December 1, 2016 Security Update and Substratum Theme Engine fails at Bootanimation. - X Style (Pure) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I noticed after this push, Substratum Theme Engine fails to load past Boot Animation and will just stay at the animation for a very very long time, and I have to abort it and flash back to backup. It was working fine before this December Security push.

Stock Boot Image of Arpil 2018 Security Patch Needed

I will be thankful if someone can provide me with Stock Boot Image with April 2018 Security Patch.
Actually I installed some incompatible modules from magisk and my phone is on bootloop now. I want to flash stock boot image to fix the issue without losing data.
Any help is much appreciated.

Fingerprint stopped working

I need some help
1. I was on Oreo 8.0 May security patch and I wanted to update via OTA, when I tried to Restore Images through Magisk and Uninstall Magisk couldn't find Images backup. So I flashed boot.img and WIFI stopped working. I tried Persist Ressurrection Tool but it didn't fix wifi issue.
2. I flashed stock 8.0 may security patch with MiFlash. Wifi works again. Updated to August patch via OTA. Rooted. After a Reboot, System UI stopped working.
3. Flashed stock 8.0 may security patch back, always cleaning data. Everything was fine, but fingerprint stopped working.
4. Flashed stock 8.0 may security patch again, saving user data this time, but for no reason all data wiped...
5. Fingerprint still not working =/
What can I do?
When i change to a Guest or new user, fingerprint works.
Tried Wiping Cache and no results
EDIT---------
Uninstalled Magisk, Updated to August patch OTA. Fingerprint working now...

PLEASE HELP: Problem with AOSP ROM

Hey, I'm having a problem with updating my MiA1 using TWRP since january patch. Here's is, more or less, what's happening. AOSP Pie with december security patch is working flawless. I can reinstall this .zip with TWRP whenever I can.
But since january ROM, I'm having the same problem: if I install january/february patch, everytime I boot the phone, with or without gapps installed, the phone continues with a black screen after the Mi logo and nothing happens. Actually, if I double press the power button, the phone vibrates (as if the camera was opening) and if I single press it, the nav bar acts like im locking;unlocking the phone.
What I did:
-Checked with MD5
-Downloaded boot.img from the latest stock ROM from Xiaomi oficial site (same patch as AOSP).
-Installed boot.img without gapps: the screen works
-Boot.img before AND after installing gapps: bootloop.
-February update done with a clean install and over december patch: black screen as well
Can someone please help me? I don't know what I'm missing and don't want to get stuck with an older update
Try flashing latest pie via miflash, and then custom roms

10.0.43 OTA Released

I got the OTA for 10.0.43 yesterday, April 1 (no April fool's lol). Change log only said security updates for March 1, 2021. At least OnePlus and Tmobile have been keeping it relatively up to date...not mentioning OOS 11, but 1+ just finally released OOS 11 Final for 7/P/7T/P, so hopefully it won't be more than a couple months before we get it on our phones.
PSA: You can no longer do the "Install to Inactive Slot" shortcut in Magisk after accepting/installing the OTA but before rebooting. It won't boot the new version and will fall back to the previous one (update failed). I'm not sure when this started, but by looking at the upgrade logs, it now checks the checksums on all partitions not only before rebooting but also while first booting after an update. So if Magisk has already been installed by using "Install to Inactive Slot", the update will fail.
