Well my phone's mobile data is working now. I'm running 7.0.0, NRD91U firmware. Should I go ahead install it or continue to wait?

It's up to you... Beta is a beta... It is certainly not as polished as a final version (even though final version usually contains bugs yet). So if you're ready to live with bugs, go ahead and update. Or wait for the final 7.1.2.
Also, you never received update notification before this one? NRD91U is an outdated build. I'd flash at least 7.1.1. It contains last security fixes + a few improvements over 7.0.
I've updated a few times....I was on the second to last update before -O. Whatever that might be. I wonder if there's a big list for the beta 7.1.2.

What do you mean by big list? Changes? Check the general section, there are several thread about "lack" of changes compared to the N5X...
Yeah, I've noticed people have mentioned a few things...I'm going back to the latest PN with the latest vendor image.

None whatsoever...nothing worth the upgrade. It's still on Jan security patch.

+pardon me. Wasn't the last one 5.0.1 for g3? This one is 5.0 . I'm pretty sure it was 5.0.1.
But the update rised performance, gov change or something, they obviously sacrificed some battery for performance.

Seems to be a security related update mostly (has the Android security patch level of November, which is by the way supposed to be a marshmallow feature) , but has also improved my battery life. FYI, my note 5 is from Singapore.
In other news, I asked Samsung if they had any news of marshmallow. Sadly none so far, but that they'd keep us posted.

It's available as an OTA for me too. Mine is from Singtel (Singapore). I'm on the out-of-the-box Singapore OJ6 firmware, CSC code SIN.

If you're coming from out of box firmware, expect some fairly noticeable battery improvements. Samsung has been doing well releasing updates for the Note 5, bought mine a week after launch and have gotten 6 or 7 updates perhaps.
Any other regions gotten it yet?

I got COJ5 today on TMOBILE - stated security and battery improvements and a Smart Manager fix.
AOJ is already being discussed here and here.

To be fair I did start the thread first. Those both are an hour old.
Sent from my SM-N920I using Tapatalk
My bad on the first one. I meant to link here, which has been open since 22/10.
The second one was started in August, and they've been discussing AOJ in there for a while.
We don't need a new thread every time an update is pushed to every region for every variant of a device, especially if it's an international variant of the device.
Thread closed.
Please continue your discussion in the existing thread here:

Anybody else getting constant reboots with this version?
Tried upgrading to N from stock and it's dropped me into a bootloop. Now looking for the OTA file to see if an adb sideload will fix the problem
No boot loops or reboot issues here

May be placebo, but my wifi suffered on preview 2, now it's back to normal like it was on MM and N preview 1.

I was f***ed yesterday, and an ADB sideload is the only thing that allowed to get Android back at all.

You need the vendor.img as well .. to be safe
Try this package .. Update.ZIP_PixelC_Ryu_NPD35K-system-vendor.zip -> to be installed via TWRP.
Have a look here .. http://forum.xda-developers.com/pixel-c/development/twrp-flashable-monthly-update-zip-pixel-t3375591

No duh Sherlock .
I keep refreshing the Nexus factory image page to see when the time stamp changes.... I don't have patience to wait for an OTA lol. It's just a really likely rumor that it will be released today though. Not a whole lot based on actual facts.
www.android.com According to this website it's already here. Now we just have to wait for factory images.
If one manually flashes the factory image, will that process properly repartition the drive so that it'll be able to take advantage of Seamless Updates?

No. That won't happen however you do it; I believe seamless updates will only work with new devices designed specifically to make use of it.

Wouldn't be surprised if we didn't get the factory image until next week or so.
Updating now!! Got the OWA and coming from the Beta Build, it is only 49.5MB

Can you upload the OTA or something?
FYI, you have to be running Preview N and enrolled in the link below to get the update. I enrolled my device and the update came in instantly.

Can someone upload the zip file for this open beta? I was one of the people who updated to 9.0.10 and lost Verizon connection. Had to install open beta 1 to get connection back. I think either you or someone posted I can't go back to an official oos once I'm on beta so I'm replying on the community to upload the latest betas so I'm up to date. I didn't sign up for the beta program.
Once you are in open beta, you just update directly, it would download and install.

Thanks. Never mind. I thought I had to be signed up for the beta to receive the ota. Did a manual check and it was there. Guess I won't get emails that there is a new beta that's all.
