I recevied my unlock code for my wizard but I have problem to enter it.
when I insert sim card for different provider i get the unlock window but it says "you have tried 8 times wait for new try". I waited serveral mintes but it's still the same.
Is there any workaround for this problem? How long must I wait to be able to enter the unlock code?

you need to do this with the sim supplied with the wizard
is it a CID unlock code or a provider unlock code

I purchased a Telus Optimus 7 phone and I'm trying to unlock it. I got the code from a specific website... but when I put in my SIM card (from another provider) the phone prompts that "the sim is locked and you need a PUK". I got the PUK from my service provider but when I enter it... it gives me a SIM ERROR message. I know that the phone is suppose to prompt me to "enter pin" but it doesnt do it. Am I doing something wrong ?

DO NOT ENTER A WRONG UNLOCK CODE MORE THAN 2 TIMES! IT WILL LOCK ITSELF ON THE WRONG 3RD ATTEMPT.
If you do, it's really locked and needs to be either re-sent to LG/carrier or completely re-flashed. The PUK it's asking is "Phone Unlock Key", not "PIN Unlock Key". Which means the phone itself is "locked" not NCK locked.
Btw, same thing happened to me.
whoa... think that in his case is the Personal unlocking code, not the Phone unlocking code... if u put the original SIM card the phone works? if so, or the SIM that ask you the PUK is fried or you just really don't have unlocked the phone
I've purchased an unlock code but it's asking for a PUK Key as well. How do I figure this out? Google hasn't helped. Is this a key Telus can provide? Or do I need a new SIM card (could mine have some kind of lock on it?)

I have tha same problem, does any one how to make my phone works, or to find a PHONE unlock key(PUK) without contacting AT&T (the original's phone carrier) because I don't use AT&T service, but I want to unlock my phone ... my LG quantum says ''your phone is locked, contact you service provider for an unlock code''
I have a Rogers Samsung Focus and I purchased an unlock code. When I insert my Fido sim card it doesn't prompt me to enter a unlock code but my phone says "sim error". I tried using the secondary option "#7465625*638*CODE#" and it doesn't do anything not even invalid code. Am I missing a step? Please help
that's strange. rogers & fido are basically the same network now. I've been able to swap sim cards between them without unlocking. maybe there is a problem with your sim. sorry I cant help more.

I have s7 edge g935w8 locked to bell mobility... Is was sent from Canada to Nepal from my friend .It was already unlocked but still when i insert the sim its prompts me to the window to enter the sim network lock code../Firstly i used unauthorized code then now when i enter the sim card it takes to the screen saying."The device has been blocked.Enter the master unlock code". And actually I have received the network unlock code yesterday from bell mobility.. so what do I do because it do not let me unlock it.
