I'm using Samsung S7 Edge and recently updated to Nougat 7.0 and facing the following problems.
Video problem:
I could not watch any video in my device.
In Facebook application and got this error “failed to play video an unknown error has occurred".
YouTube app. got this error "there was a problem while playing touch to retry".
Gallery Video will show unknow error as well
Audio problem:
I’m not able to play any music from spotify.
When i go to the settings to change the ringtone I am not hearing any sound for all them.
I did not put the phone in silent mode but no sound for any received calls, notifications or SMS.
Play game (no problem with sound some more), the error occur randomly sometimes able work but after few minutes, same error occur.
I tried everything i know to solve this issue, I done all of the following but it does not works:
Clear the cache memory.
Uninstall all the application from the device.
Factory reset.
Update software (Updated to latest).
The only thing work with me is to restart the device but it will not solve the problem permanently, it will happen again after few hours.
I would appreciate if any one helps me in this regard.

I'm using Omega ROM v20 for S4 GT-I9500, and I problem with the CALL Recording, everytime I try to record the call by pressing the Record button, the popup errors message always shows like "Media Scanning" or something like that, I've never been able to RECORD any calls.
Also I've tried with 3rd party apps, and try variation settings but the problem is the call can be recorded however, taking very long time since the calls have been made for about more than 30 secs to 2 minutes before Call Recording apps start to record my calls (Have tried LOTs of Call Recording apps via Google Play), but the problem still persists.
I don't know how to fix it, even I did a FULL WIPE and went back to ORIGINAL ROM (STOCK ROM), the problem still persists for BOTH problems above.
Please if anyone has experienced this problem and know how to fix it, or anyone has any good solutions, please share with me, I will be very appreciated that.

Hello there everyone I am currently using the Samsung galaxy S5 for at&t. I have started to experience a few issues since I have used towel root to root my phone. The download button in the camera app no longer opens up to the camera addon store, my S voice just keeps coming on automatically, when I disable voice promps it keeps enabling them & when I try to software update it nothing happens it just keeps saying every time it opens up new software avaliable update in settings. Also sometimes my volume just randomly lowers itself to 0 then goes to max sometimes the music stops & just plays randomly.
Has anyone else been experiencing these problems?

Recently I have encountered an issues with my GS7E microphone.
It 1st showed up on Whatsapp - I tried to record a voice message. and as I tried to send it the message was 'thrown' claiming no voice has been recorded.
Then, in the recent few days, I have encountered an issue with the camera when I try to record a video
saying a message that camera has failed and shutting down the camera app.
The only solution for both issues was to restart the phone,
tho the problem returns after 10mins~
Has anyone else was messing with this issue or knows that solution?

My problem is that, whenever earphone is plugged in my device and notification sound come, sound from right earphone shifts to left. Also happens after the calls , while clicking photos and when system notification popups.
I installed message and phone app from play store and
Message and call issues were solved.
But other issues still exists.

I'm trying to help a friend with her problem on Samsung A9. whenever she is playing voice messages sent to her on whatsapp over bluetooth, they play fine as long as the screen is on. the minute the screen goes off, the voice recording starts to stutter. the minute you turn the screen on and unlock the phone, it plays fine again. the problem occurs only via bluetooth & only whatsapp voice recordings. playing songs on google play music are ok when screen is off, it's only whatsapp recordings over bluetooth when the screen is off. recently the phone was updated to pie & I wonder if anyone else is experiencing this problem.
I have tried:
unpairing and repairing bluetooth
Trying another bluetooth ear piece
Clear Bluetooth cache
Reset Wifi & bluetooth settings
Remove Whatsapp & bluetooth from battery optimization & allow background activity
Turn off wifi & bluetooth scanning
No power saving enabled
Clear partition cache
In developer options tried changing AVRCP version annd codecs
reinstalling whatsapp which solves the problem for a short while & it comes back
Even tried going to Safe mode to see if it happens there as well but all 3rd party apps like whatsapp are not working there so couldn't test.
a regular recording that was sent to her via whatsapp (a phone call recording attached as a file in whatsapp) was playing just fine on bluetooth when the screen was off, it's only an issue with the built in voice recordings in whatsapp. whatsapp is updated to the latest version and the phone was upgraded to pie. would appreciate any help.
