Hello everyone, I'm wondering if there is any chance to do the flashable zip of newest OxygenOS camera app from 3.0 update, working on CM13 based ROMs.
It would be nice to have this. In my opinion it is the best Camera app for OP2

The best rom about performance is LineageOS by Vince, but it has the camera focus bug and front flash is sometimes wonky...
If you need working camera and performance i would go with stock, there ain't any rom as stable as stock.

wait, i thought LOS for H models' bugs were the rear camera and the rear flash not working? did they already fixed the bug?
also i came back from stock mm, did a little changes to the lmk, added kraken r3 and undervolt the cpu a little bit and its stable af now so no regrets on going back to stock

Front camera is working fine( front flash is buggy),
Rear camera and flash are working but the focus isn't.

Stock rom hangs a lot when I use Facebook and Messenger

but will the focus work on other 3rd party camera apps? also did you flash it in LP or MM?

Nope the focus doesn't work on any camera app, it will be fixed soon( hopefully).
It doesn't matter, everything will be the same either on LL or MM bootloader.

but you said that the rear camera wont focus, so does it mean you cant do manual focus and auto focus on rear camera right?

You can try pie android on your phone by bootleggers.search j500h at search plus and you can find it.it is really amazing

Not sure if it's the same quality since I didn't use the OOS Camera when I was on OOS, but on Unofficial RR, the quality seems absolutely fine to me!
I found DU official rom for potter but there is no thread for that rom on xda.
Anyone using the latest version can mention the bugs, if there are any?
I'm using it. All good. Camera crashes sometimes, or every time when you take a photo. But that's the problem with all 8.1 ROM's.

I get "Camera has stopped" with any Gcam version i try. But camera is not important to me on this phone so idc. :good:

I'm not able to focus using gcam. Only the auto focus is working on that app.
