No difference. As long as it is for the same model number you have no issue flashing any firmware for other countries.

Yes. As long as itnisnthe same model as yours. For example I have downgraded to 5.1.1 using a firmware for germany even tho I live in Romania

No problem! Just make sure it is for your model and that before flashing you have both OEM unlock and usb debugging open in dev settings, if you are in stock.
Or you could use SmartSwitch to automaticaly download and reinstall your phone's software!

No. I wanted to downgrade to lollipop so I downloaded the file to foash trough odin. It just needed to be for my FN model, for example, even tho it came from germany. SmarSwitch gives you the latest version automaticslly for your device.

Hi guys. My note 3 is model sm-n9005 . It is international model for EU. Language of the system is Slovak Language. My problem is that i cant update my phone to LP. It still to this very day says that software is up to date. I really dont know why , since i know a guy with the same model and he has LP for 3 weeks now. Any ideas ?

If you are on N9005 download this ROM, for N900 download this ROM.
then Flash using PC ODIN.
or
Mobile ODIN if you want it to be rooted.

As long as you flash Stock firmware you'll never lose warranty.
Use ODIN. Your data will not get wiped . Don't worry.

There is 4.4.2 firmware for Pakistan which is already installed. But PDA is different on device then on sammobile.com .

With 4.4.2 you'll remain on KitKat. Download and install a stock firmware of any other country with Android version 5.0 or above.

If I install Rom of any country then my phone will be blocked.. Isn't it?

I think your device is from some of the countries that still without android lollipop (Iran, Israel (Cellcom) or Panama) if the latest updates have already been installed. You can install this APP and verify it by yourself.

Sorry, but isn't important where are you from, but yes where is the phone mounted. Install the app that i was telling you before and you will know all the info needed.

I just downloaded the zip file, unzipped it, put it in the AP of Odin and flashed. Odin said FAILED in a few secs.

Mine is T710 HK version. I've been using overseas ROM without any issue. Only the Chinese IME is missing so I install Google Chinese IME.
