Hi,
My ROM is rooted and I am interested in changing the notification pane/notification pulldown shade without having to flash one of the LineageOS ROMs yet (tried XePeleatos, will try haky's later but I don't think it's quite ready yet). Is there a way by editing something in system.ui or something like this, to get the Notification Panel look of Stock Android? I hate the two seperated categories for notifications and quick settings!
I tried a few apps from the playstore, one did actually change the look but it was very buggy and not very functional. Could I override the EMUI Panel with the stock one or something? Thanks! :good:
I'm interested in this too.
Try new theme, Emiui, s7 samsung theme.. search on google
M interested in this too. Notification panel is appalling in EMUI. Theming will just change color or fonts. I want the entire UI to change. No app on playstore that i had searched works. There is xposed module android n-ify but unfortunately it doesnt woeks on EMUI. Does anyone knows any solution?
I have been searching for that a lot hope someone got a way to change it
B U M P....

I'm wondering if there is a way to modify the notification panel? I just got this phone, used to have a N4, and I really miss a lot of the UI elements.
I've already removed the brightness bar and the other one (I can't exactly remeber what it was), but I'd really like it to be more minimalistic. Tried modifying the DPI of the android.systemui package to no avail. Thanks!

if rooted, try the Xposed mod http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2477586
So as you guys must already be knowing, Gravity box on Moto E works only partially and only for a few things. (Maybe because it's dual sim? idk.)
In any case, I've been searching for a way to position the clock on my status bar in the center and change the battery icon ever since I got the phone. I looked around everywhere, searched every corner of the internet, even asked a few people on here to edit systemUI and get it done for me. Nothing. Tried so many different modules and none of them could help me enable center clock or change battery icon.
Until today.
I came across this brilliant module that not only changes battery icon and enables center clock it also makes the notification bar look like the one in iOS which I'm a huge fan of. (Not the OS ofcourse. Android ftw. Just the aesthetics. I love the blurry look of the recent tasks bar and the notification bar.)
Anyhoo, I thought there might be people like me searching for something like this and so I thought I'd just share it here.

Hi guys,
I bought a new note 4 yesterday, after my note 3 is dead.
I was used to install cyanogenmod rom when I buy a new galaxy phone.
I like to be on stock android like nexus devices.
This time! I don't what to install cyanogenmod to my new note 4 from many reasons, I like the s pen features and fingerprint scanner! But still I want the look and feel of stock android!
I can install theme "material theme" and nova luncher or Google now luncher to change the look. The look will change to a good point but the notifications on status bar and drop down menu won't change of course. They will be touchwiz style!
Also I can change the status bar icons to be like stock with xposed modules, but the pull down menu! Still I don't figure it out.
Is that possible to change it completely? The look and functionality?
And for the notifications, can we change samsung style small notifications on status bar to big drop down notifications like on stock?
I hope to not forced to install a custom rom!
Now that Wanam Xposed is off the charts and XTouch does not sound like it will have the theming options Wanam had, is there any way to edit the Notification Panel? Green is seriously not my colour (unless we are talking eyes ) and I hate the persistent *S Finder* and *Quick Connect* icons on there. If there is no app to edit the notification panel, how about a port of the S6/ S7/ Note 5 panel? Failure to all that and I'll take a Port of S6/S7/ Note 5 Rom that stays as close to TW as possible. Anything to get out of greensville. Any links/ info is much appreciated.

Try the dn5 0.6.1 rom, its a fantastic s7 port for n910H or n910C, and the status bar is white not green, and u can remove the quick connect bar if you'd like.
Its completely stock and fantastically stable. You have access to themes as well.
You wont be sorry!
try good lock version 24.0.10(a newer version exists, but keeps popping up the sidebar)
http://www.apkmirror.com/apk/samsung-electronics-co-ltd/good-lock/
it gives you a notification area similar to AOSP style, but with a lot of customization.
it has smaller buttons, notification grouping, and you can select almost any color for the theme.
the theme color is always a set of 4 colors(picking dark blue for example gives dark blue text and buttons, light blue background, and green indicators) but you can shuffle these 4 colors around for things like darker backgrounds.
it's designed by Samsung for the S7/S7edge but works fine without root on the note 4 with android 6.0.1

Flipster does that, i am using it, available on play store, download it, & you can modify SystemsUI with it, not just that, it works for every other application also.
Hello folks,
Recently I have been super invested in the art style from Persona 5. I've got a wallpaper from KWLP, set notification sounds and I even have a boot animation of the loading screen of that game.
I would like to know if there is any way to theme my system UI even further by replacing icons on the notification bar, nav bar, quick settings and so on. App backgrounds will be great as well.
So far, I've rooted my phone with Magisk on stock OOS 11 and have access to EdXposed.
I can make the icons myself so that would be no issue.
If there is any known way, please link me to a guide if there is any.
Any help will be appreciated!
Not sure it's possible to learn how to theme from a response in a thread.
Might be easier to use a framework like substratum.
Xposed won't help, in fact it'll probably hurt more than anything.
See if substratum may help. Also look up building a substratum theme, there may be guides already out there for that.
If you're talking from scratch and with no knowledge, I think this will be a very long thread before you're ready to start.
Great that you want to do it yourself though, dive in and try some stuff.
Is it possible to use Substratum theme engine in a non rooted phone, without unlocking Bootloader??

No I don't think it is, I think it was at one point but something changed
Try the Evo X ROM, the theme possibilities are endless.
Excellent ROM
