I also note that the date and time are not correct. I carried out a backup just now and its date was 27 Jan 1970 instead of 9 May 2017 and the time is not correct too.

These are new adreno drivers i added on lastest wiui, and this may be the reason why it doesn't boot. If after the flash the phone doesn't boot (like on wiui) i'll post a fix for this in a few minutes
EDIT: this is not the bootlooop issue, I'll try to find out the bug on aroma side
so if it's aroma bug, no need to flash that right?

I can't, miui lock screen is just a "theme", and I don't have sources (as everyone) to make big changes, thanks for suggestion anyway

Yes you can install supersu beta without problem. On xda you can see all. I can't add here just because respect supersu authour share policy

I send you in PM in last days recovery log to verify together. No reply! If you look my PM you can find right answer. For reboot the problem is first time that users customize recovery (for example change language) recovery write twrp directory in data/media/ (not 0) and in sdcard. So random read sdcard/twrp (and in this way read customizations) or data/media (original recovery).
I wait a feedback of users here and update after my github sources. Tell me if your PM is useful.
When you want we can work together to create something serious for european rom. Chinese have kangvip tool that use same xposed logic. there are a lot of xposed module that work on emui that can be used for replicate this tool.

Only recovery files available, this can be only flashed with twrp mod not in stock recovery.
Try it on your own risk.
Be sure to flash Also SuperSU
The procedure to install and also avoid losing TWRP recovery would be:

- Flashing the ROM zip from the TWRP mod by nijel8, DO NOT Restart.
- Mount SYSTEM.
- Return to the main menu, enter "Advanced / File Manager".
- Scroll down to "system", check if all files will be shown.
- Go down to "recovery from boot press open and delete file if available to keep the twrp version.
- STILL DO NOT RESTART.
- Flashing the SuperSU zip for decryption.
- Now restart and ready.

Please be careful, guys.
If you flash this mod onto a slightly different version then you getting a bootloop after restart, which will end with you booting into your custom recovery and happily wipe your system and everything else.
The OP should at least state this in his first post that this patch potentially could wreck your installation..

try installing the firmware..
TWRP 3.2.3-1 by ATG Droid works great
the problem is not only me, there are negative reviews on 4pda

Note: Github hasn't none complain TWRP for tulip until now.

I'd recommend you to do a clean flash. Maybe format the internal memory too.

Just follow the Step-By-Step Tutorial with YouTube Video that I mentioned in message #5 before and everything will run smoothly.

Fewer functions included in this release than in ATGDroid release, however.
A "new" Official TWRP version with some fixes is available now for download:

Current issues with Official TWRP for Tulip already reported, but the developer seems to have stopped the maintenance.
Version twrp-3.2.3-1-tulip isn't functional with latest Xiaomi Stable or Developer ROM (Huge Light Bleeding AND Can't Decrypt).
All affected RN6's owners can try to contact him directly at [twrp-3.2.3-0-tulip][BUG] Huge Light Bleeding At The Bottom Of The Screen #2
NOTE: The Developer confirmed that a "NEW" Official TWRP 3.3.0 that can handle Decryption and Fix Touch/Light Bleeding will be available for download soon.
