Hi all,
I installed a Screen off widget.
When I make screen on I have to type systematically the pin code protecting the fingerprint as if I have restarted my smartphone.
Is it possible to use directly the fingerprint ?
Thanks in advance for your answers.

Try this one, it has a setting to specifically deal with that issue, and it worked for me (A3 2017)

Thanks a lot for your reply.
It's ok on my A5 2016.

Hi !
On my rooted Galaxy A3 (SM-A310f) smart lock does not work (with trusted places, trusted devices and when "holded" (sorry for my bad english)).
Smart lock is a trusted agent on the phone though.
Does any of you encounters the same inconvenience ?
Oh no ! I must be dumb !
On the lock screen I don't have to swipe the lock icon but everywhere else on the screen.
When swiping the lock icon I lock the phone again...
Hello everyone I just updated to V10K-ESA-XX version with and I am wondering why the face unlock feature was missing it's not in the lock screen settings menu though I see all the other changes like Mini View and the others. Why do you think the face unlock feature is missing? Thanks
*EDIT: I solved this it needs to be activated under Trust Agents.
Thank you for information about activating in Trust Agents.

I really like the fingerprint sensor on the back of the phone. I have tried several of the lock screen apps. When I wake the phone up again, I have to enter the password. The fingerprint sensor doesn't work. Does anyone know an app that is compatible with the fingerprint sensor?
This one works and it's light.

Help
Dear mates I'm new on Xiaomi Mi A1 device and I have been using screen off app on Android 6 (HTC) to lock the screen to avoid using power button. But I've installed several apps on Mi A1 and no help so please anyone can help me with it would be a great pleasure. Thanks
any screen lock app will work fine on mia1 as i have used many. You need to grant device admin privel. and use screen off feature instead of lock immediately. If you use lock immediately setting it will ask for PIN for security reasons.

Evie launcher
Nova Launcher
All of them will work.
Dear Experts,
I have a Mi 9T, global version. I would like to be able to turn on the Torch/Flashlight
very quickly, without having to unlock the phone.
I have read, that for this, I should swipe right when the phone is locked. This doesn't
do nothing on my phone.
Both when I just started it and even after installing the latest MIUI update.
Yesterday I tried to install 2 apps, that claim to have a lock screen widget, however
none of those works (meaning, I didn't find an option to enable a lock screen widget
in the settings).
Those were TinyFlashlight and Flashlight by 3.0.7 specifically...
Many thanks in advance!
Hi there, go to settings -> additional settings -> button shortcuts and set a button to activate torch. Personally I use double tab power button, very convenient

Hello guys,
i have a question for my sister's A40. When the screen wakes up it gets 2 screelock options, Fingerprint or Pattern.
On my S21 the option is only Fingerprint.
How can i make the A40 screenlock option with Fingerprint only without the Pattern option?
Thank you!
I dont think OneUi allows this kind of modification, all you can do is change the pattern for pin im afraid.
