn't detected (With SMMI TEST too) my sim work on SIM slot 2.
- Sometimes i haven't some sms/call network but my network is fine the rest of the time.
- The screen don't respond sometimes after an sms sending. The os work fine but not the tactil screen (If i press the screen when it happend, for the os the screen was still pressed even if i stop it).
I have delete the cache, system and data with ZE551ML_Modder [1], got a bootloop and reinstall with official asus image [2]
It happend rooted, SuperSu or Magisk+Phh's doesn't matter
Should i use the V4.21.40.144 for Brasil area users only* (andriod M) version ? I'm living in europe ^^'
P.s: UL-Z00A-WW-4.21.40.134-user have been deleted from asus site ?

i used the SP_FlashTool_v5.1616.00 to download and update the firmware to marshmallow version 6.0.
i have used the "Format all + Download" option.
And it seems i have not saved the nvram and nvdata files.
now my phone boots and wifi and bluetooth works, but i have lost the IMEI and the Serial number and i can't use the SIM card.
it says No Sim inserted.
the help of your experts is highly appreciated, to allow me to recover the imei and the serial number.
(i have a snapshot of the previous original IMEI and Serial number)

I am having redmi note 3G 2013121 which was booting only in recovery mode. So I flashed it using SP tool and FASTBOOT ROM 7.5.2.0.KHDMIDE, but accidentally I used option Download+Format due to which I lost my IMEI number and NVRAM.
So I rooted the phone and loaded the IMEI with help of MTK DROID ROOT & TOOL.
Now My phone detects the SIM shows the operator name but no signal. I tried flashing MIUI 6, MIUI 5 but I am not able to fix it.
please help on same.
Also I loaded the NVRAM from other device 2013121 but still I am not able to fix the issue
Also when I search network manually it shows no network found or some times TATA DOCOMO 2G is shown
I tried Airtel and Vodafone Mumbai networks

WHEN I REBOOT MY PHONE AFTER PUTTING PHONE ON AIRPLANE MODE. AFTER RESTARTS PHONE SHOWS BOT IMEI CORRECT. BUT WHEN THE AIRPLANE MODE IS OFF. IT AGAIN SHOWS 14 DIGIT NUMBER.
EVEN AFTER INSTALLING BACKUP OF STOCK ROM. STILL THE SAME PROBLEM EXISTS
ANYBODY PLS HELP.

it doesnot hamper my experience... but just sim slot 2 not working....
