Hi,
So I have an Australian SM-N910G running 5.1.1, and I want to get MM as it has been released for the Indian version of the SM-N910G. Reports have said there is no issues. If I were to do this, would I flash the 5.1.1 Indian firmware and update or am I able to just flash the 6.1.1 firmware over my stock 5.1.1 Australian firmware?

You just need to flash the Marshmallow firmware. I'm in a similar situation, have a N910C on 5.1.1, UAE version, about to flash 6.0.1 using the Poland N910C firmware.
can it be done without bootloader upgrade ??? and is a downgrade possible after that ?
The indian 6.0.1 MM firmware can be odin flashed over your existing 5.1.1 firmware without upgrading your bootloader.
You can still downgrade back to 5.1.1 after you flashed the MM firmware.
Hi
i want to downgrade from 6.0.1 (official via OTA) to 5.1.1 so i downloaded an official firmware from sammobile for 5.1.1 to flash with Odin but i need a BL and a modem to flash with Odin too if someone can provide
by the way i have a N910H and i am not rooted
some steps to follow will be appreciated
thanks
hello im wondering if someone if could help or point me in the direction im trying to root S6 edge+ sm-g9287 and possibly downgrade from nougat to MM thank you.
I believe that downgrading from Nougat to MM is as easy as just flashing stock MM firmware in Odin. Problems occur if returning from Nougat to Lollipop, but Nougat to MM should be easy. Just download stock MM firmware from Sammobile, and flash it via Odin

thanks for the reply i finally got it to 6.0.1 im trying to root it now im either stuck on "setupconnection" or rqt close have no idea what those are even got "get pit for mapping"?
With the bootloaders being updated and not being able to flash different firmwares, I was thinking would it be possible to update to the oreo Beta on ones current firmware and maybe from there downgrade to the desired carrier firmware.
Hello!
Can I update firmware from M919UVUEMK2 to M919UVUFOK3 on my unlocked SPHL720T?
