M9 Camera Edition stuck on logo - One (M9+) General

Welcome. I have big problem with my M9 Camera Edition. I cant run it, always stuck on HTC logo. S-ON, Locked boot, can't unlock via htc dev. I have one firmware for it, but when i try to flash it via Fastboot, i see only messeage that i should unlock boot first, and its S-ON.
Any ideas please?

You need to use the ruu.exe that matches the current firmware.
If you put the phone in bootloader mode you can see your current firmware version where it says "OS XX. XXX. XXX. XX"
Then download mode for flashing the ruu..

Fasboot Flash fail (0x0003)

i had an issue updating from one CNA nightly to a newer one the other day, and was left with no option but to flash the original .sbf for my version of the phone & carrier etc. That worked fine, and i have a bootable stock phone, but when trying to install any rom, either through CWM recovery or fastboot, i get issues.
if i try through CWM the correct method, i get stuck on the Moto Dual Core screen forever, until i battery pull and have to sbf flash through RSD Lite again.
If i try through Fastboot, i get error Failed to process command flash: xxxxxxxxxx error (0x0003)
can anyone help please? i've been using various CM7/9 ROMS for months now, and cant deal with being stuck back on MotoBlur stock junk
many thanks in advance!

Reflash the gingerbread pudding .sbf, you're bootloader isn't unlocked anymore.
Sent from my MB860 using xda premium
the sbf i flashed was from the pudding page, and i unlocked the bootloader again fine, have the unlock sign on the Moto boot logo, just cant get any further than that with ROMs anymore..
EDIT: i am also getting the issue when flashing any kernels,
I can flash a recovery through fastboot, which it says is successful, but when i try to boot into recovery i get failed to boot 2, entering RSD mode.

Trying to flash a rom on my HTC 820 (d820n), Stuck at "Main Version is older".

Trying to flash a rom on my HTC 820 (d820n), Stuck at "Main Version is older".
So one dark day, i woke up to my phone being stuck on a Bootloader loop, So after a lot of attempts to get it out of this state, i decided to unlock the bootloader, install custom recovery, wipe /system and install a new ROM, The image i'm trying to install is a stock Marshmallow image (after relocking the bootloader of course) but for some reason i get a message on the bootloader saying "Main Version Is Older Update failed."
Any ideas how i may get my phone alive again?

Phone Relocked FRP Unlock

Hi Guys,
I have Honor 8 Lite (PRA-LA1C185B165). I was on elite Rom 7.1 and just thought to restore my phone to original by the backup I took when installed Hassan's EliteRom. After restoring, phone booted normally, and then I resorted stock recovery. Phone now booted normally and then I relocked the bootloader after getting bootloader code from Huawei website. Now the phone booted but it just went into please update system error. Error! Func NO : 11 (reovery image) Error NO : 2 (load failed!). I discharged battery and now phone is booted into fastboot mode. Now it shows Fastboot & rescue Mode. Phone Relocked, FRP unlock, rescue mode enter... I tried adb devices, it shows blank devices... Plz anyone can help what to do?
Unlock your bootloader by using fastboot oem unlock XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX ( where X insert huawei code)
Thanks, did this and I have to go at lengths to again install twrp and then I was able to boot normally...Thanks...........One question could you plz guide how can I get this phone to original, i.e., unlocked bootloader and stock recovery... till now I have been unable to find stock recovery and official firmware for this model, PRA-LA1C185B165

Possibly Dead Device? [P8/P9 Lite (2017)][PRA-LX1]

Urgent help needed as I'm leaving the country at the end of the week o any help is appreciated!
Just successfully rooted my device:
Black, Unlocked, PRA-LX1, UK, Dual SIM
After doing so successfully, I attempted to flash LineageOS from the following link:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/p8lite/p8-lite-2017-development/rom-lineageos-15-1-hi6250-devices-t3811583
Although when I completed Step 6 on the Installation guide and rebooted the phone, I started seeing the message:
------------------
ERROR MODE
Attention!
Please update system again
(Green Android picture)
Error!
Func NO : 11 (recovery image)
Error NO : 2 (load failed!)
------------------
Despite this, I didn't receive a box with my phone due to being second hand, and I didn't see the model number on the receipt as it was from a reselling store. I didn't remember to note down the specific model number
It'd be extremely helpful if someone could possibly help just from the device description above as I'm not sure if it's safe for me to just attempt to flash every stock rom for every other LX1 device out there.
---------------------------------------------------------------
Update:
To restore this, I connected via fastboot with a working USB & flashed an original stock recovery in the video found here
(Just in case their download link ever goes down, I have uploaded the same copy to my MEGA, found here)
The recovery installed fine when using the command
fastboot flash recovery oeminfo.img
Click to collapse
Whenever trying to flash any other recovery such as twrp before this fastboot stuck on a loading icon.
The stock recovery seems to be downloading the original firmware, too.
PRA-LX1C432B202 is presumably the model.
Both the bootloader and FRA were unlocked when everything else was inaccessible.
Looks like the custom ROM's recovery that you've flashed is not compatible with PRA-LX1. Try to flash stock recovery. If not working, then flash stock firmware.
Thanks @Botar230!
I didn't see your comment until just now after deciding to edit this post since I've gotten a step closer to restoring my device.
Your solution was the method I used although I didn't know my phone model, so I found a random solution which just worked for my device, and the eRecovery seems to be downloading the stock firmware anyways. Thanks again
Before flashing this lineage os you should update to EMUI8 to get treble support, i suppose you was running EMUI5, hence the error mode.

Help! Cant downgrade or upgrade firmware. Stuck on Lineage OS build from 8/2017

I updated my D800 LG G2 to lineageOS 7.1, but now I want to downgrade it because it has some bugs. I cant even update to the latest build. When I do a factory reset, the phone restarts and just goes to a black screen.
I can boot, and use the phone normally (except the phone app. It just crashes. I have to use the contacts app to make calls).
However, for some reason, it was not rooted when it first booteda to LineageOS and when I try to go to recovery mode, I get the "secure boot error".
When I use LG Flash Tool, I get the "model information check fail" error. When I tried the custom dll, I got the "crossdl [] to [D800]" error. I got this error before when I used lamnda 7.1, and had to change the name in the buildprop since it did not say D800 in the device name, however everything looks good. my device says LG-D800. I also cant edit buildprop currently.
Does this mean my boot loader is locked? I cant find "OEM unlock" in developer options.
I even tried adb fastboot, but I cant enter fastboot. It just goes straight to download mode and my cmd window just says "waiting".
So I have: NO Recovery menu, NO unlocked Bootloader, and No Fastboot. What do I do now?
